Amelia Payne

Location:Camp Mexico Beach: Quarantine (W: Conference Room)
Skills: N/A

After Amelia had grabbed her bag and returned to her seat by Riley, there was some important information given by the Gunny about Thana's fate. Well Amelia wasn't really affected by it much, mostly cause she didn't really knew the woman in question. She couldn't bring herself to feel anything at the supposed revelation. The world made one numb to the suffering of others, especially when they weren't people you consider close friends. She knew that it was not a nice thing, she realized it seemed heartless, but she had no way of changing it. What she cared most about was Riley's safety and then the rest of the group of Newnan.

She quietly listened and watched as others reacted to it in varying ways. Then finally the Gunny person left and gave the last bit of information for now that the priest, will be arriving shortly to get them to the rooms? Well was it going to be the one from the bus? Amelia wasn't sure, but that was a piece of good news. It's been a long stressful day and the stress was only continuing still, so some rest was going to be well met. Especially since she wanted to get some peace and solitude even for a lil while, even if it was only going to be burrying herself in a blanket. That said they only mentioned they were being assigned rooms... how were these rooms going to be assigned and who was going ot be with whom? This made her slightly concerned.

Suddenly her mind was pulled away from her thoughts as Riley gave her a loving kiss. Amelia felt her cheeks burn up for a moment as she nodded." Alright, yes I'm concerned about him too." She nodded in agreement and looked at Ash. While she didn't care about the fate of the Thana woman much, she did care of Ash's feelings. He had brought them until here, she trusted him and... well he was basically family now. Each of the Newnan crew were to some degree or another. She gave him a sympathetic look, but wasn't sure if he will notice it, especially since a number of their lil group had went to check up on him. Thus she could return to worrying if they will separate the groups and mix people when they assign rooms or if they will be able to be with people they traveled with so far.

Constantin Kolev

Location: Port Annan(Inn)
Skills: Tretiy Glaz(passive), Fal'shbort(passive)

Constantin decided to refrain from making comments right now as Ludwig dashed ahead and started speaking in what the firewalker was going to refer to as Ludwigian dialect from now on. You sort of understood what was it about, but couldn't quite be always certain for teh full meaning behind the words spoken. The firewalker well understood that whatever was the logic running the German man's mind, it wasn't quite the same as the rest of them. Didn't make him any less useful or smart it appeared from his observations so far, it was just wired differently... probably. Well he had promised something good for the ferret, so hopefully there was going to be a good treat to repay Dieter, the ferret not the brother.

"Da, da." Constantin stated with low tone as he followed suit to the bar thing. leaned over, waiting as Vlad started being lound again." Ve should also get a bottle of strong alcohol if they have any." Constnatin suddenly stated, throwing a look at Vlad." Alcohol is alvays of use... varm up body. Especially useful should ve have a close meeting with cold vaters again..." He added, recalling the case with the frozen lake." Tough if it strong enough ve can also use it to help make big fire." He exaplined.

All in all, he just wanted to get going, but at the end the last word was Vlad's so as long as Vlad wanted to stay around, so was he going to." As for sweets, I suggest dried fruits if avaible... tasty, useful and they last." He thre in another suggestion. Dried fruits were a lasting thing if they were avaible. Also a bag of dried fruits was going to be easy to carry along. That was under the condition there were dried fruits here which who knew if there were. Though taking along some normal apples would be good as well.

Mosi frankly couldn't wait to get going and away from this place for the time being. She barely waited for Lauren to come up with a solution that covered the best points of what the Lord Major and she suggested. She smiled and nodded." Great idea." She agreed as she turned back to Mahendra, gave him a pat on the shoulder and bailed in the direction of the Rose Gardens about as fast as her two legs could take her.

She was well aware that their time in Benha was limited to today and they were going to be departing later today, so there wasn't even a full day of time to spend so every hour counted for much here. Thus she wanted to see as much as she could, find as many interesting things as she can and grab some souvenirs... Well thinking about it she had not many to give souvenirs to... Well she'd send something to her family in the States... and she also thought of Rosheen so she could buy the redhead something too. Then there was just the personal souvenir she wanted to have to hang on a wall somewhere or something once she gets her own home. She planned once that happens to decorate the entire thing with souvenirs from her journeys! And also to have a weapons room where she was going to display all her weapons!

