The land of pleasant dreams was one of the most incredible experience one could have in this day and age. Such so that her pleasant dreams were already going to make her day when she was going to awaken. A nice dream was a good start of the day! What was even better was that she stirred from her sleep by Riley's clock, but what truly awoke her was Riley's kiss. She slowly opened her eyes just as the other woman was pulling away and blinked in surprise and confusion. There was much from last night that was hazy and she took a moment to sort it all out in her still sleepy head. Suddenly she blushed and pulled under the blankets, bright red like a tomato.

Just as she was pulling herself together to say something, the gunshot sounded. Amelia's mind was still fresh with the time they came under attack last. She shivered and pressed as close as possible to Riley, wrapping her arms around her.

Took her a moment to register Riley's words, now that the gunshot woke her away completely.” I'm fine.” She said, blushing up and noting that the gunshot was a single one and nothing around seemed to be damaged. What was going on out there?!” You are alright too... right?” She asked with expecting eyes, knowing the answer, but also wanting to hear it. Amelia was still hugging Riley tightly as she realized that she still had to bring the question about what had happened last night. She remembered she confessed! She blinked and blushed once more. Riley had accepted her! This was so... weird! Her first... relationship.

'Well at least he's trying to learn.' The witch thought when she heard what Thomas who had just arrived said to Kyra. Well it wasn't his last night's spouting of information for everyone to hear, but damn if it wasn't obvious as hell. Of all things nectarines... Still she smiled and nodded towards him.” Good morning, Thomas.” She greeted him in return, glad he was at least indeed trying to achieve some progress. Still had a lot to learn it seemed.

Suddenly she was brought out of her meal when Nor moved over and introduced himself, offering a hand for a handshake. She looked up at him, before smiling and taking his hand for just a moment.” Nice meeting you too, Nor. My name's Satilla Valen.” She smiled, eager to return to her meager meal. Breakfast was important meal after all! Be as bland as it was, still it would provide her the majority of energy she'd have to spare for a good while from the day.

“...” Then the exclamations from her teammates came. Same as the sound of Keystone's relieve, if you could call it that. Satilla was glad for only one thing and that she was effectively with her back towards Keystone.” Spirits...” She mumbled, pulling her eyes away from her meal and closed her eyes.” I...” A meow rang as Skittles hopped in her lap.” This can't be happening... I won't turn... I won't.” She mumbled to herself, struggling the desire to leave the tavern. One thing sure, she didn't actually feel hungry anymore.

Location: Shepheard's Hotel

Priscilla smiled when the man introduced himself with quite the manners. His accent was pretty obvious, but she understood it non the less. It was a thing you got used to after a while, she had met a lot of people back in the states and had heard a lot of different accents. She just politely smiled and nodded.” Pleasure to meet you, Hakeem. My name's Priscilla Harker, but please call me Mosi.” She greeted in return and introduced herself as she waited for the man to check for free room she could get.

She smiled with pleased and happy expression when she was informed there was in fact a room she could use. She nodded as she was given the form to fill out.” Thank you.” She said and took a look at the paper.” Let's see...” She mumbled and started filling it out. The name, the age, the duration of the stay.” Let's say a week for now. Will there be an option to extend the duration later?” She asked, greatly interested in the answer. Staying in the hotel was all fine, but she planned to get another place eventually. When that could happen was anybody's guess at this point so she had to use hotels.

“Ahhh, that would be most welcome service. I plan to explore the city until the room's ready then.” She said with a smile, doing the finishing up with the paperwork. She still had to be given the costs for the room and pay it before she can leave though.

They had arrived at their first stop, a village about half a day or so distance from the city. It was normal. Not much to say about it, there was a church, a mausoleum, inn or two. Just hte regular village in a regular place with regular work. This was a farming location and it showed. There were no walls and no real soldier presence to speak off. THere probably were some guards or milita about, but she doubted there was a real garrison here.

"I'd personally prefer to camp out there..." Chambala said, pointing out towards hte other side of the village, where there were some trees just on the edge of the buildings." I prefer making my own food, but tehre was no time today to hunt on the wya here, so I suppose we'd better spend the night in the inn." She added. There was more than enough preserved food in her bags, but she was saving that for her home, these were parts of ehr winter supplies.

"Don't worry about poison..." She said, showing the carved fang she made on the wya here." Just touch this to any of the food you have, and if there's poison in it, the color would change to pitch black." She stated, heading for hte inn." I will ask the innkeeper to allow me to quickly prepare a meal if any of you are so concerned with being poisoned."
