Being truly on my own is a bit of a weird feeling. It's never really happened.

Let it never be said that sometimes extreme brevity isn't the most appropriate post, though. Everything is a tool.

Myrisstra

It was rather strange, one might think, for a gardener to be preoccupied with grand matters of state--for instance, preservation of the geopolitical integrity of a country that they were not, as such, a citizen of. You'd certainly be right, and even more so for a normal gardener. Fortunately, Myrisstra was not a normal gardener by any stretch of the imagination. You see, normal gardeners tended to not be dark elves.

They also didn't have swords on their person. Now, shrinking away against the snack table after they were done signing up for whatever it is that had required their attention in the first place? That was a lot more to be expected of a gardener in such bizarre and somewhat intimidating company. Not so much of one who could put swords to deadly use, but...

That was the position Myrisstra found herself in: she'd put her name down on the first sheet she could get at, then gone to collect some snacks and substitute eating in favour of conversation. She was hoping that if she just kept focusing on the food and didn't look anyone in the eye, she'd be able to get through this entire social engagement without actually doing anything social, and from there set the tone for the entire adventure: around, and taking part, but never actually having to talk with anyone. From the elf's point of view, that would be wonderful.
Posting, right, should do that...
I would post but it's too late for me to be reading long things.

I was going to earlier but I got sidetracked by the two characters thing.
And the entire resulting argument was my trying to say I'm overly cautious.

Not helped by recent poor sleep/lack of food.

And quoting myself. Editing into the end of a page doesn't work.

ERode said Konica, for future reference, perhaps you could just set up two separate PM groups for the separate teams? So that you don't have to use a third party site to vote, and so people can't q.q about not being able to view the site due to browser issues?

Would also prevent problems with working out who has or has not voted.
I have been packing stuff all day, hence why I haven't posted anything yet. >_>;

EDIT: ... can someone explain to me why one person has two characters, whilst other people aren't allowed to join because we have too many characters?
I'd rather go to warrior kingdom than normal, but sure.
One of those votes is mine, so it's definitely changed. ;/
Not. Interested. It's that simple. I want nothing to do with your character, your character's backstory, or any plots that involve your character.
If I'd known it had the most planning done beforehand, I'd not want to be part of it. Don't... really have an interest in history and backstore and lore for an RP that's supposed to be silly/comedic. So I'd rather go somewhere without all that. :/
