Allison listened to the talk. The rather intriguing man coming from the back. He was quiet. She liked him.

This guy, thigh, with the pretty eyes... He set her on edge. Questions, questions, poking, prodding.

"At least the rest aren't so anno-" she replied before a newcomer interrupted all conversation with loud direct speech.

She shook her head. It was something else, all these assassins appearing.

She continued the conversation.

"Perhaps you are only the second most annoying one here," she said quietly. "Small talk is irrelevant. Useless. It makes people feel better about themselves. At least your last question was decent. We've got an annoying yeller, you, an interesting female, and a chill guy. Two questionable people. Now, I'm done with the inane."

She glanced down the bar at the two conversing quietly. That man... Intrigued her something fierce.
@AngelofOctober

Several minutes had passed. A newcomer had set herself, or at least the figure looked to be a her, nearby at the bar.

Allison payed them no mind.

Then came another. We're these regulars, drinkers, or more contacts brought in? Had she been set up?

Her suspicions mounted when the man asked about her drink, approaching her.

Behind her mask her eyebrows lifted slightly. She had clear sight of the door, at least. A quick Blink and she could escape if things got hairy.

She could play along, for now. Gain information.

"Scotch, dry," she replied, taping the counter again. A second drink appeared, and she did the same with it as she had the first. "What do you want?" she asked bluntly. Best to get to the point. Running around bushes was... So tiring. So annoying.

So human.

Was she even human anymore, she wondered idly.

It's all good :3

Give me a ping over here when it's done.

Caesar glanced at the log pose, frowning. It didn't seem special.

But then again, Slick didn't seem special. And he was magic. Bonekid didn't seem special besides missing skin and stuff, but he was magic. Liliana didn't seem special besides being the momma of the crew, but she was definitely an alien. Caesar was sure on that.

That weird fruit in the ship was special, though he didn't understand why.

So, he shrugged. The log was special for reasons he doesn't understand. It didn't look good to chew on, and he couldn't use a compass anyways. And it kinda looked like a compass.

Speaking of... Why was it called a log? Twig, maybe. But it wasn't a log. Caesar had lifted logs before. He furrowed his brow and he missed the rest of the exchange between the captain and the krabbe. Krabpus? No. Krabbe. Josh. Bah.

The captain was praising everyone, but Caesar couldn't agree entirely. Feta had just stopped after Prime appeared. That was wrong. The family could've been hurt by that thing. Hell, Caesar was hurt by that thing.

Here his frown deepened. He had been hurt. Should he.... Not hold back? Father had always said to hold back. And not look at the Moon, ever. Which was weird. Was Caesar magic?

He shook his head, walking off to tug at the anchor. He'd let Liliana fix everyone else before he got further attention. He could still work. He was strong.

Stronger than everyone. Yeah...

After the anchor he moved towards the sail riggings. A few movements and they could be on their way.

My apologies for not being clear enough. Gamble is entirely focused on Talion at the current junction, attempting tackle and repeatedly punch the weirdo.

Allison pushed the door open to the Dirty Babe with a slight hesitation. Stepping inside, she looked around carefully before approaching the bar.

A quick rap of her knuckles to get the bartender's attention, and she ordered a scotch, dry, her voice carrying a slight hollowness to it from her mask.

She glanced at the two.... Seemingly business men not far from her before she turned around to face the rest of the bar. It was rather filled, all things considered, and there were some faces she didn't recognize tonight. Today? She hadn't noticed what time of day it was, having recently pulled long nights in her attempts to track down the last Assassin in her 'little black book' as she liked to call it.

She took a sip of her alcohol, lifting her mask just enough. An observant onlooker might have caught a glimpse of soft lips and fair skin before the mask closed back over her face.

She wondered if those two were these supposed agents looking to form some kind of assassin team. Seemed like a weird idea, but she had to give whoever was the ring leader applause for the sheer audacity of it all. And choosing a public meeting place was wise, even if it was a shit place like this. The odds of anyone helping someone in danger? Unlikely. So points off there.

Really, the entire thing was complicated and questionable. She'd gotten contacted. She'd agreed to come, even though she still wasn't sure why she did such a thing to begin with.

She set her empty glass on the bar, fingering the hilt on her back for reassurance.

The Mark was reassuring, even covered up, though. Yeah, she'd do just fine tonight. No matter what came.
A Community Warehouse - PRT on the Offensive!

@solokolos

Inkscape surveyed the surrounding warehouse, from the boxes of illegal materials, mostly drugs and guns from what he'd seen so far, to the walkways. The entrance had been smooth, but Intel suggested much more resistance further in.

Behind him was a splash of color, deep dark colors from the boxes and guards' outfits outside. It seemed like it had been recently painted and rain had ran the colors into the building's interior where he had removed the guards just inside.

So far, so quiet.

"Keep an eye open for any known Parahumans. Troll is known to frequent this facility," he said quietly. Their mission was simple. While the Wards were out raiding a relatively unguarded warehouse, the Protectorate were to raid one of the larger storage facilities while the Community was busy. Hit then in multiple places where they could feel the effect, and gain any Intel they could find. Make some arrests. Push.

"I like having you around, Hermes. It's like watching an interactive movie," Protean spoke to, his form a mix between an eagle, a lion, and a snake. He made a fairly impressive gryphon.

"Hermes, stick close. We're going to briefly split up to enter the adminstrative offices. I want you with Protean, understand?"

The next administrative offices had two separate entrance, one set of double doors on each side of the walled off area. The area covered nearly half of the warehouse floor, seemingly a place for meetings or exchanges of the illegal goods staged here.

Inside was a short hallway that opened into a conference room, which was filled with nigh on twenty guards taking a 'much needed break' from the dull night.

From Inkscape's entrance was a similar hallway, flanked with doors into like offices.

A slight melody could be heard over the speakers, almost like elevator music...

I don't know how to reply, given no mention of Gamble's actions.

Dia glanced up as Jordan started talking, his voice booming out across the area. "Overconfident. Though likely for a good reason..." she murmured.

Then Kanako went right at it, sending a ball of wind at the teacher. Dia winced. Already her control was being outclassed, and the class had barely started.

"Doesn't... Don't .. Going one at a time won't work. We're first years. He's a teacher," Dia muttered with a sigh. "Felix... Heat supercools. If we make him sweat I can maybe hopefully possibly make him slip on icy grip spots? Probably warp the bleachers though...."
