Being truly on my own is a bit of a weird feeling. It's never really happened.

Let it never be said that sometimes extreme brevity isn't the most appropriate post, though. Everything is a tool.

Ayaka, Now at the Training Ground

Having set off first, and at full sprint at that, the Hyuuga found herself arriving to empty scenery; evidently her rash pace had overtaken their teacher and their paths hadn't converged. Or had she? Maybe this was the first test--find a hiding jounin, with full knowledge he was there. If that was the case, then this would be an utterly trivial test: hiding from the Byakugan whilst still trying to stay visible enough that fresh genin could find you was flat out impossible.

This made it quite clear that their teacher was not, in fact, in the training ground at all. She could see a teammate running after her--sure to be here any second now--and that meant Wakana had chosen to walk... but a distinct lack of teacher. Satisfied she was, in fact, the first one here, Ayaka did what she always wanted to do in such good weather: lie down and enjoy the sunshine.
Eww, a photo. : (

Okay, i cut the last paragraph of that post (archived it so it's not actually lost). I'm goin to rewrite it but first why don't we talk about it? What changes should i make to have it be more acceptable? Also i will admit it was rushed but I was kinda writing ahead of myself, assuming everyone else would fill in the blanks so I don't have to do a full collab with every carriage member. Probably not the best idea to do so considering that I gave none of you any queues to that and because there are so many of us. At least we didnt post to a point where my mistake is cemented to our agony.

I would guess the first step would be to not decide that nobody else does anything but facilitate your post, then solve the encounter yourself. :/

Myr couldn't answer the last riddle properly even if she wanted to say that much. XD
Why do you have a Fate quote matched to some completely unrelated gif? :p
I do think it's silly to have characters get it right based on players. :P
The elf had made it thus far not saying anything, but when it came to the riddles... well, she didn't get all that much practice, but her normal job gave her plenty of time to mull these over once she heard them--and it wasn't as if she hadn't lived long enough to hear a hell of a lot of the things, without being so old she was used to riddles in a foreign tongue.

Once the wyvern--scary thing that it was, started giving answers, she listened. Unlike the orc, he seemed to be... somewhat on the right track, at least at first. Further on, though... "Map ith right... but... key, not lock."

The gardener shook her head. A lock was close, but it was getting things backwards: it wasn't the lock that you turned, and the lock rather did have a face. Plus, of course, the 'live and die' thing--skeleton key. Plus not all locks turned in the first place, and some didn't have tumblers, so that was hardly it...

Having said that much, the dark elf clammed up, and stopped saying anything further, regardless of whether she knew the answer or not.
But she's not all that evil. I have no idea where you got that impression. O_o

I apologize for my absence. Between graduation on Friday, work, and losing internet for a while I haven't been able to get on. If this thing is still living I can make a post tomorrow. Once more I apologize for my disappearance.

It's still living, and Rin will be glad our Jounin has not utterly disappeared. :p
I know two people who need to finish bios. >_>;

I also know a certain skeleton needs to respond to things. >:(
