@MarsAdept@shagranoz@Cloud3514 So... What's going on with this game? It's been particularly slow/dying and it's been almost a week since I last posted. I'd like to make sure this game can keep going and be successful. :(
@TorikRedguard @alexfangtalon Waiting on you guys.
Ancient Library

Akoni felt like an idiot. It didn't happen very often, so when it did he was especially infuriated, meaning his attitude was even more sour than normal. He had thought he found a library, disheveled and lacking, when in reality it was some hovel for that bird creature. Now here he was, while some of the others were on official missions from the Council, amongst a true library. Fantastic though it was, Akoni's appreciation was bit dimmed by the experience. Moreso considering his company. The child-demon's presence was an irritation at best, and the sage's presence meant he had to keep a healthy dose of paranoia about him just in case he was recognized and the sage decided an old feud was more important than their work as a "team." At least Mary and Souta were tolerable, fellow academics, even if they were still crickets. And thank all powers in the Three Kingdoms that the half-breed Kosara had been assigned elsewhere. Akoni didn't need her reckless behavior here.

The old mage walked at the front of the group, illuminating his way with an old cantrip, a single floating ball of light. Torches were for suckers. As the group entered the great dome with the skylight, Akoni noticed the books strewn about on the floor. Not again... Without waiting for the others he began levitating the books towards himself so that he could look them over, cross-reference their text, and generally inspect every possible detail. For the moment he would let the others look over the archways and their runes.
As others have stated, I'd be more than happy to try to keep this going. I didn't put in the effort of making Unagi for nothing, after all. I wouldn't be able to participate in determining how it's run though.

@Blackbeard I understand your position. All the investment and effort put in suddenly being pulled out from under you... Really sucks. But I hope that you can be inspired again and create more. As evidenced here, plenty of us are more than willing to help you out on that.

@Bigg Slamm If we can keep this going then I see no reason why not. It'd certainly create a lot of interesting potential interactions.
I guess we may never have our "old man off." That makes me a saaaad Jeff. :(
@Lugubrious@Sho Minazuki Wait, so now I'm confused as to what just happened with Akoni. I was just in a "library" with Kosara and some bird creature squatting there. Now all of a sudden Akoni is with a completely different group in an actually respectable library as part of an unofficial mission? There wasn't any kind of transition, what just happened? D:
Ayup. Sounds like someone is probably getting fired. From a cannon. Into the sun.

Plagiarism so bad. Hopefully this doesn't set the game back too far.

I have completed my CS and it is ready for review.
Akoni shook his head at the antics of Kosara and Eeliot. "Chirp chirp chirp chirp. Noisy crickets never shut the hell up." He took a moment to stretch his neck out, rolled his shoulders, and popped the joints. He then lifted his hands upward, and the books strewn about lifted into the air with his motion, each contained within a small blue bubble of semi-transparent magical energy.

"I claim this as my personal quarters within the Charred Citadel. Now to organize these tomes. If anybody misplaces a single molecule of paper or ink, I will tear their body apart from the inside with a gate. Am I understood?" Without waiting for an answer, Akoni created two small gates. One above an open hand, and one directly beneath one of the juice boxes of the bird creature. Without paying Eeliot any attention, he sipped bits from the box while books lazily floated in front of him and he directed each to a spot on a shelf to be studied later. Thanks to the rejuvenation provided by Panoptos, Akoni could organize and study for hours without tiring. Sadly, the amount of literature left wouldn't take nearly that much energy.

"Watcher!" the old man called out, casually yet very curt. A moment later and one of the creatures appeared, but Akoni was in no mood for its lip. "What is the story behind this Eeliot creature?" he asked the watcher, never taking his eyes away from his sorting work.
@Slendy I think most wouldn't object to that. Id be fine with it myself, though my captain, should he be approved, will be fairly comical himself.
