Jaden flinched as Clara spoke, regretting his decision as he felt the pain, the hurt, the betrayal, all wrapped up in a firey fury so intense, he could feel the heat of her glare as it pierce him.

"I won't deny selfish desire is what cause me to prolong your life, and for that I know there is nothing I could ever do to atone for that. But please do not think that my weakness was the only reason I kept you under my wing." A deep sigh would flow from his form as he ran a bloodied hand through his hair. His white locks, now speckled and spattered with flecks and splats of his blood, framed his face in an peculiar fashion as his head bent forward to rest in his palm. With the amount of regret and loss set in his eyes, he seemed to almost visibly age before Clara's age, his body seeming frail an fragile within the immense blackness of the chair upon which he sat. "I knew, within days, that you and Diana were not the same. In fact, you couldn't have been anymore different. No, hat made me want to care for you through this tragedy was that I saw a poor girl with her heartbroken and cursed with something she never asked for. I knew it was my fault, and knew I had to take responsibility for you. But more importantly, I felt something. . . thaw as I cared for you. I felt joy when you began to slowly get through your issues sorrow when I noticed the scars you still bore and the hatred that consumed you. You made me feel human again, after years of doing nothing hunt and kill, I'd forgotten what it had been like to care for others."

"I saw some of myself in you, Clara, that drive, and, unfortunately, that same way burning hatred for that damnable hellspawn. Being with you, and seeing how your hatred affected you is what kept me from pursuing him. Killing him won't change anything, not for me and not for you. @GreyOkay, then Ian might just burn/squash every bug he sees as a preventive measure. As for the bug thing, I think since bugs are natural creatures, they should count. But yeah, 'flies don't give a fuck' makes sense.

@GreyHey, speaking of spying, would Swarm's bugs willing go near Ian? Wildlife tend to not like him too much without having to get used to his presents. His mom once had a parakeet, and the thing kept on chirping and panicking whenever Ian got close for about half a year, when it finally got used to him. There name is Buddy, and now they spent a lot of time in Ian's room, getting fat off the treats that Ian spoils him with.

@JoshieOkay, for the team question, since we're going with Dragoon, then we already know the where. That just leaves the what.

"A better question would probably have been what didn't I destroy, all things considered. You see, that Dragoon kinda sent me into a few buildings and walls several times over, and not only did that shit hurt, but it was pissing me off severely. Now usually I'm able to keep my head in a fight, but I don't know what it was about this one, Maybe it's because I felt like she was playing with us, treating us like we were nothing but kittens pawing at the feet of a lion. Sometime after Polaris showed up, I was just barely holding onto my temper when I got sent flying again. At the point, it's all kind of a blur. I remember unleashing a blast of hellfyre around me, decimating the contents of the building I was in(apparently the lobby of the tech company Dragoon was messing with)."

"After that, well, my Hellfyre attacks ended up hitting everything but my target, causing glass to shatter and metal to liquefy into hot slag until the 'incident' happened. . . . Yeah, that was pretty bad. I mean, considering who it was, things could've been worse, there could've even been civilian casualties, but I can't help but thing what would've happened if I'd actually hit her. While she miraculously survived Polaris' attack, taking advantage of my distraction to takedown the threat . . . no, not going to do it. Anyway, I'm certain that, if I'd manage to actually hit her, she'd be dead by now. Not only that, but I doubt there would be much of a body left either. Definitely going to have to take better care next time I feel a situation is bad enough to bring out the hellfyre. I know it's sounds stupid to say, but it's fucking dangerous. A weapon of last resort olnly, from now on."

"Do I look like the type who would take place in such frivolity?" Even through the voice distortion, the frustration in his tone came out loud and clear. Wasting little times on words, the man walked up to snatch the delivery from the boy's hands. "It's just some hacker using my name to cause a stir, an annoyance, but one that is easily fixed. The rat can't hide forever."

Once he had the package, however, the man placed a firm hand on Mika's shoulder in order to keep him from leaving the area. While his grip wasn't particularly tight, the tiny arcs of electrical energy that danced about on his knuckles were more than enough warning for the boy to understand he wasn't to be excused just yet.

"Try anything and you'll fry. Unfortunately for you, delivery boy, I'm not quite certain why the COG has taken such a roundabout method of contacting me, so you'll have to stay here until I'm certain in it's validity." The hooded figure would glare down at the package, releasing Mika in order to get to opening the delivery. If the boy though about sneaking, a surge of electrical energy would burst in front of him, further discouraging the idea. Just in case the kid didn't get the first threat."Nothing personal, just that the situation is very unfavorable and having a meat shield helps.

Can someone explain to me what happened in the IC and why Rouka decided to go Freddy Kruegar on some random person? Also, @Mira Yasaka, where did you get that Aiden was mean? Like,he hasn't done anything that could be thought of as mean or even rude that Mei would know about, so I'm curious as to where she got that impression.
