Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

Furitta's eyes narrowed at the Instructor as the wire wrapped around his arm, and despite the pressure being placed upon his arm, he didn't even drop the whip. She let out a click of her tongue and wanted to let out a single curse, but that wouldn't reflect too well on a hero, now would it?

She wasn't lifted, as she retracted the wire back to her so it unclasped its hold on her enemy. However, the Instructor bellowed out to his 'students' to get her in particular. Furitta let her body be at ease for a moment as they advanced. As one of them reached for her, she grabbed him by the arm and then flipped him over without trying to harm him too bad.

But then another masked hero came - Serpentine, she said her name was. A nod of her head in acknowledgement came from Furitta but she was too distracted to introduce herself once more as she ducked from one more attack and then grabbed the student by the collar and throwing him over to one of the other zombiefied groups. "Yeah, pleasure." She let out before she rolled and then tripped up two of the students. They weren't really all that well coordinated - which was good for the heroes. She then shot out the wire towards a nearby building and swung herself over the group of slave-students to get to the Instructor.

Using the momentum from the swing, she aimed an axe kick at the Instructor.

Location: Bearing Lake - Church
Interacting with: Falling Down @Crosswire

"You're right. Blueblood only cares about appearances. Do anything to piss him off, and I doubt he would just let you off with a smack on your hands." Seeing as this girl shared his sentiments, he decided to leave off the title. Lightning never did like talking titles when the person who has them doesn't deserve it. Everyone was in a state of peacefulness - false security and whatnot. Well, it's not like it's affecting him gravely anymore so he didn't much care. Besides, even if she did rat him out by telling what he said to the Headmaster, why would anyone believe her? This was goody-two-shoes Lightning Flash we're talking about her. The kindest, most obedient child out of his whole batch.

Despite her obvious dislike of him following her, he still was hot on her heels. There was nothing she could possibly do to get him to stop. After all, he was the trained guard and she was just a delinquent from the school who had little to no formal training. Well, it's not like he would ever do anything to hinder her progress unless she would fall down a pit. In which case, he'd be forced to catch her. But until such thing would come to pass, he would be trailing behind her silently.

The church wasn't anything special to look at. Like its outside state, the inside was in a complete state of disrepair. With the wood rotting away and its stained glass covered, there really was nothing he could say was even remotely beautiful here. The noise was irritating though - as the tarps that covered the glass window moved violently against the wind, but was still effectively nailed that it wouldn't come off. Nevertheless, he persisted to follow.

He moved to touch one of the pews just to see how deteriorated it was, but Falling's voice snapped him out. So she was planning on actually speaking with him throughout this mini-treasure hunt. Ah, or maybe she was just musing to herself. Flash moved away from the pew and then followed her, observing the candles laid in a specific order. This was... oddly familiar. "Unless those candlesticks are magic, and I doubt they are, no. They shouldn't even be laid down like this." He admitted. There was a creeping sense of foreboding in the back of his mind. The green eyed male knew something was wrong.

Seeing Falling wince, Flash decided to ascend the altar as well. Seeing the gruesome scene did not invoke any sort of emotion from Lightning Flash - except a hint of... glee, but also irritation. These emotions passed his face in a millisecond that no one would even notice it. "Poor sap." He first said as he stepped closer. "Quite obviously, someone's doing experiments here." He's definitely seen this kind of handiwork before. But could a necromancer really be this close to Bellbrooke with no one noticing? No, it may be some other form of magic. But he was confident that someone else has been messing around with the same thing that brought their destruction.

Falling now had a book on hand that had quite a tough-looking lock. He frowned. "With the evidence of this lying around, I don't think this mystery person of ours hasn't exactly left yet." He pointed out. As he spoke, he heard a small creaking sound and he slowly turned and took his bow into his hand and prepared an arrow - green eyes locking onto the sound. A complete 180 turn from his attitude. He was completely serious this time. Was it another treasure hunter? Or was it their mystery person?

Either way, both weren't exactly good news.
Christ on the cross why did that take so long? I'm sorry everyone I'm a mess right now. Been under a lot of stress, struggling with motivation, sleeping, taking care of myself, everything.

I posted in response to everyone who has posted so far. Please forgive me for taking as long as I did.

Is anyone still around?

