Powers: Can create create water out of the air, and freeze it to turn it into powerful attacks, hover massive balls of water in midair. Summon massive blizzards to which he can freeze enemies inside. Along with always having an aura of cold around him.

Personality: Principle Gunlock is a cold man that often deals with the great burden of ensuring the security of his students. Along with finding new ways to have his teachers educate the students in their powers. So it is often that he is found with a book in his hands, and is often too busy to handle the students on a personal level. Though when it comes to his familiar Shamoo he's got a warm disposition as he loves the large beast greatly.

History: Gunlock has been the principle for almost three years. Before then he was a teacher in the science department, helping to develop and study new elements born from the main branches of elements: fire, water, earth, energy, wind, darkness, and light.

Powers of familiar: Can breathe out a powerful blizzard, and freeze the ground it stands on. Along with swim through water at the speed of a torpedo.

@Jivusa: Yeah sure you can do that, but I would need a full description of it. Or find some sort of image that is similar to what you mean about it's looks. Other then that go for it I made rule number 9 to ensure creativity.

Yeah I was thinking that was what you meant. I've rped with a guy that had a character that was a blood mage vampire. It worked rather well, and so long as you aren't draining the blood from other people we wont be having any issues.
