Hi I got an Rp Idea

I was thinking of an rp that takes place in a world with about current era. Save for some advanced robotic implants to help save lives, or enhance soldiers. Because in this world god like beings exist, and with them so too do elves, demons, lycanthropes, warlocks, and witches. Magic permeates this world ever since the cataclysm three hundred years ago when portals to another dimension opened up. Filling it with these magical beings and their gods. Since then the natural inhabitants of the planet have attempted to live side by side with these other worlders. But, with all things there was an unnatural tension a rift formed between the other worlders and naturals. They began to fight one another of course the naturals came at a great disadvantage because they weren't as strong. Which meant like with every war science rapidly advanced all in order to combat the new threat. Now equipped with robotic enhancements the natural became a formidable opponent especially once scientists discovered metals that could absorb and harness the otherworlders magic to use against them. As a twisted joke they named these metals after mythological metals: Mithril, Adamantium, and Orichalcum. Now the wars and battles became bloodier than ever before both sides taking heavy casualties. It wasn't until fifty years ago when both sides leaders met, and agreed to a ceasefire. Neither wanting to watch their comrades continue to drop like flies. However, hate never truly goes away especially at least not easily anyways. Thus their cold war began both sides waiting for the other to make a big enough mistake to start the war all over again.

Our story would take place in a small agency that deal with small crimes that have to deal with naturals, and other worlders. This agency is the governments pet project that puts both factions together. To see if it is possible to finally start working together on important matters.

I am open to all sorts of comments, and ideas this is a rough plot I know.... Sorry if I'm not that great.

~ Barrier Sphere Creation: Sarrasin can create a an impenetrable sphere of energy.
~ Location Swapping: control the placement settings of objects within their created spatial plane.
~ Disruption: Sarrasin can distort energy to delay neuro-waves in the minds of people to disrupt abilities, and blur thought process. for a few seconds.
~ Weapon Forge: Sarrasin can create weapons by shaping existing matter, and manipulate it's properties too make it harder.

~Resistances to damage, heat, and cold
~Enhanced abilities
~Several types of visions from nocturnal to thermal.

Bio: There isn't much known about Jean Solovyov that hasn't been for the most part redacted by the Russian government. He was created during the last stretch of the Soviet governments reign. Russia has attempted to bury him in hope that their most wretched of mistakes wont come to light. All that's really known was that he was part of a program to try, and build an inhuman weapon. The methods used was manipulation of memories and emotions through the use of drugs. While the subjects were put through hell that resulted in many deaths of the subjects. However, many in the end wound up going insane and the project was abandoned along with those still in the program. That is where the information they have on Jean Solovyov ends.
Sarrasin was first introduced to the public when a French church disappeared into a sphere that none could get past; during Easter Monday when it was packed with people. When it lifted not a single soul was alive all of them eviscerated, and standing in the center was a madly laughing man in pitch black armor. Which had disappeared from a technology lab that'd been attacked under the same circumstances as the church, but there wasn't a laughing maniac enjoying the gore. Before the Police could apprehend him he seemingly vanished to escape from capture with a knife sticking through the priests head, that was made from his own cross. with a note attached on it was a name, a simple yet haunting name: Sarrasin. From that point on he became something of the boogeyman as he'd attack unexpectedly with no real motives making it impossible to track him. The suit that'd been stolen couldn't even be tracked down because someone had managed to dismantle the tracking system.

Personality: Jean is the type capable of wearing many masks in public from countless years of training. Managing to pass as a faceless figure in the masses of people around him. While in the inside he's screaming from pain, and for the only thing that seems to make it ease. The smell of the freshly spilled blood of his victims.

Okay so I used to have one of these up, but I took it down because I wasn't too clear on what I wanted. I want someone that's on often, and likes to rp as much as I do. But, still takes the time to make sure their posts aren't confusing. I have no issue if a few words are misspelled just so long as I can understand what it is exactly your trying to say. I also post two or more paragraphs, and a minimum of three sentences. It is fine if you write more then I do, but I do care if you write less then three sentences.

I like to do all sorts of role-plays but all relationship stuff takes a back burner to plot. I prefer to do moderate action with slice of life stuff in between. I also have a great deal of fondness of fantasy, and action adventure with a good deal of Drama. My preferred characters to play are mercenaries with a heart of gold with a dark background, and a demon of gluttony that has been sealed inside of a mask. Or other character types that gain more power through devouring their prey. I know I am really weird, you don't need to tell me that.
Finally I will not do fandoms. Meaning no: Naruto, digimon, fairytale, or warriors.

When two worlds collide

Hades busted through with ease shadows wrapped around the souls that had escaped him dragging them back to the underworld he then glared at the mare.
"I allowed you to escape. I clearly made.a mistake screw with my domain again, and I'll make you a permanent part of it," he said furiously.
He then walked away creating a shield so strong that even if she made it through shadows would imprison her dragging her off to a place of horror, and torture.

Hades growled furiously then turned to Cerberus.
"If you see her again tear her to shreds," he said.
He then walked away readying his forces as he began work on opening a portal to her dimension the foolish mare had ticked off the wrong god he can follow any and all souls along with get to any realm of the dead. Including her own.

Cerberus soon showed up his size towered over the horses stomping down shaking the ground as it's eyes glowed red. It wouldn't tolerate this intruders presence she had no control over Cerberus because he was linked to Hades, and the girl had no power here. As it was Hades world, and it wasn't long before he appeared.
"What are you doing here girl," he said very angry.
Shadows swirled all over the place strangling the animals to death.
