The drought suggestion was actually semi-serious, honestly. Since most people who go with water only seem to focus on the idea of creating water (or drawing it from the atmosphere or whatever) when technically the opposite should also be possible and would be kind of an original take on the whole thing.

Or maybe I'm just being a bit silly but hey. XD

I've seen this issue come up in Gotham games. I think maybe it helps to have a list to browse, if not to choose from, than to inspire an OC or even another canon. Also since you only mentioned female roles, I kept the list to females. Not all the characters you could throw into the game (I'd even take some of the Arrow chicks just off the top of my head) for canon, to say nothing of original ideas.

And keep in mind I don't mind tweaking or even doing your own version of canons. Creativity is always encouraged.

Not all of these are even heroes; but you're not limited to heroes. And some of these are more 'walking the line' (between good and evil) types than actually heroes or villains, anyway.

Hmmm... Interested maybe, pending my ability to actually get something figured out. ^^; Considering a female Robin (or Robin impersonator maybe), or a Batgirl (same possible caveat as the Robin one), or... Something more original maybe? Hmmm.

...Actually tempted to rise up to Archmage's challenge and make them an A-lister, buuut not sure how good an idea that is. ^^; Still need to gather some ideas together, which is more difficult than usual since I've lost all of my old work but oh well, we'll see how this goes.
