Is a quote really a quote if it's been said by multiple people who weren't quoting each other at the time?

There is a race that are reptilian, and you are certainly able to play as one!

Sounds like what I'm looking for!

Surprised at the lack of interest so far. This is a pretty solid concept for an awesome sci-fi adventure story.

Interested. Especially if I could play as a member of a Lizardfolk/Argonian like coalition race. That would be fun.

Um... Hello good people of rpg land!

I'm Nez, a crazy, cantankerous old writer with a downright goofy sense of humor and a neoclassical, if sometimes surreal, sense of aesthetics. I like writing from the 19th and early 20th century especially.

I'm kinda old school and pretty low tech. I don't do discord. I don't use alot of formatting. And I often prefer to utilize a written description of a character over a picture. Weird stuff, I know. But it gets even weirder. For example: I'm something of an iconoclastic anachronist. I haven't been interested in most contemporary movies or TV shows or Netflix shows or whatever since the Writers Guild of America went on strike in 2007.

(I told you I was old.)

I'm interested in doing some onsite roleplaying. PMs acceptable, Threads preferred. Free, Casual, and Advanced don't really matter. Not even a little bit. Even a haiku can peirce your heart if it's well written. Besides, I'm a fine example of being all over the board myself. My grammar, vocabulary, storytelling and descriptions are High Casual to Advanced. My post-length, characterization and dialogue are Casual. And my worldbuilding, plotting and post rate are Free level because I'm a carefree pantser with a chaotic schedule and a procrastination problem.

Now, I may have more ideas and characters on offer later. But I only have one interest at the moment. I mentioned not being into contemporary film or shows. Well, I also haven't played video games (except for stuff like chess or offbrand tetris on mobile) in a long time. And there's a certain popular game series that I miss very much; The Elder Scrolls.

I've played Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim and am very familiar with the lore of Nirn. Never played ESO. Though I have heard a bit about it. And I've got a character concept in my head for an argonian warrior from Skyrim, who I'd like to play as during his early adulthood at the start of his adventures

I don't have my heart set on any particular Era or province or storyline, but rather was hoping to come up with something with a rp partner based on our mutual interests.

So, if you'd like to settle into an adventure in Tamriel with a brutal argonian fighter PM me and we can hash out the details.

Please don't post here as I will probably miss it if you do.

“The bud disappears in the bursting-forth of the blossom, and one might say that the former is refuted by the latter; similarly, when the fruit appears, the blossom is shown up in its turn as a false manifestation of the plant, and the fruit now emerges as the truth of it instead. These forms are not just distinguished from one another, they also supplant one another as mutually incompatible. Yet at the same time their fluid nature makes them moments of an organic unity in which they not only do not conflict, but in which each is as necessary as the other; and this mutual necessity alone constitutes the life of the whole."
