4 months into this hole 'being a responsible adult thing' and I've come to a conclusion: It sucks and I want to go back to the days where I didn't have to plan out my game time.

Was supposed to be productive tonight. . . will try to be productive in the morning
@Caits Okay, here's a more in-depth version of Crimson God Slayer magic. Also, as a disclaimer, the Asura forms near the bottom will probably never see actually use unless the situation would call for an intense emotional response from Argus to match the power those abilities give him, as well as the downsides each one of them presents.
Crimson Godslayer Magic: This variant of the Rare Slayer magic differs from any others in that it draws not from the elements, but from the negative emotions that all humans feel, with the most energy being given from emotions such as Anger, Blood/Battlelust, Fear and other such emotions that drive people to violence. It's highly destructive in nature, able to eat away at any and everything that it comes across, be they physical, ethereal, magical, it doesn't matter. Anything and everything can be affected by this power. Plus, due to the odd nature of the energy, it can be taken and changed to take on the properties of other elements, though Argus currently only has the capacity to use Fire, Lightning, and Energy
Unlike other Slayers, Argus can't directly consume the emotions his magic feeds off of to restore magical energy and restore fatigue. Instead, he converts it into a sort of reserve energy with his body, tapping into it so that he can conserve magic, use bigger attacks with less strain on himself, bolster attibutes of his magic( such as degradation speed, raw power, force of impact, etc.), and even add a significant to his physical capabilities(though this comes with a high-level of risk due to the magic's destructive nature, which causes the enhancements to actually cause a great deal of damage to the body, making this a last resort technique for dire circumstances). This makes his magic highly versatile and dangerous, especially to an unsuspecting foe. There is a downside to this, however, as storing too much of this reserve energy or holding on to it for extended periods of time, are very detrimental to Argus' mental state. While he can train and discipline himself in the future to better resist the urges, he always as to be careful of the corruptive influence his magic has over him. The symptoms of these side-effects can range from heightened aggression, severe headaches, and culminates in berserker tendencies that will leave him with neither thought nor reason to rely on.
Crimson Godslayer Magic is also capable of imbuing itself onto weapons and objects the user touches though the destructive nature usually causes them to self-destruct shortly after. Only a few types of materials can handle the magic effects while everything else either turns to dust . . . or explodes.
Another trait that differentiates this magic from other forms of `Slayer magic is that it has two branching states, known as Asura forms, that can only be activated by achieving a certain kind of emotional state and drastically changes how Argus uses hs magic, as well as changing how he looks physically. The Raging Asura, which changes the color of his magic from Crimson and Black to White and Red, eyes began to glow a bright white glow, with equally intense pinpoints of white light in place of his pupils. A strange array of bright red lines carve themselves across his skin, giving his skin the appearance that it coming apart. His hair also changes, all traces of black changing to white and growing into a rather wild looking mane that reaches down to the small of his back. In this form, his magic becomes completely about high damage and high impact, completely negating the degradation effect and some lesser attributes of reapplication of his reserve energy in order to greatly increase attack power. Another drawback, however, is his sense of reason and logic, as he becomes overcome by his rage, becoming wrath incarnate as he tears across the battlefield and turning everything in his path to dust. He's nearly impossible to reason will in this state and may not always cease fighting when gravely injured or after exterminating his target, turning his attention to others around him, no longer able to tell friend from foe in the depths of his rage.
The other form is considered the more powerful form, but can only be accessed through complete mastery of the magic and one's own emotions, or by feeling such a cold fury and hatred that the magic can't help but become just as focused and intensified. Known as the Azure Asura or Asura of Vengeance, this form changes the color scheme to Blue and Black, changing the color of his eyes and hair to an intense ice blue, as well a giving him a broken halo above his head. This from grants increased degradation, precision, control, and intensity of attacks, allowing him to do devastating damage with the simplest attacks. He can also form constructs with his magic in this one without assistance and changes the properties of his magic to those beyond the three basic ones. The cost to this power, however, is that it kills the users humanity and eats at their soul, leaving them more hollow and empty the more they use it. While this can eventually heal, use and reliance on this form will eventually turn the caster into a cold machine of a person, with only a cold hatred and fury of all that stand in the way of his goals as the driving force to their existence.
