I started ATLA late, around Covid. But I love the first series and think TLoK is pretty good despite some problems

I never notice someone's post count until I see (ignore post count) and then I totally look at it, out of habit and curiosity.

Current Projects/Freelance work

  • I am a voice talent and script writer for Faerun History
  • I have a much smaller personal Youtube channel that I use to make videos on various subjects. Only been making videos for 2 years, but it's growing!
  • I'm the host of a Science Fiction & Fantasy Podcast where I interview authors of the genre.

Interests (Includes but is not limited to)

  • Writing/Reading (Love writing and I own too many books)
  • Video Games (Been a gamer for close to 23 years now)
  • Working Out/Martial Arts (Wing Chun/Oyama Karate mostly. Some historical swordplay as well.)
  • History (Military History is my specialty)
  • Zoology
  • Art (Mostly Illustrations. Used to be good. Am picking it back up)
  • Voice Acting/Singing
  • Tabletop Gaming (Started late in the game. Been at it for 3 years. I was the kid who bought the monster manuals and D&D books just for the lore for the longest time. I've played 3.5e, 5e, Star Wars D20, Edge of the Empire, PF, and PF2.)
  • Weaponry of all kinds
  • Anime (mostly action/shonen. DBZ & YYH being my favorites)
  • Movies (Action/War/Drama films being my go-to)
  • Music (Rock of all kinds, as well as historical folk songs, sea shanties, pub songs, a bit of classical music, etc)
  • Guitar (am learning to play, but being left handed makes it challenging)
  • There's more but if you care enough you can PM me :P

Roleplay F.A.Q.

  • Fantasy, Sci Fi, and Historical are my genres. Fantasy being my favorite and Sci Fi/Historical being close seconds.
  • Advanced / Nation / 1x1 / Casual (only in certain circumstances)
  • I generally write at the 'Advanced Level' meaning 4+ Paragraphs with good grammar.
  • I am usually busy with many projects and RPs, but if you wish to do a 1x1 with me, you'll need to present your case. Those I already do it with have my trust as a Roleplayer.
  • I love many, many fictional universes so me trying to list them all is an effort in futility!

Never posted in here before, but saw something on my Facebook feed that I thought would provoke some interesting - and entertaining - debate.
Thoughts?

While I am pro-choice, I don't agree with that as long as there is another physician available to do the procedure required. To the objector, that's literally making them choose between their career, and what they perceive as murder.
@Fetzen You're completely fine. Don't worry, no one's annoyed^^
I'd just take away the 3rd paragraph (2 is fine) and describe how An-Hasst has made it to a small stairway in the gloom. I didn't expect the people who were removing stones to have too much to post.
When you're a lizardman and you want to go undercover as a human
Ah yes, I had not noticed. Thank you TFF.

@FetzenUnless you went down the specific tunnel Argon and Sett had gone, you would not have seen a thing. Though you could still go that way if you wish. It's just not where Geradin said for everyone to move to. Their tunnel was on the left while the one you were uncovering was forward.
Sol'id Fist

The Mando did his best to send burst fire when he could, knowing that while he came prepared for long firefights, his ammo was still limited. Unfortunately, being attacked from everywhere within a 120 degree angle in front of him was difficult to not go full auto, and more than a few times he had to lay down as much fire as he could while tactically backing into cover and ducking when need be. He'd seen worse before, but the veteran was still aware this was a very dangerous situation to be in.

He wasn't about to move out of formation, however. He had a role to play, and did not relent his fire until the fiery explosion occurred in the center, leaving an opening for the other two squad members to move. "Hey, uh...other Mandalorian, cover the left flank when I cross."

Sol'id glanced Sirka's way, his face unreadable under his mask, though the pirates would have chuckled if they had heard the transmission and seen the look. Luckily, they were none the wiser as Sirka charged, and Sol'id suddenly stepped out of hiding once more, with a fresh clip in his Mandalorian heavy blaster. So surprised were the pirates at this sudden change of tactics, he killed two within three seconds, and the rest on the left flank were thoroughly hidden in cover as Sol'id stepped toward them. They fired back blindly, but had little they could do beyond that.

He then halted his firing and vaulted over their cover, bashing in the heads of two pirates with the butt of his heavy gun. Skulls and necks broke, and he crouched within the now dead thug's cover. Only to see the Devaronian now diving behind a crate not too far from where Sol'id sat. He aimed carefully, and by the time the ring leader saw he was flanked by an enemy and not his subordinates, he got three lasbolts to the chest.
@Tawny Swan Glad to have you back!
Herold had trudged through the debris and mud for Emperor knows how long, once the explosion had hit. It was lucky he and his companions had made it a distance away, as well as having ample cover. The bits of rockcrete and Orkish limbs that had fallen from the sky, not to mention the dust, had seemed apocalyptic. Luckily, the Valkyrie had not delayed in its arrival, and upon the plateau it lowered itself so the others could jump in.

Unfortunately, just as Herold was hauling his armored bulk into the gunship, a guttural cry and bellow was heard from behind them, and a Greenskin unlike any he had ever seen before emerged on a mechanical throne. He'd thought all of the Orks had been killed initially, but Herold should have guessed that the Orkoids wouldn't be dispatched so easily. They infected every planet they ever touched, and it would take explosions across the entire world before they'd be exterminated for good.

"Valkyrie!" Herold cried over the engines, pointing his finger at the approaching horde while instinctually searching himself for his combat shotgun. "Take that Warboss down!" His gun didn't have the range to kill the Orkoid or his followers just yet, and if they allowed them to get closer, they could detonate the fuel depot and kill the entire team. If no one did something quickly, he'd hop off the Valkyrie and get up close to take him out if he had to.

Fuckers!
@BCTheEntity Ah ok, I thought you were referring to something planned past that. I do believe that I will play the part of Fineki, and it'll be your choice on what your character wants to believe, or who he listens to. But I don't think it will matter too much on whether An-Hasst is there or not.
