Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)
Things you need to know about me?
I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.
I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.
Leo placed his hand back into the water. The smile on his face grew wider as he noticed that Selena was actually warming up to him. That was good. They all had to get along so there's not much drama in the orphanage. "The name's Leo. Nice to meet 'ya Selena. Oh and by the way, my power's materialization, can make anything that can be held by my hand like a sword or brush or something like that."
"Let them be Crystal." Leo said with a grin. "When Ms. Smith says everyone needs to get into the water, everyone will go into it." He explained. There were several cases like the ones right now where they didn't even want to touch the water but they were practically pushed in by Ms. Smith. No one defies her because this is her roof and these are her rules, no exceptions.
"Whoa, what's with the hai-" Leo's eyes turned towards Crystal. They might have been small but they were hard enough to hurt anyone who got hit. "What's the problem Crystal?" He asked, loud enough for her to hear while he was in the water. Damn, it was getting cold.
"Hey I thought this was a spar Sir. From what I heard, spars had someone who would start it." Miroku shot back, not caring if he actually sounded like he was a disrespectful kid but that was what he stood by.
He turned his attention back at Liz and then got his swords ready to parry her attack, if she ever made one. If she didn't, he would aim a quick strike towards her chest area to send her stumbling back.
"Swimming with others?" Leo asked as he went beside her. "Well we're not gonna hurt you or touch you anywhere unpleasant, I swear. We're all siblings here now alright." He said with a grin and raised a hand for a high five.
Leo waved at Selena. "Hey, not getting into the pool?" He asked with a smile as he placed his arms crossed on the pool's edge. "We'll teach you how to swim if you don't know how to."

Name: Kyousuke Takamura
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Skills: He is exceptional with the bow and dagger. He also knows how to lockpick. A natural acrobat and pickpocket.
Personality: He is a kind and helpful teen. He is pretty sensitive and tries to help out but knows when to stop if it would take a turn to destructive. He is outgoing and pretty sociable. He loves being around people but does not entirely hate some alone time too so he can get his priorities straight.
He is, however, a thief in both heart and mind. Beneath his innocent facade is someone who is greedy and would do anything for money. But he isn't beyond making friends and he can stop himself from stealing if the moment isn't to his favor. He doesn't exactly hate the dragons but he does blame them for the death of his twin sister and his horrible luck and that is why he seeks them out.
History: Kyousuke was born in an extremely poor and nomadic family. His parents abandoned him and his twin sister because they were just extra mouths to feed. From a young age, Kyousuke learned how to steal from other people just to survive. As time passed by, he had learned how to wield certain weapons that he had stolen from other people. From a dagger to a bow, he mastered both. His sister was a frail girl so she was often left inside their makeshift house, cooking, cleaning or picking some fruits from nearby plants. That was how they lived. No one took them in despite everything.
One day, however, while Kyousuke was out and about, doing mercenary work and stealing from other people, Kristine (his twin sister) was kidnapped by a bunch of bandits. When Kyousuke got home, he immediately took all of their money and started a trek towards where Kristine was being held. He tried to convince them to let her go with money but it was fruitless. And so he fought. With a bow in hand, he shot them and even stabbed them. There were only five of them so it was easy.
However, when he reached his sister, she was already dead. Her throat has been slit and it was evident that she was 'touched' by these ruffians. Tears flowed from his eyes and he held a heavy heart. He cursed the dragons for giving him such a fate. They had not failed to give something to the dragons despite being poor. He gave her a proper burial and started being a nomad himself.
One time, while inside a pub, he caught wind of a group that was going to search for dragons and prove that they were not gods but demons. He wanted to know why they left his poor and innocent sister to die and he wanted revenge. Kyousuke joined this cause and, despite being young, was accepted because of his exceptional skill.
"Aw, I thought I could take a break." Leo said with a grin before going towards the changing room and then changing into his usual swimming trunks. He placed his clothing in his locker and then went out. One could easily make out his athletic figure. Well, he was a young martial artist and still continues to train up to now.
He dived into the pool and then leaned on the walls of the pool. It was pretty shallow in this portion so he was able to stand. "Hey, it isn't so cold in here!" He pointed out, waving for the others to hurry up and get in.
