Being truly on my own is a bit of a weird feeling. It's never really happened.

Let it never be said that sometimes extreme brevity isn't the most appropriate post, though. Everything is a tool.

Oh yes, I'm sure being able to use Excalibur, one of the greatest Noble Phantams that turns anyone with magical abilities into a super-superhuman, Rho Ais, a shield that blocks damn near anything (including Noble Phantasms), Caladbolg II, a sword that completely penetrates any defenses and is a really good sword otherwise, tied with a wide variety of useful magical skills doesn't make this character overpowered.

You've got a grab bag of ultraweapons, the ability to summon them almost at will, and the powers of an excellent Mage on top of that!

So wrong on count one, wrong on count two, wrong on count three, and a bunch of things that are less significant than characters who simply happen to have a wide variety of swords.

FFS, if limited to the first three we have:

1) Suicide attack (Projecting Excalibur is not feasible more than once. Literally. And it's only useful if you USE the thing)
2) Extremely exhausting shield against ranged attacks.
3) Caladbolg: actually seems to mostly create an explosion. Since it fails to hurt Berserker with a direct hit, Saber being in the explosion radius, or do more than scratch Shirou, it's not actually that huge.

Now, Archer's actual use of NP's in UBW? Caladbolg II whilst he still has a Master. There's Rho Aias and UBW after that, but that almost kills the guy, and he's not even doing the insane 'charge these things with mana until they break' trick there. Plus it almost kills him. You're exaggerating.

That is: you're exaggerating the threat. This does not actually disrupt the general power balance.

Isn't Excalibur one of the strongest NP's though?

Besides, in Fate, most characters only get like one or two NP's as a trump card. Being able to summon that many all at once is pretty broken even by Fate standards.
If I were you, I'd choose lesser NP's, make a list of which ones specifically, and keep track of prana usage and stores.

See the suicide comment. Only time Excalibur's properly copied in F/SN? Kills Shirou in the process. All the NP's are crippled compared to default. Kanshou and Bakuya don't have particularly amazing abilities.
So... just don't have wholesale creation of new NP's to suit various purposes. Which, oddly enough, actually means Archer's abilities aren't that scary, because all the horribly broken swords are impossible to copy.

Also, something that I don't know: if this isn't main-canon Ilya and instead has limited mana, is it limited at or below canon Archer's stocks? I can see a bit of a problem if we still have infinitely-powering-Herc amounts of mana, but that limited makes NP's an impractical choice.

Also

Ice Moon: A Donte, a Dante, and a Khajiit walk into a bar. Several hungry wendigoes attack them. The bartender looks at them and attacks them because he too is a wendigo. If you want to get right into a conflict without any rhyme or reason, this is where you should go.

Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria: People of Shocker+ are recruiting and preparing to prepare to fight Shadow Eternity.

Advice: don't show up in the last one, it defeats the point of having an unaligned character. :P

Museum: Dlanor, Blake, and Kanji are fighting Cinder and Kiba after a heist gone wrong
Academy City: A Misaka SISTER and kakine are escorting Marisa (kleptomaniac Witch), to see Aleister

(By the way Raineh, is your Misaka from the same universe as mine and PKMNBOY's, or just one that's incredibly similar?)

I'll tell you once they actually meet. Since at that point we can answer the question of 'how many spoilers would I need to know'. :P
OKAY sos, who wants to explain to me whats currently going on in the rp? XD

Castle: SE wants to steal from it, other people are getting ready to stop them.
Shocker+ is on a recruitment drive and I have no idea how they're managing it.
Someone just set a school on fire.
Misaka Mikoto

With her emergency power boost having started up whatever was actually supposed to power the device--probably some sort of nuclear power source, from what the Railgun knew, though why that would be buried so deeply under a desert was as confusing as anything else--and consequently breathed new life into the machine, the Railgun rejoined the others. Seeing that nobody else seemed eager to interact with the technology, Misaka stepped forwards and scanned the panel for a flag representing a familiar language.

After an awkward pause whilst every language on Earth and then some was represented, she found the Japanese flag and selected it.

Fujiwara no Mokou

The immortal trailed behind as they got to the bottom floor, mentioning that she was going tos tart the fire now that the other two were--effectively--outside. It wasn't going to be an easy thing to get the building burning, since its walls were composed of some stone-like substance*. The furnishings and the floors would be easier, though, and then the whole place would be gutted by the conflagration. It might even get hot enough to make the thing collapse.

Now having ascended the stairs again, and surrounded by the gory mess of the passage through the building, Mokou set about actually getting the place to burn. It wasn't something that she needed to put much thought into any more; if you spent centuries practising the same old tricks again and again it became second nature. Besides, not setting the scenery on fire was the part she normally had to try for. Burning a stationary object...

It couldn't have been more than a minute or two before the long-haired girl walked out the entrance, with an ominous orange glow behind.

Shirai Kuroko

'Moving', for an extremely limited amount of actual movement and a lot more mental arithmetic, to collect the delicious treat from her onee-sama's hands almost got Kuroko blasted with an unusually high speed coin, her sudden position change putting her only slightly offset from the money's trajectory.

Though splattered with cream and other bits of filling, the teleporter didn't react at first, temporarily stunned over the loss of what part of her had been instantly treating as a treasured gift (for all that she waas going to completely devour it) until her mind hit on a far happier coincidence: there was now only one dessert yet two people to eat it.

"This must be fate's way of showing we should share, onee-sama," the girl said far-too-brightly, before getting a far more lecherous grin and looking down at the mess splattered across her chest, "Unless you want to eat the other crepe off Kuroko"
Can I assume that Guts has reached the ground floor? Or outside? I don't think there's going to be much in the way of a distraction. :P

I could adopt one of the orphan characters...

Not an acceptable thing to use someone else's character like that. :/

Depending on whether this is Child, Brute, or Warlock One-of-Many, I'd say they've got some serious powers at their disposal. An epic-level warlock isn't anything to sniff at, and neither is a Barbarian as durable as One-of-Many.

Child. Didn't eat the Sleeper, since Kerri's given reason for taking it along in the first place was to try and redeem all the souls. I've already said all this. :/
