Valour & Vale: A RWBY Roleplay

I'm announcing my departure from the RP. I've appreciated the chance to participate and prove my mettle, as well as experiment with some character concepts. It was fun, and I hope that this doesn't cause any undue problems by my leaving. Best of luck to all, regardless of this RP's progress.

No drama with the players or anything like that, just that it's been over twenty days with no IC activity.

I can understand and I hold no hard feeling to those who may be frustrated with me and my lack of activity. I have to apologise but a lot changed for me without warning where I wasn't able to put in the time, where I failed to keep you guys up to date, and I am sincerely sorry for letting you guys down. I do wish you all best of luck in your future RPs as I will close this one off.

Yeah. I'll stand by what I said, but you may as well quote the entire post to understand my reasoning for saying that line.

If you are not going to make the effort to read other's work, then seriously stop roleplaying and go elsewhere to write a book instead.

Your sole job as a roleplayer (including the possible role as a Game Master), is to read through every post, to engage your character with the various other characters that have been created, and to interact with your fellow players both in the IC and OOC. Roleplaying is a collaborative effort that requires people to work together. By ignoring someone's hard spent work you have honestly failed to grasp the concept of what roleplaying is about, and that is what kills roleplays.