We all go through that. I think it's fine, better take care of yourself than stress yourself over an RP. It is supposed to be for fun, after all.

I'm still here, but would probably take a while to respond. As always.
Furitta nodded at the younger one as she thanked her for her help. She then raised her arms in a form that reminded of people of what seems to be a boxing form - her gauntlets covering her forearm. "Mr... Johnsen?" She muttered. This was one of the teachers for the lower years. She had personally become on of his students. He was a relatively nice guy, so why was he acting like this? "Name's Furitta. Hero name, you understand." She said before seeing Talon land beside her.

"Clear a path and get her out of here Talon." She said, agreeing to his plan of her taking on Mr. Johnsen while Talon takes on the other glassy-eyed teens. She didn't mind taking on the ringmaster of all of this shebang. But of course, just having the girl run away while they were surrounded didn't seem like that good of an idea. Hopefully, they could get out of it without being harmed. Holding the others off for a bit wouldn't be too bad.

Right?

Furitta pointed a finger at Mr. Johnsen. "So you're a teacher huh? I thought disciplinary measures like this isn't legal anymore so I think it's time for you to stop." She said first, but knowing that he won't back down, she immediately shot out a wire towards his hand so he would let go of the whip that he was using. Reeling back the wire, she immediately closed in the distance with her arms close to her before attempting to punch Mr. Johnsen to get him to lose his balance.
Akira Igarashi

Mentions: @Aura @RoccanIronclad

Akira entered his room - a small grin on his face. This was all so different from his homeland to the East. It was colder, but not unbearably so. The room wasn't anything special either - with a small bed, a cabinet and a desk with a lamp on top as its furniture. It was good enough. He didn't need anything else, to be honest. He could just pick something out of the ground for food - it was enough nutrition for him at least.

The Scholars were really kind to give him a room - but the trip had to be paid by him. At least he had enough money that he accumulated over the years of his life. He did bring a lot of them as he flew here, which was practically all of his possessions aside from a change if clothes or two. Material possessions weren't too important to him since he doesn't have much need for it. Though collecting crap has always been something he does. He's a hoarder, but he eventually parts with it.

Opening a window, he began to stretch and look out. Ah, it was a good view. Perhaps it was a good time to see the sights and explore this town. He looked back at the room and then jumped out - his body shifting into a cat's by the time he landed on another roof. Arching his back and flexing his claws, he let out a soft meow before beginning to move from one roof to another using the flexibility of a feline.

He always felt good whenever he would traverse the surface in his original form. While being human was fun and all, slipping through cracks as a cat was always more fun. Not to mention getting food from good-hearted bystanders was a plus. Akira quickened his pace until he was racing towards the farmer's market through the usage of anything but the road the others frequently used.

When he heard the familiar buzz of the market, he slowed down his pace and peered curiously into one of the shops by bending himself over the roof. The shopkeeper looked a the black cat with a tilt of her head. The two's eyes met and she gave him a smile. "Anything that strikes your fancy?" She questioned.

Akira blinked at her and then shook his head.

"Oh, I see. Come back if you find yourself in any need of my wares." She replied kindly and Akira nodded before disappearing back into the roof.

Right, they were all supernaturals. They could sense him, or at least the magic that he exudes. Oh well, it's still better than having to push and squeeze to get through the crowd down there. He could hear a variety of things - but he finally felt at ease. It was the same anywhere huh? The market was always chaotic with people shouting to present their goods and others fighting to haggle it down to a certain price.

Akira sat down for a while after some time of walking. He began playing with the bell tied to his collar - a certain item he decided to keep with him in both his human form and cat form. He swatted at it - letting the bell ring repeatedly and loudly with the sound being carried off by the wind. It had a… a calming effect on him to be honest. After five times of ringing the bell, he once more started to move.

However, as he padded along, he felt a very familiar aura. He began following where this aura was coming from. His eyes fell onto a girl dressed in rather elegant clothing and carried herself like she was the queen of the world - accompanied by a scholarly looking fellow and he could guess, from his clothing, that he may as well be one of the Scholars. But he was not what he was looking for. The girl was one of those from his homeland - a Kitsune. Feeling giddy that he found someone from around his area, he pounced onto the ground and then brushed against the two's legs before letting out a purr - a sign that he was looking for food. He wasn't sure whether or not they would immediately peg him to be a Bakeneko, or their cousin a Nekomata, but he wanted to see what their reactions would be.

