Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

He faithfully followed Fred to the altar and then stayed there. He then nodded at Fred and muttered a thank you. His eyes caught on to the guests as they began to enter. The familiar light brown hair of his sister was the one that caught his attention. The girl bounded towards her brother and gave him a hug. The two talked on and on about a lot of things, mostly his sister just sharing information. His eyes turned to her boyfriend. He gave him a glare before turning back to his sister who had not-so-subtly punched him in the shoulder. He was known to be overprotective of his sister. The two finally parted ways and he went back to waiting. He nodded at his manager who had entered and gave a goofy smile at the girl who entered with him. His best friend and co-worker.

But they didn't approach him and sat down beside his sister and her boyfriend. He took a deep breath and then placed his hands in his pockets.
Location: Clearing in front of Shadow Ridge Den
Interacting with: Denali @A Tattooed Girl

Robyn nodded as she looked towards the other side of the river. Slough Creek territory. "I know. I was there for some... encounters.." She was young back then but she had to go out and fight. Especially since she was part of border patrol, she was one of the first to actually go into the fight. "I know Nigrum doesn't want any trouble. It's a good thing he's the alpha in their group." As much as they were enemies, she was glad the was the one who took up the position. If it was an aggressive wolf, she wouldn't have any semblance of rest. She followed Denali when he suddenly stopped. Robyn could smell it as well. It was another wolf. Unfamiliar, but Denali seems to know about it. Ah, so it was another wolf. "Perimeter check too huh? Well, we should've expected it. A bit too early though." Usually, perimeter check times of both clans are at the same time resulting to wolves seeing each other time and time again. She doesn't personally mind. When Denali began to move, she did as well. "That scent? You knew who owned it?"

Yukihiro placed the staff on the ground and leaned on it, eyes trailing to both Indriel and Christian as they bickered back and forth about their strategy to take down a small group of players that have been quite unruly. They had picked up the quest after a small while of walking aimlessly around and sought out to find these people. They had already been given half the pay, they just needed to finish them off to get the full one. Apparently, these people were 'barbarians' and cared for no one but themselves. In the game, it wasn't too surprising. It was murder, yes, but it isn't as heavy as in real life, even if you were killing them in the real world as well.

"I'm telling you, I'll charge first and then you just give me cover." Indriel started to speak once more, punctuating every word with a hand movement as per her habit.

"But if I do that, we won't have the advantage of surprise!" Christian reasoned. "It'd be easier if you just stay back and wait for a couple to drop before going in."

The argument continued and Yukihiro simply sighed and looked at Alisia who had a pretty neutral reaction to it too. The two always did bicker, having different views on a lot of things. He then looked back at the small camp. There were six people there, max. He could see two Goliaths, one Caretaker, one Overwatch, and two Battlebornes, the kind that doesn't have weaponry. He was worried more about the Goliaths to be honest, they were beasts. Indriel has to chip off those armor before she could do anything. The overwatch wasn't really doing anything but chilling around. In fact, the guy hasn't even detected them yet.

"Christian, aim for the Overwatch first. It'll be a problem if he gets up and running. If you can get the Caretaker, all the better. Indriel, distract the others or defeat them, whichever you see fit. Alisia." Yukihiro said and the two nodded. It was usually like this. They bicker while Yukihiro thinks things through. Alisia cast a Shield spell on the two to buff up their defenses. Yukihiro nodded and the two took off.

Christian took out his hybrid pistols and then aimed carefully at the Overwatch who had been sitting down and balancing the chair on its hind legs. Two charged shots later and he was down and the area was in full alert. Indriel had rushed down, both swords unsheathed, and began confusing the Goliaths. They had sprayed their bullets at her but she was a fast AI. She had been grazed but was overall fine. They then felt something heavy on their backs to reveal that there were two skeletons clinging onto them. Indriel approached them swiftly, her swords glowing an eerie blue as she cut the two down. Christian had taken out the Caretaker and was now aiming at the Battleborns.

The fight didn't last too long. With Indriel's weapon advantage and Christian's range advantage, the two didn't stand much of a chance. They then walked back to Yukihiro who had sent a message to the quest giver and the money was almost instantaneously transferred to his account. "Good job guys." The three smiled at their master. "I say this calls for a-"

[Genesis: Outside Sanctuary Pyre]

"Celebration." Yukihiro finished and then looked around the unfamiliar territory. The three AIs looked around as well and there wasn't really any results. They had been loaded into another place without his consent. He then noticed a message from the UN stating something about helping them and being loaded to somewhere. This must be the place. They could've at least waited until he read that note. He looked at the AIs who were curiously peeking at his menu and let them see it.

A man then appeared from the screen. Mark was the guy's name. Ah, so they were handpicked by a group of people to defeat R3v314t1on. Why they didn't come in the game themselves was because they didn't want more people to get stuck in a hospital, he guessed. He didn't mind though. His eyes went to his nametag and the level beside it as the cap was removed. That was nice. At least he didn't have to worry about being capped out anymore. Or well, after this, he doubted he would go back to Elysium if they ever succeed into getting out. And they were promised whatever they wanted. Yukihiro didn't really think much about it. His parents were rich so he actually got what he wanted, when he wanted it as long as he did good. He'll think what to do with that reward after he's done.