@Oblivion666Hopefully, Argus doesn't eve up pissing both of them off in the near future. . . though in all likelihood, that probably going to happen.
@CaitsHey, it's cool if I change how Argus' Godslayer magic functions, right? I don't like how vague it wrote and want to make it's properties more concrete and easier to role play, since simply putting he gets strong from other people anger really isn't working out for me.
@CaitsI got that, but Argus doesn't feel like Ike meant cause of the situation, think that he was just venting in rage, and after talking to him(somewhat) normally, feels he wouldn't actually hold it against the guild. Especially when the person who did the attacking is someone he's never met before.
Nidhogg had to admit that he was surprised as the girl pounced at him, set on actually ripping off his shirt in public. Hmph, if there's one thing I can respect, it's a predatory nature. . . but you should've gone for another approach little dove. Nidhogg grinned as he suddenly disappeared from the young vampire's sight before she could land on him, appearing in her previous seat with that same mischievous grin on his face, but there were some very noticeable changes to the dark haired man. Sprouting from his head was a pair of black horns that curled up and over his hair, his pupils had taken on a more reptilian appearance, his mouth was now full of sharp fangs instead of teeth, and then there was the long sinuous, black tail that waved behind him in a lazy fashion. He began to pick at his teeth with one of his long black claws, not taking an eye of the energetic vampire but also not looking overly concerned either.
"My, my, I didn't expect you to have such little hesitance in basically committing in sexual harassment like that, but I can't say that it wasn't an amusing surprise. Sadly, the game wouldn't be any fun if I just let you strip me, now would it? You're welcome to keep on trying, and you can even use any of your magic if you feel the need. I will stay in the form I'm presently in and will use nothing more to evade your attempts. Do try your best to keep from being to disruptive, however, as I'd rather not get kicked out of the stadium when the fifths are finally getting ready to start." Taking a second to turn his eyes towards the screen, he saw that Nolan was making a showing of his form to the audience and was receiving a standing ovation from the women in the audience. "Well, win or lose, he's definitely made an impression amongst the people in the audience."
"Yeah, can't say I doubt that." Argus responded with a chuckle, though that was quickly put to an end by Gabriel bringing up the topic of the previous cluster-fuck. Argus let out a sigh, hoping that he'd just be able to have a normal conversation, but decided to just go with it. The kid hadn't run off in a fit yet, so maybe he was making progress.
"First, I had no idea if you trying to talk the guy down would work and in a situation like that, 'wait and see' doesn't seem like a good policy. Plus, you need to communicate that kind of thing to the people involved in order to avoid that situation. Something simple like 'hey, I'm gonna try and talk him down so hold off on attacking him. I don't feel too bad about what I did because it was what I felt was the right thing to do at the time. From my perspective, he didn't seem to open to compromise, and since I didn't know the guy personally, I went with my gut. Secondly, how little faith do you think this guy has in his guild that he'll lose all of his trust in them because they got into a fight? Either your underestimating Ike's maturity and general sense of reasoning, or I'm overestimating the sense of family and togetherness that I've heard guild's are supposed to have." Argus couldn't help but wonder why he felt that Ike would lose all trust in his guild just because one guy, who isn't even a part of the guild officially, had attacked him. Argus was starting to notice that Gabriel was one who liked to make some pretty large leaps in logic, and also liked to take the self-righteous approach to things. "Anyway, since we're on this topic, let me ask you a question. Since you so clearly voiced that us engaging Ike was nothing but 'childish squabbling' or something if that nature, I want to ask what you would do when faced with a man so obviously overcome with his need for revenge, or perhaps just a guy who really needed to vent all of his anger after being trapped by himself for a year, to resolve the situation peacefully?"
@PhaesarisAgreed, I felt like they needed to be expanded upon more a bit more and I hope he does so. I also kinda wished that he'd spent more time with him, because even with Vikings being all about having one anothers back, they only knew him for one day, and never said much too him either, so I felt like the since of brotherhood between them all was a bit forced.
