TimeLine of Events Thus Far:
In July 5th of 2015 a new strain of H1N1 or Swine Flu was recently discovered in South Africa, the first victim was a middle aged man from Australia visiting the country on a mission trip. At first it was just a simple cold everyone thought and he was sent home with some antibiotics and medicine by some doctors and continued with his trip. A few days later he was found dead in his hotel room, a few hours later after the autopsy the medical examiner was about to put the body away until the body suddenly came back to life and instantly bit the examiner.

July, 8th of 2015 several people have been reported of becoming sick with the flu throughout South Africa and several countries Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, and Mozambique. Prompting the World Health Organization to investigate the disease. The disease had already killed 15 people. Martial Law is active in already affected countries.

August, 1st of 2015, the new H1N1 virus was then given the name of H1Z1 the governments are withholding the information of the reanimated bodies of the infected coming back to life. Several more outbreaks occur throughout Africa, and as far as India news starts leaking out of the pandemic throughout the rest of the world.

September, 2nd of 2015 CDC and World Health Organization work on a cure and further outbreaks across Asia and Europe and more leaks of the dead coming back to life due to the virus. The first countries to contract the disease all go dark and assume to be lost, United Nations discuss quarantine procedures of infected countries and further Martial Law is established, and National Guard and military aide is sent to help.

September 29th, of 2015, Tests on a cure all but fail and continue on working further on a cure, all of Asia is now infected and eventually cut themselves from the rest of the world, and all airports and shipping lanes are all but shut down and are considered off limits.

October 9th, of 2015 Infections continue to spread through Australia, and into as far north as Russia World Leaders continue to discuss on what to do trials on a cure continue to fail

November 15th, of 2015. A cure is rumored to be discovered, infection spreads through South America, and Central America. Mexico ends up closing all boarders to the country. Media tries to sugar coat the whole H1Z1 pandemic, people in the US remain calm about it.

December 26th, of 2015. Present day, Philadelphia Pennsylvania.

The Plot:

It is the dead of winter in the US, though the news has told people of the new H1Z1 outbreak Christmas had just ended the day before, and snow has been falling for days. You are either at home spending time with your family, or out having a meal and enjoying the season when suddenly you start to hear news of the H1Z1 virus has finally hit the US. Will you just simply wave it off? Or do you take it seriously and try and board up your house as things start to become very crazy as the dead start to come to life. As the situation Philadelphia worsens will your character flee from the city? Or will they stay where its safe.

H1Z1 Symptoms/How its spread.

•A 100oF or higher fever or feeling feverish
•A cough and/or sore throat
•A runny or stuffy nose
•Headaches and/or body aches
•Chills
•Fatigue
•Nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea
•Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
•Purple or blue discoloration of the lips
•Pain or pressure in the chest or abdomen
•Sudden dizziness
•Confusion
•Severe or persistent vomiting
•Seizures
•Death
•Eight-Twelve hours later infected come back to life, much more aggressive.
Become infected from persons transmitted through bodily fluids, as well as bites from the undead.

History: Riley was born and raised on Earth both of her parents were Unitologists, or what other people few them as "Marker Heads", or "Rock Heads" whichever people called them, both of her parents were well ranking members of the religion donating their money to the Church even as going as far as using Riley's own college fund to give to the Church of Unitology. The moment she turned eighteen Riley took the first chance and moved as far away from her parents, the only other relative was her sister who had the same opinions as she had. Riley went to college and eventually became an engineer as well as a little bit of mining and spent her early years on some Planet Cracker vessels before being assigned to Titan Station where her sister Amelia had been living for the past several years the two of them sharing the same apartment.

Dead Space: Before the SIlence

@ClocktowerEchos I know a few things of Dead Space like most of the weapons that you come across from Dead Space 1 and 2 hard mostly either engineering or equipment like the plasma cutter would be an engineering tool, while the line gun was used for mining. The pulse rifle was pretty much the only military weapon. Though its been awhile since I played the games there might be more.

The location of the RP is placed on the space station called Titan Station, or you can simply just call it the Sprawl which is on Saturn's Moon titan which was is the site of the first planet crack.

And there are four types of RIGs, the engineering RIG which is used by Isaac Clarke and is also used for mining. There is the Security RIG which would be what Sprawl security personnel would wear. And theres the Military RIG which is what the soldiers would normally wear. Then the Civilian RIGs which don't have any armor at all. Hope that helps. :)
