Sharp Bite: Sharpened bite is a relatively simple move allowing the user to perform a bite attack and draw blood not useful in most situations but when to use in close range fights can decisively turn the tide of battle, when upgraded can tear off limbs of enemies with ease.

Knowledge of the 3: knowing the names of the god and goddesses of the world they live in they can now properly worship them. Ramos god of light and the sun, Duvelna goddess of death and the night, Shirila the goddess of the earth and nature.

Unarmed combat, beginner: learned how to fight with ones bare hand and understands how to block and strike with one's own hands

Rookie camouflage: This goblin has learned how to use the environment to its advantage and hide even in plain sight. At higher levels will grant total camouflage regardless of environment.

Bloody strike: this goblin has learned to find the most vulnerable part of its prey and strike to cause massive bleeding damage. Warning: ineffective against inanimate objects or undead.

Gravekeepers spirit: These goblins are able to feel the strength of those that have long since passed. When near a dead body or a skeleton the goblins are able to draw strength without the requirement of being necromancers. Even carrying a skull as an adornment allows the goblins to be stronger, faster, lighter as they draw strength. However, drawing all the strength of a certain dead body or their parts will cause it to disintegrate into dust.

Silk Spinning: they have learned how to create their own silk through their fingertips, allowing them to create traps and snares without supplies. However, it isn't controllable at first and acts like silly string.

Stone Skin: stone skin is an active ability that can be triggered to increase defense dramatically making ones very skin harder to cut or penetrate. Can be upgraded to steel skin for increased protection.

Dead whispers: a special ability only given to those that are inclined towards death. He is now able to hear the calls of those that are long dead and can learn ancient knowledge, can be upgraded to allow for full conversations.

Deathly movements: the user is now able to dodge movements that would otherwise harm him. He is able to evade blows much easier and with much greater flexibility than his hobgoblin counterparts.

Stone Wind Stance: this stance allowed him to move with fluid motions while still having a strong defence to handle any blows that tried to hit him.

Blessings of the dead: This goblin has been blessed by the goddess of death herself he and whoever follows him now gain the ability to earn double XP. With each kill they gain, they make an offering to the goddess and it is as if her deathly presence approves of each kill. Each offering of a dead kill now offers double XP. This Hobgoblin also receives the following benefits. The ability to see and eat souls for one. He can also learn necromancy easier. Then He has mental debuff resistance and dark magic resistance.

Devils luck: they are all lucky to be alive, and it shows in how well they take chances...

Gird

Name: Gird

Gender: Male

Appearance:
Ghoul - Hobgoblin Gird had accepted the chance to evolve and as such when he woke up he would see that he wasn't that much taller then he was before. He only reached as high as 5 feet which was the size of an average human. What changed, however, was not his size but his appearance, his body that was once pale now had rotting parts that looked like his body was ready to fall off at any given moment and he could even look down and see the bone of his arm! He grew hair over his head that was as black as ebony and reached down to his shoulders and his eyes now looked eternally bloodshot. He looked like he was a rotting corpse which would explain a lot. However all is not negative, Now it seemed as though he could see in the dark. Now when he got close to the bones of the dead from a few nights back it seemed as though they could speak to him in some language he couldn't understand. While his body might look ready to fall apart at the seams in truth this meant he was much faster than when he was a hobgoblin. Now it seemed like his body was light as a feather and moved with the air around him.

Hobgoblin "The Variant" - This goblin has been changed in a more dramatic way then his siblings. Throughout his interactions and his training, he was changed making him as large as the others that have evolved however his skin tone has changed to that of pale white. This makes him stand out easily however his skin tone gives him the special affinity for death. His skin has gone pale and as such it will make him harder to not be seen however he can just as easily train his skill to blend with the environment. His claws have grown longer and sharper rivaling that of a wolves claws and his teeth have since become sharper as well making his biting skill more effective. Clearly if looked on in the right light he might look like a wraith or a vengeful ghost. He still has the three claw marks over the right side of his head and ear, as well as the mark on his left side. These marks, although still pale, are slightly darker than his current skin tone. Thanks to his goddess Duvelna, he now has 4 black claw marks stretching from the top of his right shoulder to his lower left abdomen as a sign of his faith.

Other: He simply wishes that one day he will be a mighty goblin that will be able to protect his tribe for years to come.

Tall quiet and strange. A few words to describe the silent wanderer. With a voice reminiscent of a machine and a helmet he swears is fused with his skin. Most that come across the weird man would swear he's a robot. While others think he is some kind of fraud, trying to swindle their dearest possessions. For the few that have seen him take apart his helmet or seen his scarred and deformed skin and face. Surgical scars also litter his body often running along his skeletal structure. Have grown to call him a Troll. Their words further alienating the man.

Normally wearing whatever pieces of cloth and armor he can find. The man has grown accustomed to fashioning his own clothes and armor. Weapons are also something he fashions together from whatever scraps he can find. Preferring bladed weapons over others. One will often find him quietly sitting alone slowly sharpening and cleaning his blades.

Most of what little possession's he has, are tucked neatly away in a leather back pack. Tools, food, notebooks, and other supplies fit for a wasteland wanderer. One of the stranger things he carries with him is an old leather bound bible. He has found differing opinions on whether people still worship their old god. Personally he doesn't believe in such things. However, he has found that others do and some passages from the old book still comfort them.

But none of this is to say he is a mute. Far from it. He enjoys helping others with his skills in electrical and biomolecular engineering. Normally with the latter of the two. As he often finds the availability of a lab, troublesome. Enjoying the stories and ideas that others have compared to his own. Normally he doesn't ask for much in return for his services. Just enough to get by. All he wants is friends and to survive the ever growing wasteland of earth. Even through the face of adversity, he remains fiercely loyal to the few friends he has.

