Hunting knifeAppearance:Feriha stands at around 5’10”, her body type being very athletic. Her arms and torso has quite a few small scars, and there is a very large claw scar on her back. The scars on her torso are, of course, hidden under clothes.
Personality: Feriha usually gives off a very ‘mysterious’ aura as she often doesn’t speak unless spoken to. She’s more inclined to speak to animals and beasts more than other people, however that doesn’t mean she can’t hold a conversation. She doesn’t brush people off when they try to talk to her, so it’s often a case of them not wanting to talk to her. Due to her isolation from people, Feriha became a very honest person as she doesn’t really see a reason to lie to others, however this can sometimes be detrimental.
Feriha seems to be more sympathetic toward beasts than people.
Biography:Originally from The Xacrines, or rather, the borders of Xacrines, Feriha was trained in the art of beast taming. As many know, The Xacrines were full of dangerous beasts that could tear apart a person within seconds, thus making it the perfect training site. It was very uncommon to see a Solarian in those parts, but Feriha and her parents were left alone for the most part since they kept to themselves, living in a small shack on the outskirts of the forest away from the Elves and Inguz tribes.
Taming beasts was more for survival rather than making an occupation out of it. The more beasts you tamed, the less likely you were to be attacked by an aggressive beast, they were also quite helpful in gathering food.
During one of Feriha’s training days, she encountered an enraged Raptor. None of the techniques she employed were able to quell the beast; it’s claws finding it’s way into the soft flesh of her back after catching her by surprise. Her father was able to subdue the beast while her mother took care of her wounds.
When Feriha regained consciousness, she learnt that the raptor had been subdued… Permanently. Of course, this kind of news surprised her, as her parents had taught her that she should never intentionally harm or kill a beast. However, she understood the need for extreme measures in certain situations. Her parents also told her that they were able to retrieve the egg that it had left behind, telling her that it was her responsibility to raise the young raptor. A responsibility she took on with enthusiasm. After a few years had passed, the raptor became a loyal companion of Feriha; their bond being much stronger than any other beast Feriha had tamed previously.
When Feriha had turned 20, her parents decided it was time for her to explore the world and learn more about everything is had to offer. After some travelling, she found herself in Estiala. She often uses her skills to assist the military in rearing their military raptors, much to the chagrin of resident raptor trainers.
