Current Projects/Freelance work

  • I am a voice talent and script writer for Faerun History
  • I have a much smaller personal Youtube channel that I use to make videos on various subjects. Only been making videos for 2 years, but it's growing!
  • I'm the host of a Science Fiction & Fantasy Podcast where I interview authors of the genre.

Interests (Includes but is not limited to)

  • Writing/Reading (Love writing and I own too many books)
  • Video Games (Been a gamer for close to 23 years now)
  • Working Out/Martial Arts (Wing Chun/Oyama Karate mostly. Some historical swordplay as well.)

  • Zoology
  • Art (Mostly Illustrations. Used to be good. Am picking it back up)
  • Voice Acting/Singing
  • Tabletop Gaming (Started late in the game. Been at it for 3 years. I was the kid who bought the monster manuals and D&D books just for the lore for the longest time. I've played 3.5e, 5e, Star Wars D20, Edge of the Empire, PF, and PF2.)
  • Weaponry of all kinds
  • Anime (mostly action/shonen. DBZ & YYH being my favorites)
  • Movies (Action/War/Drama films being my go-to)
  • Music (Rock of all kinds, as well as historical folk songs, sea shanties, pub songs, a bit of classical music, etc)
  • Guitar (am learning to play, but being left handed makes it challenging)
  • There's more but if you care enough you can PM me :P

Roleplay F.A.Q.

  • Fantasy, Sci Fi, and Historical are my genres. Fantasy being my favorite and Sci Fi/Historical being close seconds.
  • Advanced / Nation / 1x1 / Casual (only in certain circumstances)
  • I generally write at the 'Advanced Level' meaning 4+ Paragraphs with good grammar.
  • I am usually busy with many projects and RPs, but if you wish to do a 1x1 with me, you'll need to present your case. Those I already do it with have my trust as a Roleplayer.
  • I love many, many fictional universes so me trying to list them all is an effort in futility!

Welcome to the site, dude!
The silence of the void was familiar to Neil now, but he recalled a time when he felt very trapped when exposed to the vacuum of space, even within a spacesuit. Though most low-end spacesuits were cumbersome and took away a bit of his agility. Luckily, this one was slimming.

He marched past Sayeeda into the hatchway, giving a salute as he passed her by. "You got it, Boss." He said, his voice echoing within her suit's helmet. The vastness of the plaza was now diminished by about one hundred times, though the hall was still large compared to most ships. The ceiling was thrice the height of a man, and five people could walk abreast and still have elbow room.

Dead plants and loose materials such as steel from the walls, packaged food, and even trash cans floated around them. Neil pushed aside a child's toy as he made his way further within. He saw a strange gaseous substance snaking about, yet curiously it behaved like liquid. Neil had seen alcohol in space, but it never ceased to amaze him how it reacted.

"Ok, we're in the presidium now." He told Sayeeda once they made it down the first two hallways. There was a map upon the wall. Normally it would be interactive, but the primitive AI had been destroyed with half of the ship. Next to Neil was a staircase that went downwards. He ran his finger along the halls it would take to get to the engine room, his mind searing the memory of it in his head.

"All we need to do now is to head down to the left through another few halls. Seems easy enough."

From above, Neil was suddenly hit by a Xenonid. Its body moving slowly but powerfully as it had positioned itself just to the left of him from the ceiling. Neil's electromagnetic feet were 'sucked' off the floor from the impact. Sayeeda could tell it was also more sluggish in its movements, even past the lack of gravity. As if the void was slowly reducing its strength and speed. But it still attempted to ravage Neil, trying to find an opening in his suit.

"Shit!"

I need to try Arena. I used to do RP fights all the time back on my old Roleplay site but I never did step into it here.
Ok, on monday I will update. TFF is not in trouble, but I'll give her post a pass. I'd post sooner but I am going to the lake this weekend.
I will look at the collab tonight then.
The guards above spoke to one another in hushed whispers, though with their Elven ears both of them could hear them speaking of how they would need to report the late night entry to the Captain, inferring he isn't one to be displeased. However, moments later the one called down. "We'll let you in. Just keep out of trouble." He said. A shout was heard in the distance, and then the gate began to slowly open as if by some primitive mechanism.

As the gate opened, Brogach stamped on the ground a bit from the vast noise of the moving timber. Before them, a torchlit scene unfolded. The buildings within were not large, most being one story with a few of them two stories. Lamp posts with torches and lamps hung every now and then down the road. A few human peasants and workmen sat on their porches or hastily walked across the street, some mingling. But most were inside now, warm within their homes.

Snow caked the tops of the slanted, thatched roofs. They'd need to find an inn, of course. Hopefully it had a sign. Calanon patted Brogach's neck, and the Elk trotted forward through the opening. It took only a few seconds before the gate was closing once more. "The Inn is down two streets, take a left!" One man called to them. More quietly, another began to scold him for helping such strange outsiders.

"You heard them, Brogach." Calanon said to his mount, and the Elk began a light gallop down the road. As men and women cloaked and wrapped in cloth watched them with curiosity and suspicion, Calanon turned to Rayadell. "Do you use that alias often?" He asked her, merely curious.
I'm an Advanced guy. Though I am not above High Casual, and I enjoy a Nation RP from time to time. Past few months I've really enjoyed the 1x1 section too. Took me awhile to find some good partners but still!
Hello! Welcome to the Guild :)
As Sayeeda spoke, Neil was banking hard. His hands on the manual controls pulling back to the left, and even through the various Xarconian steel walls could they hear the thrum of the engine as it hastened.

"Wh-" Taya breathed, unable to bring the words in her mind to bear at this unnecessary risk. "What, why!? Are you two insane?"

"Hell yes I can get those engine's functional." Neil replied to Junebug, ignoring Taya for the moment. The Highlander arced across the 'western' portion of the bio-fleet. Neil had the ship ducking and whirring around the last vestiges of the greater fleet, the signal beacon going off and on every few moments to announce a projectile or ship that was coming close, only for it to be left far behind from the daring maneuvers Neil had to pull.

Junebug would see the odd Bio-ship splintering off to pursue, but it would be a lax effort on their part. What was one ship that would bring them no sustenance compared to Fornax?

Up ahead, the derelict freighter was so vast it was visible even through the window. The size of a small city, its tail-end broken off. Debris as large as city blocks filtered out lazily, following the ship by no reasoning past its sheer gravity. Neil approached gingerly, though Taya still held onto her seat for dear life after he had slowed. Despite the adrenaline pumping through him, he had to appreciate the quiet intensity of a dead mega-freighter.

He'd heard of deep space graveyards before. Massive collections of various broken ships gathered together by gravity, floating within the nothingness of space. He had to think this is what one of those looked like.

Neil carefully turned the ship's thrusters to and fro as he crept the Highlander through the islands of steel at the derelict's back, finally squeezing into the closest he could get to the ship's center. He turned on the electromagnetic stabilizers to keep their ship grounded as he landed with a gentle thud.

"What happens if one of you dies?" Taya said. "Or both? I can't fly this ship!"

"Look, neither of us are going to die." Neil said with the tone of speaking to an annoying boss or a nagging mother. The irony of his statement wasn't lost on Taya as blood still dripped from his side from the bullet wound. "We'll be back before you know it. Lonney, take care of her." He said, unbuckling his seat.

"Rought sir!"