Profile:

Roman was born to a middle class family in the industrial district of St Petersburg Russia. His early childhood days were spent having fun and playing with friends. However, when he was ready for school he was sent off to a military school like many others. These schools weren't meant to teach civilians but train soldiers from a young age. Roman would remain at this school and excel until he turned 16.

When he graduated he had a choice, join up with the rest of his class that he spent the last 8 years with or join up with applied sciences. For him the choice was simple, the boy found it difficult to form lasting bonds with people and as such joined up with the scientists with applied sciences.

The next 10 years where fruitful but not without their cost. He had studied in multiple different engineering fields. Sticking in particular with electrical and biomolecular engineering but favoring electrical engineering for its versatility in the world. He learned fast and in time was promoted to the primary test pilot for the facility.

It was in one such venture that he suffered his first critical failure and injury with only 7 years under his belt. Although many of the tests they ran on the experimental equipment was dangerous, this one proved almost deadly. It was supposed to be a new engine for space faring vehicles. A new more powerful perpetual generator. However, while he was performing minor adjustments to its housing someone started the machine. This normally wouldn't be a problem but this time they also removed the safety features. He can only remember bits and pieces of what happened next. Mostly fire.

Whoever had started it, was apparently showing off to some unscheduled top brass that was touring the facility. Roman still thinks they were lucky. The resulting explosion could have been much worse and killed a lot of people. The next few months turned into a blur of pain killers, skin graphs, and surgeries. He does remember one night in particular when he signed something that allowed the scientists to test some new technology on him. “Just a few things” is what he remembers the other man saying.

The next time he woke up, he was still in pain. However, somehow he felt better. His broken limbs, although scarred and bandaged seemed to be put back together. The man no longer needed a ventilator to breath, his damaged eyesight seemed to be repaired, and he got his voice back. But it was alien to him. Sure it said the words he was trying to say but sounded more robotic. Like a computer.

Before too much longer, he was given the general rundown of what experimental procedures they did to him. Grafted a new plasteel polymer in the shape of a helmet with a removable face mask to his skull. This would in turn fix his cracked skull, but they admitted to being unable to return his face to what it once was. This polymer was also grafted to most of his broken bones. Roman was also given several treatments to repair and regrow his damaged organs and muscle tissue.

Training with these new augments continued after this for the next 3 years. They were training him to become some sort of super soldier. or at least the first generation of them. Roman was allowed to train with and become Russian Special Forces. That was until he turned 26 and the announcement of the global evacuation came about. With the relocation of supply's and resources his program was eventually dropped. Roman found himself like many other soldiers, lost with no leadership that could give a direct order.

In time, the man eventually left the military. No one seemed to care anymore anyways. He proceeded east away from the more heavily populated areas and across the Siberian tundra. He picked up English while he moved from town to town heading for the tunnel that bridged the gap between the North American continent and the Eurasian one. Roman didn't have a plan. There was nowhere to go. The Russian simply wandered, moving through what was left of the old world.

what? hello? some one summoned me earlier. im still here just lurking, some things came up so ive been focusing down on a few of my RP's lately. besides my character isn't doing anything important at the moment anyways.

I am interested. However, I haven't been in an advanced role play as of yet. but I had the idea of throwing in a wandering scavenger with some engineering background.

Everyone seemed to be making their final comments toward him and making their way outside. Now that all the excitement had died down everyone seemed to just be picking up the pieces. Some seemed like they were in shock others looked like they were going to keel over just because of what he was talking about. “Yeah, sometimes I have that effect on people” he muttered.

He took a moment to look around and take in his surroundings before standing. Making sure his armor was in order. The mutant glanced to the two that were still in the clinic. The girl who lured the death claws here in the first place and the other male who everyone seemed to refer to as Ace. He watched them for a moment, listened to their slight interaction before Ace went to the door to talk to another male.

Picking up his weapon, the mutant powered it up and spun the barrel a few times. Taking care to attach the straps back to his armor while Ace walked back into the clinic. Gorge began to walk out toward the door but stopped for a moment.

Looking over the man and the girl next to him, “If anyone cares to ask, tell them I left to get supplies” he sighed for a moment and looked around. “My friends dying wish was for me to give this town whatever supplies I could find.” Gorge looked to the girl again with his permanent scowl under his helmet. “It's a couple of miles from here, ill be back In an hour or two.”

Hesitating for a moment he turned from the two and headed for the door stopping briefly to look over the mother death claw and back to Ace. “Good thing about these things dying here is that their smell scares off most other creatures of the wasteland. So for the most part the towns safe for a day or so.” bending down, the mutant grabbed the death claws tail and dragged it into the shade. Once completed he took out a knife from his thigh pouch and cut the end of the death claws tail off.

Stepping back up to the door, “oh and one more thing. If no one claims that carcass, ill possess it out when I get back. Now I'm going to go find the good doctor see if he needs any medical supplies.” placing the piece of death claw tail in his pouch. The mutant left toward the town center glancing in windows here and there to try to see the doctor.

After just a little while he was able to spot the man in the dinner speaking to another man he hadn't seen yet. Finding the front door to still be a bit tight but still he managed to fit his way inside. Looking around for a moment then back to the doctor he nodded. “Doctor I'm about to leave to check and see if there are still supplies where my caravan got hit. Is there any medical supplies you need specifically that I can get for you?” the mutant stepped inside and out of the door way, so he wasn't blocking the entrance.
