Alright, I'm going to try and word this nicely. I apologize in advance if I cause offense, as that's not what I'm intending.

Now, I'm going to be blunt. Incredibly blunt.

Those submissions are outright denied.

• There's no history section.
• There's no proper descriptions of what you've got as is.
• If you're going to use an image, please tag it under the proper coding, which I'll include below.
• All in all, there's like 32 lines in there. That's way too short for me to even consider accepting.
• I'm going to have to axe the duplicate powers, unless Reg overrides me. Similar is fine, but the exact same isn't.
• Weaknesses are... I'll let Reg talk on that.
• The mutation is probably going to have to go, in all honesty, but Reg will need to decide that.
• I can tell you right now, the Clairvoyant would utterly demolish these characters over their abilities alone, which I can't exactly say much on because there's almost no information to figure out what exactly they do.

So, all in all, there's just so much missing and lacking... They need a lot of work as it stands.

I'm not sure if you all looked into the OP, but a lot of information and all can be found there on page one and in the 0th post.

I can't really give suggestions for weaknesses without further information, so while you're working on it just leave it blank for now.

For the power... I'm not sure. Why don't you go ahead and make a CS with it and think of possible backups in case it falls through.

Okay, everyone.

I want to personally apologize for the complete lack of activity.

Override has been doing a lot of personal life stuff, and I honestly am not sure when, or if, he'll be active again.

I also do not know the specifics of most of the Plot Stuff, but I do know the major things.

If you all would like to try and kick start this, I am more than willing to do what I can to run this as close to how Override had originally planned from the information I do have access to.

Man shows up with hammer, beaks many things. High Island intervenes, they're still going at it in The Wilds.

Man shows up, causing wide spread mayhem, looking for Finch using coded talk. Offers a job, basically. Interrupted by Guilt, Phantom, and Wraith. Guilt is consumed and turns into a monster of unimaginable power. Turns out there's a chick providing backup the entire time.

Alex went missing for several days, shows up before the last fight. Is currently waiting to hear back from Spec to meet up, which is where Charlotte happens to be.

That's the most important, most recent things.

Liz paced her room in a anxious state. Looking out the window, she could see down the street leading out of the cul-de-sac. Being in the dead center was handy in some ways, but she'd yet to notice anything out of the ordinary to help with all the missing kids.

And at any point her sister could be next.

She rubbed her arm, where the runes for her bow and arrows were inked into her arm thanks to a backstreet tattoo artist while she glanced at the clock.

Shouldn't she be home by now? Liz thought nervously. It was that day when her parents wouldn't be home until late, and her sister should've been home ten minutes ago from school.

Maybe there was a holdup. There was no way she could be among the missing.

Twenty more minutes passed.

Closing her eyes, Liz calmed her breathing.

Pulling out her outfit, she quickly changed.

"Fuck this. I'm going looking..." She muttered, materializing her bow and activating several runes as she dropped out of her second story window. Landing like a leaf, Liz took off into the forest to avoid the houses as she began her search for her sister.

Please just be really late... Please. Please please please...

Caesar frowned at the redirection of his Electro attack and the skillful block of Cedric's shot. At least Dirk managed to hurt one.

Caesar laughed at the broken bottle, how teeth glistening in the light.

"You shouldn't have done that..." he said as he laughed.

With a sudden movement, Caesar sent another Electro blast at Green, which was deflected again.

Yellow swung their ball and chain towards Caesar in retaliation, but the swing was off thanks to the injuries sustained from Dirk. It was still on a collision course, but with a little movement Caesar was able to avoid the attack.

The chain still grazed his shoulder, but not before Caesar activated his Electro shielding just long enough to send it down the chain at Yellow.

All of this happened within seconds of his Electro blast at Green, and Caesar rushed forward towards Green to close the gap. With any luck, he'd be too close for Green to effectively use that Trident, and maybe Yellow would even need to take more time to react with that Electro charge.

If he could get in close, Caesar would pounce at Green to take a chunk out of his neck with his teeth, swinging his machete with Electro imbued along it on the approached once he was within cutting range to help distract Green from his real attack.
