*Iris smiles, cuddles Hanna and quickly falls asleep*

*Togan waits for orders*

*Halia climbs onto a couch and sleeps*

The Room

*Iris puts a hand on Hanna's shoulder and smiles gently*
Iris: It's okay Hanna. I can sleep without you having to leave. If you want to stay, then stay. But if not, then please keep an eye out for Horus, tell him what's going on.
*She shivers slightly and curls up a bit*
Iris: I'm just going to go to sleep...
*She curls up under the blankets, rapidly cooling down now without the hot waterbottles and Hanna's body heat to help her keep her blood warm and flowing*

The Room

*Iris smiles weakly at Walter and nods*
Iris: Thank you. I'll find a way to repay you! Just you wait!

*She looks down at Hanna and holds her tightly, rocking her gently like a baby*
Iris: I'm okay Hanna... I know the feeling...
*Her face looks pained as she remembers finding Hanna from before*
Iris: I'm okay for now... But I'll go lie in the sun later. That should help. Right now I just want to rest...
*She yawns hugely, jaws parting to reveal razor teeth*

The Room

*Mergoux nods silently and gets up to stagger off to bed and rest*

*Halia still sits on the floor nearby*

*Togan growls but is standing, and though weak, he looks ready for most anything*
Togan: No... cripple... What you command?

*Xan goes to look for her Barbarian friends*

The Room

*Iris nods and leans heavily on Walter*
Iris: Alright... let me show you..
*She leads Walter to her room and once there sits down heavily on the bed, still holding Hanna with one arm*
Iris: Thank you... for everything. I'll be sure to talk to you more about this... and maybe make you dinner now and then!
*She smiles weakly at Walter*

*Horus blinks and wipes a load of tar from his eyes. He's panting heavily and bleeding again, the tar running red with his blood*
Horus:... I... am Horus... the Avenger... Who are you?

Bio: Kelli "Sydney" King is a troublesome and belligerent youth hailing from Melbourne, capital of the Australian state of Victoria. A former member of a delinquent gang called the Dingos, Sydney has a known history of violence and anarchy, and loves to wreak havoc and beating the loving daylight out of people. At one point in her past, Sydney got her hands on the Bootleg, a smuggled assault rifle that has since become her trusty companion.

Ever the trouble-seeker she came to Washington D.C in 2016 to join an infamous gang of Bank Robbers. She intercepted them on one of their jobs and declared herself a member on the spot. Impressed by the sheer audacity of her actions they gang leader inducted her into their ranks readily, where she has quickly became one of their most active members

The Room

*Horus keeps fighting sluggishly and tries to shake off some tar to get at the beast again*

*Iris nods and sits up weakly, still holding Hanna*
Iris: Still... thank you...
*She nods and holds out a hand for help standing*
Iris: I think... I can get back to my room... with some help...
*She lifts Hanna with her when she gets up*

The Room

*Togan groans and stands up unsteadily. He glares at her*
Togan: I... heal... quick... What... you... want?
*Xan backs away sharply*

*Horus roars in pain and does his best to beat the snot out of the monster before he's killed*

*Iris is a bit surprised at the kisses but holds Hanna tightly as she buries her face in Iris's chest*
Iris: Oh my dear...
*A few hot tears run down her snout*
Iris: I'm sorry.. I'll not let this happen again!
*She looks at Walter*
Iris: Thank you.. it would appear that I owe you my life...

The Room

*Horus dives, trying to get under the blast, but still gets his lower legs and feet burned*
*He roars in pain, staggers to his feat and hurls himself at the creature, pummeling with his fists and grappling, wanting to go down fighting as he thinks there's no way out of this*
*He does his best to ignore the pain from the tar and other injuries*