@Rockin Strings

If you say so, but who'll control the villain?
Oh gosh I still haven't created a character and the IC is coming soon

Panic

Well, time to get started I suppose.

Ferrian

Ferrian's ears twitched as screams were heard. He turned his head to what seems to be a flaming tent. Dwarves and humans began shouting that the other started the fight and quickly took up arms. Some others, like his stunned acquaintances, didn't immediately turn their blades against the Dwarves. It would seem that at least some of them retained a sense of peace. But the white haired Manakete couldn't quite bring himself to care. This was not his fight - this was not his war. His war ended long ago. He turned to look at the merchant and her royal customers - all of whom were in a state of disbelief. Understandably so. Even as the others stood up, he remained seated while calmly drinking the tea offered to him.

At the sound of Kazador's voice, he turned his attention to him. He was angry and confused. Rionach even more so. She was disgruntled by the sudden change in atmosphere. What once was simply tense was now completely hostile. Truly, humans are such fickle beings. Then again, he couldn't say that they weren't themselves. Even mighty dragons were prone to destructive tendencies - personal experience speaking. However, before they could all decide, Rionach was already calling out to the royals who had been near them. She offered them protection in exchange for a way out.

"You short-lived ones always know how to mess things up." He grumbled to himself as he heaved himself up.

He turned to the others and then gave them a sharp nod. He looked at the incoming soldiers - Archanea, he realized they were from. Ferrian had no intention of fighting them nor was he too keen on siding with one side. Both were not at fault but at the same time were. With no clear antagonist - everyone practically was. The Manakete knew better than to meddle with the affairs of these… mortals. He lost a whole tribe to their ambitions and conflicts. But if he were to be forced to, he cannot assure that he could hold back.
General Luna

Luna looked at the mercenary Jerod who questioned her presence here. Offering him a meek smile, she explained her situation. "I had gone off to search for a soldier of mine who was lost in the chaos of mingling - though by the time I came back empty-handed most of them had already gone off. Figured it should be fine. They know their orders." This might give the general idea that she wasn't good at leading her own unit. While this couldn't be farther from the truth, she didn't mind if everyone believed so. After all, this was her fault. She doesn't mind showing incompetence - especially if the only one who could actually bring harm to her position is Sordan and he was from Tellius. "I've grown a bit tired of keeping my focus on them, so I figured to I stay here and let them rendezvous on their own." She finalized, not even bothered by the amount of information he was sharing to a mercenary and basically anyone else around the campfire.

The light conversation droned on and Luna happily listened. It was nice to hear a fresh set of voices instead of the usual she would come to hear in the training hall or around the palace. It was the same old voices. She always had this rush of feeling whenever she hears new voices - it's the main reason why she loved training new recruits.

An explosion erupted suddenly coming from the main tent - her eyes widening in surprise. In a second flat, she was up with her hand on the hilt of her sword. What came next was one of the soldiers shouting that the Dwarves betrayed them and the Dwarves saying the same thing. Luna's head was all jumbled up. With her loyalty to her nation, she should certainly start attacking a Dwarf, but they weren't in the wrong. It wasn't clear yet. They were approached by Kazador who demanded an explanation coming from them. Rionach expressed that she didn't know. Luna knew no better than the woman from Valentia. She looked Kazador straight in the eye and said, "We have no idea what's happening, but with the main tent ablaze, I do not think this fighting would end."

Spotting Archanean soldiers marching towards them having spotted Kazador's small group with them, she wanted to take action. She heard Rionach inviting the young royals to get the hell out of there. She nodded, agreeing with the Valentian. "She is right. We need to get you all out of here. Naga knows you're the only ones who haven't been terminated from that explosion." She regarded all the royals present. They needed to get out. But she worried for Kazador's group. "Kazador, come, let's get out of here and gather our bearings!" She eyed the small regiment of Archanean soldiers. Should they come, she needed to exert her authority on them. If they didn't spot her by now, she knew she would have to speak up to stop them.
Whoa wait, crap I haven't even planned a character.

Well, time to run by supernatural races and see if I can get a character idea. In the meantime, I shall indulge myself by reading other CS's!
