So, is all discussion to remain in here or can reviews or such be posted in the "The First Labour" thread or how do we comment?

@mdk ... Eh. That one was written by you? ... Heh. ... I can confirm that anonymity influences the impression of entries. Probably not the vote of a contest (when it is a contest), quality is discernible after all, but still. Hah.
... Isn't this what I do all the time? Almost? Feels like it, anyway? XD

Alright, there are a hundred and million different things I could do with this. I wonder what I should settle for... This may take some time... Teh-heh...

Nice theme. Should be fun to read these. Haha.
Alright. I sent mine in.

Not sure if I'm happy with it, buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut guess it's fine.

Let me personally hope I didn't screw up something horrible. I only read it through twice, after all.
I've finished something I can send in if I want. It isn't the ending I wanted, but eh, it can work if the worst comes to pass. I can see if I'll review it tomorrow. ... Heh.
I've... ran into an unexpected problem. I can kill my characters, no problem. What I found that I had to pause and really think about... is how do the surrounding characters react to death. I mean, the most I've ever reacted in real life to a death of a loved one is "Oh." with a little sting of bitterness. However, almost all those experiences of loss were of very old people, or the pet of a friend, or a former music teacher in a very specific case. How WOULD I react to seeing someone very close to me die, and more importantly, how would my characters react? I mean, I could just copy fiction and have these surges of sadness, anger, regret and other things, but the problem with that is that I do not understand them, which was never a problem when I watched them, but when I am to actually have surrounding characters REACT to the event? I got totally stuck. Hah.
@Apollosarcher I'd like to make a note that I'm supposed to be the one who decides the result of an attack, auto-hitting is not intended to be a thing against any opponents. Still, you've been slowed down enough by now, so I'm not going to ask you to take it back. Also, since this is Fire Emblem and not Mortal Kombat I won't be all that graphic in my descriptions of you defeating enemies... XD ... But in any case! Well posted! Thank you for getting to it~!

@Penultimate_Pi Your posts are always so sensible, I find. This is a good thing, so nicely structured and such, just like the knight you're playing. Of course, that is not saying that any other way is wrong, but I like it. Keep it up~

@Draconfound@Skittles@ruler710 ... @DAWNSTAR So, yo~? I'll wait a little longer. If I get no updates within a few days, I'll start moving on. So, how's it going?
Sooo... Shouldn't the "Current Contest" thing on the main page be changed to this one? Who's in charge of that? Haha.
@Psyga315 Oh, that. Lesse. Let me have a go at that.

The Nemean Lion was an 'immortal' lion impervious to harm, just like our favorite characters are to supposedly be so dear to us it would be impossible for us to harm them. The task is, in both cases, to kill the immortal being.

Pretty much. ... Of course, if the creator of this quest of ours didn't have any such intention in mind to link the actual labours with our labours of writing, then it is that simple, that too. He can do whatever he wants to. XD
@71342 *snicker* Alright, then.

@Harbringer XD I'll take this into account. Looks like you've got this under control. Nicely posted~ Oh, and I will take into account whenever someone mentions attacking with intention to, well, not kill or such. Mention nothing and I'll take that into my own hands.
Funny thing is, this isn't challenging to me at all. I fantasize about my characters' deaths all the time. Still, reading this thread, it is obviously a challenge to some people. Hm. Guess I'll just simply have to look forward to the right challenge to make me shudder, huh? ... Which is even more fun, because killing someone who ISN'T mine would have been a ton more challenging, ESPECIALLY when it had to be my favorite character before I had understood the rules correctly. I physically jolted with a burning feeling of apprehension and fear at that moment, feeling like it was likely I would have to pass on trying to clear the labour. Then it was cleared out and I could only breathe out in relief. Strange, really, how that can be so much easier for me. Haha.
