Being truly on my own is a bit of a weird feeling. It's never really happened.

Let it never be said that sometimes extreme brevity isn't the most appropriate post, though. Everything is a tool.

In his canon, Vash has saved the lives of men he knew to be murderers. Multiple times. As far as he's concerned, there is never, any acceptable excuse to kill another person. Not even "for the greater good", regardless of how obvious of a choice that "greater good" is. Even if the death of one person/entity would clearly save countless other lives, he still wouldn't condone killing that one person because, as he puts it, "no one has the right to take the life of another". And that belief is absolutely, completely inflexible.

...And that's part of the reason why he's so much fun to have around, especially in this setting.

And will lead to such a glorious disagreement when Archer's attitude actually makes some sense. Archer and Shirou are so intrinsically opposed to Vash's attitude... XD

Archer

Archer, meanwhile, seemed to have judged the discussion to have finished: they knew what was normally employed to defeat the dragon and what afflicted the area; anything else would be advice for those that needed instructions on how to fight. Not counting himself amongst that number, the Knight in Red headed up the trail, approaching the summit and the confrontation that waited there. Everyone else would join sooner or later but he doubted that their help was really necessary--even if it was one of his world's Divine Beasts, there were more than enough anti-dragon weapons to take it out.
I'm glad I was asleep for most of it, really.
Bah, we don't need a big group. We've got enough stuff to kill a dragon. :p
Seeing the actual RP, interest rescinded.

Never seen Elfen Lied.

Well, the anime lacks almost all the story and a vitally important character, the manga (at least initially, I dunno if it improves) has terrible, terrible art. Bit of a lose/lose situation, really.
Probably! Provided that we don't end up with a billion characters. That's always a bit unwieldy.
You don't know much anime, do you?

Clearly you haven't seen Elfen Lied to ask such a question. It is a God Amongst Animes!

I have, though. Your argument is invalid.
