Considering trying to re-run a digimon RP that didn't really take off. Dunno though. Digimon rp's are met typically with a terrible fate. :l

Bio

Hello. . . Umm, I'm Pyro. How do you do? I'm not really sure about what to say. XD

I like lots of the less serious (especially Ecchi ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ) anime out there and super actiony games. I rather like Touhou and Hyperdimension Neptunia too! If you want to talk about those at all send me a PM or something!

"So you start a fight and when you find yourself outmatched you try to bring the fight in your own odds? Are you a fool? Is it just an act or are you just that dim?" Chloetta had to ask. Really. For a tactician he made several blunders. Really though. . . This is what the Church was afraid of this? This was the Chosen Champion? Perhaps Bern was right about this specific case in taking him in for execution. . . Still, with a little bit of thinking. . . She could use this fool to her advantage. These mercenaries of hers were loyal to the money. . . Something she didn't have. If she didn't have them, she didn't have a military force. Perhaps she could use this fool. . . And his forces. . . to fight Bern. Weaken both sides, then, well, figure the rest out later.

He couldn't possibly know what she was thinking. Still, she needed him to think she was serious about killing him . . . Still, he presented her with quite the opportunity. "Very well. I shall fight this duel with you. Just know that if you lose, your entire party will be hunted down and slaughtered." Of course, that would now be the worst possible outcome. For now she needed to achieve her new personal goal. The "Light Prodigy" drew out her spellbook and cast a bolt of lightning at the ground directly in front of Matthew as she prodded her horse slightly forward. "Come at me when you're ready, foolish Ylissean."
"She's just tired Jirou. The cut wasn't too bad and it's only been a few hours." A whistly voice called out, a man's. It sounded familiar, but. . .

"And I'm sorry for worrying so much about it. A father will worry for his daughter. Even if it isn't by blood." This. . . Must have been Jirou Yunohana. Marie's adoptive father. His gruff voice was hard to mistake.

The other man chuckled a bit, "And here I thought Ol' Jirou here was a cold person. I hope you're not too worried though, she seems to have gotten a wonderful companion with her." The voice was coming back to the slowly awakening Marie. . . Right! The mayor. The man seemed to care for everyone in town. . . "Isn't that right, Little Vulpix."

A small yip of "Pix" sounded out, raising the girl from her sleep. . .

"What happened. . ." Marie sputtered out. "I remember running. . . And running, making sure that Onix never caught up. . ." Marie caught herself though. Her speach was becoming slightly erratic. She calmed herself and took note of her surroundings. A plain room, some posters of some cuter looking Pokemon. . . A desk with a lamp and about a dozen books spewed about on it. . . Her room.

"Oh, you're up Marie. Glad to have you back with us." The mayor smiled. "Can you te--"

Jirou cut in and asked in a bit more of a desperate tone, "What happened to the rest of your group? Did an Onix attack you?" The mayor rolled his eyes, it was never fun being interrupted still, he wanted to know as well.

"Your group was expected to return earlier, but when we went to look you were passed out on the ground with your little Vulpix here watching out." He petted the small fire fox on the head before continuing. "Can you tell us what happened?"

"Very well." Marie said before telling of what happened. . . The Onix attack and the dispersal of her travel group. It didn't take too long since she decided shorter was better in this case. "And then I woke up here."

"I see. . ." The mayor said, shaking his head. "Well, I'm glad you're okay. You should stretch your legs and get your Vulpix looked at. I'll discuss the matter with Jirou and we'll tell the town."

Marie nodded and stood up. . . She had a new hoodie on. . . Shirt as well. She looked to Jirou with a somewhat questioning raised eyebrow. "Yulia changed you. 'Blood does not befit a young lady,' she said." The man joked, obviously trying to diffuse the mood, even a little. Marie didn't mind. He was a good man that tried to take care of his adoptive daughter. "If you don't want to continue with this delivery you don't have to." Marie's eyes spoke for her to the man, though. He gave a slight smile and nodded. "Alright, just don't be afraid to call. I know you can do it."

"Thank you, father. I'm going to get Lune checked on at the Pokemon Center. I think she took a light hit earlier, and all the running we did couldn't have been good." She nodded at the two men and left for the town Pokemon Center with the Vulpix following right behind her.

. . .