He then stared at the picture that had appeared. Mayhem. Oh, Yukihiro saw this guy before. In Killion, of course. He had visited there time and time again just for fun and he could see the guy roaming around. He tended to avoid Mayhem, since he wasn't really good news. So this guy was their target for now to get to this Glitch person who is apparently the leader of all of this. It sounded simple enough. Getting there ins't though. But he otherwise didn't say anything, not like Mark could hear him anyway.

Staring at the distant sanctuary that was Pyre, he divided his attention between Mark and the location. Oh so they enlisted a person named Minxy as their leader huh? Well, if the top minds picked her for the job, he doesn't really care. That was when the video ended. He then looked at the three AIs who had smiles on their faces, glad that their master can finally find a way out. Yukihiro frowned and then looked back at the others who loaded after him. Interesting, truly interesting.

Joshua's eyes scanned the cafeteria for the nth time. He was unlike other guards. He was leaning on the wall with one foot on it and his hands in his pockets. No one really cared how he did he job; he just had to do the basics. He had been here for two and a half years already, so he was by no means new. He knew every nook and cranny of this place like the back of his hands, burning in his memory the patients and what rooms they were in, and those patients who had died and the rooms that are now vacant. It was tiring doing all of this but it was a force of habit by now on his part.

However, what he did not know was what was going in the basement. He had escorted many to the elevator, mostly patients, but he was never allowed to go down. Even in all the years he had served this hospital, he still wasn't allowed. What made matters worse were the patients that he escorted don't go back up and he assumed them to be dead, considering that their names were removed from the roster. The fact that Ichi never wanted to approach the elevator made him uneasy but never showed it. Whatever happening down there was the doctor's business, and theirs alone. If they told him to go, he would. He just hoped he wouldn't end up as one of the 'missing' people.

Ichi barked once and Joshua placed a hand on the dog's head before rubbing it. He turned his head back to the entrance hallway to the cafeteria and his eyes landed on Elizabeth. She had said something along the lines of someone not having respect. But he paid her no mind. As long as there was no disturbance, he wouldn't have to say anything. However, when she would pass by, he would give her a nod and a small, "Greetings." It was the usual routine with him. Greet the patients as they passed by. Some might be out of their mind, but most were sane and you just had to get used to things around here.
He gave out a smile at the pirate-looking man had a more gory and morbid idea of how he wanted Anjou dead. Akira watched as everything transpired around him. This pirate-looking man had vandalized Ichiru's statue, or rather Ichiru himself, and then was quickly reprimanded by two others, the kitsune and the bird-yokai, Yukiko and Tsubame. He tilted his head to the side. He agreed with them. Shrines aren't meant to be vandalized except maybe Anjou's shrine that dotted the land but he didn't move to do anything seeing as the two had already made their move.

Yawning, his twin tails started swaying on the ground. It was a weird group, funny but weird. Most don't like the idea of working together since they don't trust each other. Akira didn't really mind. Enemy or not, his name has been spoken through the yokai world. Anjou, undoubtedly, know about him since he was the first to approach the bakeneko. He didn't really mind.

His eyes trailed to Daifei. He could understand bits of pieces of what she was saying. A person from another land that he had momentarily visited. It seems the others are having close to no problem in communicating with her though. He was confident he could too but that should wait until later. But he highly doubted she would be leader. With an attitude like that, it would be like allowing a leader to lead them to suicide. Akira isn't leader material, but he does know a good leader. Someone with a calm head on their shoulders.

And Ichiru began talking why they had to trust them. His eyes widened as he saw the glass ball. He wasn't a kitsune but he knew fully well what that was. A hoshi no tama. The object that holds the powers of the kitsune. A vital object to their species. And here he was, entrusting it to Hongo, some guy that had been in the shrine, and would also be joining the group on the whole 'destroy Anjou' mission. Their death equates to him losing his power forever. Huh, trust is such an easy thing to get.

"You mean we're going to pick off his generals one by one? There's a lot of them you know? Hard to beat too." He was speaking from experience of course. He's confident that he could go on par with them now, but that's just it. Perhaps with this group it would be easier but that is not assured.

Will was pretty happy that he was able to chop of its head. He couldn't believe it worked. Even he was shocked when the axe went completely through and the neck and head just shattered. There was a goofy smile on his face as relief rushed through his heart. However, something felt wrong.

The body hadn't disappeared.

If there's one thing he noticed in this place is that things become boxes of pixels when they die. Or at least, that's something he had concluded. Just like how its head and neck shattered into a thousand pixels. And so it was only a moment of joy before he was thrown off of the back of the lifeform and was sent flying. He could barely hear Juliet ordering Mason over the loud beating of his heart.

"Oh fuck." The blond didn't usually curse. Only in desperate times, he would swear. And now, he was feeling up to saying his whole vocabulary of curses, English and otherwise. It felt like time had slowed down when he was in the air. He could see where he was going to land, and he was going to land on it and it would hurt very, very much. Even if he was managed to get caught, it would lessen the damage, yes, but it would harm both him and his human cushion.

He braced for impact on the ground. Whether or not someone catches him, he still knew to prepare himself for the inevitable pain that would come soon after. That's what you get for not noticing stuff Will. That's what you get.

"Ah, my sister and her boyfriend are coming and so is my manager and a co-worker." Vincent pointed out. It was only four people but it was something. While he had tons of friends, he wasn't really comfortable with inviting them to his wedding. Then there was the fact that his parents were busy right now and couldn't make it. "Alright, lead the way sir." He said with a nod, ready to get a move on.
@KatherinWinter

Yeah, I doubt he knows the damage he's done. Just holler if you've decided.
