I enjoy peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, but hold the peanut butter and jelly. Hate condiments on my sandwiches.

Don’t know why I didn’t get into this NRP thing sooner, it’s right up my alley
I’d also say the MDR’s ideology will be more diplomatically viable than NJ’s, but that remains to be seen, don’t know what @Dog’s plans are. Hehe...
Not to metagame, I’m going to play the NJ like they think they’re the only intelligent civilization left on the planet. *Basically

Speculation is irresistible, though. Feedback welcome, I’d like to hear the predictions of others.
The way things look at this moment, the ratkin and ogres are likely allies if or when they come into contact. The NJ will be free to develop on its own for a while, with its first contacts being the VA or KH. The Vorren and Jerichians will either form a maritime trading relationship or end up going to war, it’s really dependent on a bunch of other factors, like what the Jerichians are at that time. The MDR is going to take a while to secure a place on the surface, and when they do the Vorren are a possible ally to them.
@Dark CloudTrue, but there are those terraformer civs* to consider. And the ogres will still have to make a trek across close to a hundred miles of burning, irradiated sand
The Vorren Accord are a mystery though... @Chenzor would be able to speak better about their likely paths forward than I.
I’d say the MDR have a few more hoops to jump through than the NJ does at this moment, though. It’s a potent possibility that the Jerichians will beat everyone else to the ocean.
Perhaps the GM should incentivize settlement of the desert somehow... Hmmm

@AdorableSaucer
@ClocktowerEchosExactly. That’s important to consider, the ogres and ratkin are both very isolated. The costal powers (also in more hospitable regions) like NJ, MDR and the Vorren Accord will probably expand much quicker
*In terms of places to expand though, NJ will probably move North and to the East and West, an irradiated desert isn’t exactly an attractive site for expansion. The sea-power thing might happen earlier than expected

So many options! So many places to take this.