Not much later, and they arrived. Actually, it was fairly busy. It was a bit surprising, though, there was another group. . . Marie had actually forgotten all about that. "Perhaps I could join them when they leave. What do you think Lune?" The small fox agreed with a small yip of the second part of it's species name. Looking around at who she could see in the party. . . One person caught her eye. Green hair, with a height shorter than herself. . . This girl was in her earlier travel group. . . Before the Onix attacked of course. Perhaps she knew more?

Marie found herself next to the girl, "Greetings, maybe you don't remember me. . . But I was in your travel group earlier. You seem to be. . ." Marie took note of the girl's attire. . . If she were forced to describe it in a word she'd use, "Mess". Of course, that would be rude to actually say so she went with a more elegant solution, "In less than pristine condition. I doubt all of those injuries came from an Onix." Lune just stood around, waiting next to Marie.
Ugh, how frustrating. She knew it was suppose to be bad but this. . . This was different altogether. The vague stories she heard of her parents should have told her enough but, well. . . It didn’t matter.

Lune was leading her forward through the underbrush. Marie was just glad that this Pokemon was friendly. It was a cute little thing, really though it wasn’t one of the Pokemon she had in mind, but it definitely worked out in the end. It seemed as if she was a smart and resourceful Vulpix at this point.

Still, it was a wonder they got away as they did. She wasn’t too sure what happened to the rest of the group, but there was no way in hell either Lune or her were able to fight off an Onyx. It was much too big and Lune was a Fire type, ill suited to fight the Rock/Ground type. Instead, she took to escaping a certain horrible fate.

She ran. Far and fast, taking care to not stumble into mobs of Pokemon.

Eventually though, the strain of the night took itself upon her. There were no other humans she had seen the rest of the night. Likely some ran the other way back towards the lab. . . Others not so lucky perhaps. Marie could help but feel a pit in her stomach from the thought alone. ”Damn it all.”

Whatever she was feeling didn’t show on her face though, as it stayed the same neutral tone it always had with these emotions. ”The Lab, huh?” Marie muttered to herself, taking breaths to try regaining her supply. Well, her day really started there huh?

Hours Earlier that day

Marie had entered the lab around the same time as some others. Nothing too special really as people chose their starter Pokemon. There were a few she had her eyes on, but those were taken already, so she chose a cute one, Vulpix. She learned the Vulpix family could learn quite a few different types of moves so it was a pretty well rounded one to have.

At least, that was what one of the other trainers had told her while she was waiting. . . He also referred to the girl as “Sir” a few times as well. It was irksome, but it didn’t show. Marie couldn’t fault him, really. Her outfit, the way she carried herself, her hair even. . . Well, none of those were the most feminine looking. People’ve mistaken her for a boy before and it was likely not the last time. . .

”Vulpix is a fine Pokemon.” Marie said as she looked down at the Pokemon and gave a slight smile before thinking on a nickname. . . ”How about Lune?” Vulpix didn’t seem to object, so Marie went with it. ”Lune, we’re going to be together for a while. . . So I hope we can get along.”

”Pix!” Lune replied with a hearty nod of it’s head.

Soon enough, the group left. The only person that especially stood out was that one with the green hair that took a Mareep. Then, was the start of the journey and the subsequent Onix attack. . .

”This is not how I thought the day would go. Not in the slightest.” Marie found a tree and used it to slump down on. Her legs had traveled far, and she had yet to rest. It was quiet with most of the daytime Pokemon sleeping and the Hoothoots surprisingly missing. She couldn’t complain, though. Less of the nighttime Pokemon the better for a lone trainer.

Lune, slightly surprised by the lack of trainer, made her way back to Marie. ”Pix?” It seemingly questioned it’s trainer. Marie had only known the small thing for . . . Well, not even a day. . . But it seemed to be slightly worried.

”I’ll be fine. I think.” The small red spot from where a rock grazed her was slightly worrying, but Lune seemed to take Marie at her word. For now they rested. . . But only slightly. Enough to gain her strength back enough to make the short journey home.

. . .

”We can’t stay out here too long, Lune. Let’s get moving. It’ll be safer back home.” Marie told the small fox Pokemon as she struggled standing up. She was completely ready to sleep, but she needed to fight this urge to just faint where she was. . . Now she just needed to get moving. She figured out the direction, now they needed to move.

. . .

