to add onto this--you absolutely do not have to interact with just Amelia and Minkyu! unless it's something really important to the plot or the café (which could possibly change things up a lot), you don't even really need my permission for anything... I just wanna see everyone's characters interact! so go wild~

so, judging from where we are in the rp... once we get bekah and mina hired and mari and daehyun trained, I have a few more idea for future plot points, but I'd love some more suggestions. here's what I have so far:

-the gang goes shopping (must do ASAP)
-minkyu and march side story (@joyce u know who it is)
-¿beach episode?
-character development sessions with either mari or daehyun? it depends on what you guys think is best for your character, this is a very slow-burn type of goal currently
-minkyu and daehyun side story (they "hang out")
-any sort of special events at the café?
-café crème but they are dogs instead of cats

that's mostly it. if you have any details about your character that you'd like me to know or any developments you'd like to see, please let me know through PMs or in OOC. I want to keep this rp going for as long as possible and the best way to do that is keep everyone interested in both the plot and their characters. <3

I lied it's big. mostly because of all of the quoting. it's for the aesthetic™.

also, I know I don't talk about Amelia really at all, but she's really a steamroller of a personality, so it's fun to write her losing her cool for once :3 both Minkyu and Amelia have things they're in the shadow of, I hope we get to see more sides of Amelia from now on!

"Why did he have to come in at just the wrong moment..."

After quickly escaping (and abandoning Minkyu) to the storeroom, Amelia sits in silence, trying to find ways to blame anyone but herself for the absolute mess that just happened. However, she soon is forced to admit that it was her fault for teasing Minkyu in such a way, when she knew the employees would be coming in soon... Argh! That just makes her grumpier!!

Thus the grumpy, pink-haired maid sits, arms crossed, glaring down at the table with vengeance. Why had she done that!? This isn't something you can just laugh off, this is actually embarrassing! And it might stop people from taking her seriously, which is, of course, not a good thing when you're their boss. And ugh, in front of Daehyun, too!

"I had a girl—HAVE, I HAVE a girlfriend. Well. It’s complicated. I’m flattered, and you’re uh, you’re very, very pretty but erm..."

"...He has a girlfriend, huh..."

Amelia sighs, scratching at the tabletop gloomily. She almost got excited at the compliment, maybe just for the briefest of moments, but of course, if he's in a relationship... he was probably just doing it to be polite...

"I-It's not like I was trying to flirt with him, or anything!" she exclaims loudly, standing up with renewed purpose. Yeah! That's right! You shouldn't date your employees anyway--wait, no more thinking about dating! Amelia? Dating? Ha! She's all business, folks!

"...you’re very, very pretty..."

Get ahold of yourself, Amelia," the girl whispers, hands coming up to hide her flushed cheeks. "You aren't going crazy with just one compliment..."

"Guy with the cool hair here, can I come in?"

Amelia jumps five feet in the air, twirls around to the sound of the noise, and hurriedly fixes her hair and skirts to be more presentable. She will not let this get to her! She has to appear unflustered, unbreakable, totally in control!

"Come in!" She calls, remembering his vest lying, folded neatly, in the back corner of the room. That's right, it's getting nearer to when the café opens, she should start giving out orders to the newbies. Opening the door with a determined hmph, Amelia throws back her hair with a quick jerk of her head and gives Daehyun her best smile.

"Sorry about that," she says brightly, handing him his uniform. "Hope you, ah, don't hold it against me. I was only teasing."

Eager to get out of Daehyun's way and hopefully his mind, Amelia waits for him to move away from the doorway--she's not little, like Mari, and Daehyun is kind of... tall. Which makes it hard to maneuver around him like she usually would.

Finally, some time to myself!

The news of a weekend off was nothing but good news to Fiore, and immediately after arriving at the Academy, she rushed to her dorm room, intending to take a nice, long nap to rest her aching muscles. The mission sure did a number on her--even with her psychic powers, her body is still frail and Fiore is very, very glad to finally collapse into her bed after a long day. This is how Fiore spends most of her day; it is only after hours of serious rest and relaxation that she feels strong enough to get up and do something else.

So, after a short shower to clear her head and a snack of hummus and carrot sticks, Fiore embarks on the most surefire way of having fun that she knows: shopping.

Although brought up in a environment where fitting clothes were the exception, not the rule, Fiore has recently gotten more interested in the world of fashion, using her part-time job savings to purchase a few pieces of clothing she particularly likes. It is difficult, though, to find things in her size. (She mostly shops in the kids section--nobody gives her any looks, she could be a twelve-year-old for all they know.) But the New Aeon Mall has more than enough styles that cater to Fiore's taste, although in a slightly higher price; it's okay, she mostly just browses anyway.

Wandering around the mall, purse in hand as she window-shops, Fiore hears a commotion on the second floor. Curious, she joins the crowd surrounding the stage where two behemoths fight, exchanging blows in a flurry of high-tech holographics! While Fiore wishes she could say she was over stage-plays, her inner child takes over and she joins in on the chanting, a smile on her face as she watches the two actors fight. It almost reminds her of the mission, and how Tian-Gui smashed through all those trees! That was so cool!!

The show ends in a explosion of colors and Fiore, as well as the other children, raise a cacophony of applause and cheers in response. Looking around, she realizes she really does look like just another kid, and the smile slides off her face. This is no good. She even styled her outfit and hair to look more grown-up, and now she's just--

"Excuse me, are you lost?"

Fiore jumps, turning around to look (up) at the concerned face of a twenty-something man, two young kids following obediently behind him. She flushes, shaking her head in a panic.

"A-ah, no, I'm not! I just look young." An awkward laugh escapes her. Hopefully he doesn't think she's lying, like that one grandma who even took her to the front desk. That was humiliating. No, wait! She has her school ID, she can prove this! "I, um, I'm a student at the 2nd Tactical Arts Academy..."

Btw, Ji keeps both his ears AND tail covered at all times, unless it's somebody he trusts (in this case, Fuyuko is another hybrid so he knows he's safe with her), so I don't know how Gracie could have noticed he was a hybrid.... or maybe she just knows haha. Ji did kind of give her a hint :P