Town was just out of reach. An uneventful travel let her get to town rather quickly. . . ”Look, finally here Lune. . .” It was then that she felt the earth rumbled beneath her feet. Her legs were already weak, so the shaking caused her to fall to the ground. It felt nice, not standing on her feet. . . So nice, she started drifting off. . .
Less talking about posting, and more actually posting :D

Now you've pushed the post back an hour. Which matters a lot considering . . . Umm. . . Yea. . .
Name: Marianne “Marie” Angelique Martel

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Appearance:

The most noticeable feature on Marie is either her eyepatch probably followed closely behind by her hoodie. She stands at 5’8” with a slight bit of a chest. Her dark hair contrasts with her bright blue eyes but is still lighter in color than her hoodie.

Her typical hoodie is a flat black one with a light blue undershirt and typically a pair of pants or shorts depending on the weather. She just wears these because they’re comfortable and finds little need to dress up more than she does.

At first glance, one might even mistake Marie as a male. She carries herself in a more masculine manner and her dress and hair don't help her out in that regard. She cared little about being mistaken anymore and tend to ignore it, despite how irksome it can be at time.

Personality: At first glance, most people would describe Marie as a calm, serious person. And they would mostly be right on that. She is fairly calm. Not that she doesn’t feel happiness or other things like that. . . She just finds it easier to go through life with a neutral face on a lot. At times she shows slight signs of If one were to study her well enough, they could probably find her slight facial movements that help hint at her thoughts.

Inside she’s a nice girl that likes to think of others and typically helps where she can regardless of what others say about her.

On the other hand, she is somewhat volatile. While she is fairly thick-skinned, if she gets emotional enough she is liable to explode into either a highly rage-filled anger or Hyper-down depression. The crux of her character is she holds most everything as well as she can.

Overall, she has no ambitions. She merely goes along with her adoptive parents’ request because she feels indebted to them for bringing her up in place of her own parents. For now, she just wants to help with her parent’s business.

History: Marie is Kalosian by nature. Her parents died due while she was little in an accident that caused her to wear an eyepatch from then on and she was adopted by her parent’s friends from the Johto region, Mr and Mrs Yunohana. She was still young, so she transitioned easily and her adoptive parents never were afraid of telling her they were not her own biological parents. Not that they treated her bad, they just wanted her to have a realistic view of the world and as such, they left her surname the same as her parents.

One day, the Yunohana’s decided to Marie what happened to her parents had died due to their nature as Pokemon Researchers and that her eye became injured because of that incident. Marie understood, but felt little. Her biological parents had been dead for years and beyond that she hardly knew them. It was good to know, but little mattered of the story anyway. She lived with the Yunohana’s and had a messed up eye.

Around her seventeenth birthday, Mr. Yunohana asked Marie if she would like to get a pokemon from the lab and help him delivering parcels and other things for his job. . . She accepted feeling obligated to him for the good life he has provided thus far and traveled to New Bark Town from her home in Cherrygrove City.

Quirks/Habits/Other:
-Marie carries around two different bags. A smaller one for packages and parcels and the other for her travel supplies.

Inventory:
-Extra Eyepatch 1x
-5x Pokeballs
-Pokegear
-Extra Light Hoodie
-Medical Kit (Bandages, Anti-Bacterial, and some other misc. medicine)
-Enough food to get to the next town
-Pokemon Food
-Blanket
-Miscellaneous

Pokemon: Vulpix: Lune

TL;DR: Marie is one who hides her emotions (most noticeably her negative ones) and is fairly nice overall. Her parents died and moved with her family friends to Johto. After she became of age, her adoptive father asked if she would like to start delivering letters and parcels for him and his work. She accepted and that is the start of her story.
Sorry, I finally got a post out. I'm feeling more in to it now. XD
Usami chased down the corridor a bit behind Mao. She'd have gone full speed, but she didn't feel like crashing right into anyone or anything like a wall. She was fast but sometimes control in these small corridors could be tricky. A small lesson about physics aside, Usami say what caused the commotion. . . A demon girl? Well, it wasn't the first time she'd ran into one of these. . . Still, the girl needed to be cuffed as Mao-san suggested. Misa didn't seem too interested in it, so Usami turned around quickly and grabbed some cuffs from approaching enforcement members. "Here you are, Mao-San." She started to move to cuff the girl, and noticed that her current position left just a bit to the imagination. Being a gentleman for some reason, the monkey was looking up at the ceiling. Well, she thought a little more of the monkey. . . Only a little. . . He still hasn't paid her back yet for the goods he's pilfered.
I've had zero motivation for posting >.>
I've been trying, I just can't find myself making a post for some reason >.< I'm still in, I'm just having difficulties >.<
Try to flip Usami's skirt Nevemind, doesn't do anything.