Still the people on the streets were not to be underestimate sheer numberwise. She was forced to quite literally make her way through the crowds, dodging and weaving in between them and push her way softly at other times. Her great pace had slowed a lot because of this, but it also gave a unique charm to this place. There weren't such scenes back in the states... well there were, but it wasn't all the time frankly and not everywhere.
Time and locations were changing for Kosara and she was only vaguely aware of it all. Her defenses were all up should she get attacked though. Still on the bus right now aside her and the driver there was no one else. Still she was sitting in the furthest seats at the back, her luggage with her, not leaving it in the luggage area on the bottom of the bus. She was currently streatched across hte entire roll of seats at the back, hugging a big long bag was nearly her height. It was clearly a long narrow object in there and probably didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what was in it.

The ride overall had been incredibly pleasant, all things considered. It had lasted for longer than 24 hours with a few transfers from one bus to another. Thus she spend the majority of the time in this journey sleeping on the back seats or reading a book because otherwise she couldn't stay on a single place for more than 10 minutes before freaking out.

Finally though she woke up for the last time before the end of her journey. She threw a look at the windows of the bus, seeing the weather outside and the fact that they appeared to be entering the city now, then in a sleepy manner pulled her phone to confirm the time." Hey, how much further to Camlann City's station?" Kosara called out loudly so she's heard by the driver all the way from the last seats where she was still currently laying sleepily. The reply came fast and it was just a simple few minutes." Alright... guess there's no point in asking to drop me off somewhere on the way since we are so close already..." She mused.

Thus she pulled her earbuds and put some music to play, as she put her phone away into a secured with a zipper pocket of her jacket so only the earbuds cable's sticking out. Thus with music in her ears, she relaxed back into the seats, one hand resting onto the long bag and the other resting on the holster that was attached to her hip. She was smiling, her eyes no longer seeming sleepy as she just softly moved her head with the rythm of the music.

Well things could have been better, but it seemed that at least Lord Bardolf was more inclined to keep them alive and was reasonable for now. Rave was sure should he really wanted to, he could have just made them all killed or just keep them underlock in a basement somewhere by now. None of that had transpired so far, so it seemed for now some degree of hospitality was at play. When the talk went into the blackmailing direction, Rave's expression froze for a moment. She didn't even try to hide it as it was plainly written on her face really. Lying was bad in the end too.

At first she was worried that their host will demand the reasons for their blackmailing, but in the end he stopped that and just asked for confirmation on their reason for being here." Yes." She replied, not hiding that she was blackmailed indeed. Since it had progressed so far there was no point in hiding it and she didn't want to lie if she could help it.

She noted others were taking their masks off too, namely Penance took her off after Moss. As she threw a glance around, aside from the Creme woman, the rest of the group who arrived with those invitations and were in the lunar ballroom were without masks. As the talk went over to dinner, she realized that she was indeed hungry. Been a long journey here and the few brief pieces of fruit and the like in teh breakfast room weren't enough to satisfy her hunger properly." Excuse me, but what would indeed be the arrangement for the duration of our stay? I would like to help in any way and earn my stay if possible." Rave joined in the question along with the big guy, who seemed content with taking a spot on the ground. Well Rave wasn't going to object if that's was indeed the arrangements as long as it wasn't outside in the snow. Admittedly if it was even the simplest of beds, it was going to be the best though.

World Narrative

Gronar, Location: Suramar(Plaza).- "Wolves? I see." Malfurion only replied as he got onto his mount." We've got a long way ahead, a few hours of fast travel at the very least." The night elf added as he waited for his companion to get into the cat so they can depart and once onto the road, he led Gronar right into the forest, away from roads and trails, but still leading the way with a finess and knowhow as if he had done it a million time and instead of wild forest this was a paved pathway. For the orc it was slightly harder, but having some experience with the Dire Wolves, this wasn't too much difficult, especially when the nightsaber seemed to know the way by itself, moving between and around trees with incredible grace.

Not even a few minutes after they had left into the forest, the sounds of horns were raised loud into the air as the city guards had realized the escape. It would be a little before they were after them though.

~~~~~ a some hours later come noon ~~~~~~~
The journey of Malfurion and Gronar had continued mostly unchallenged so far. The night elf seemed incredibly adapted to moving during day time in difference to most his kind." If we continue at this pace, we should be at my teacher's sanctuary at nightfall." He said, this night elf was a younger man among his kind. It wasn't untypical for him to have a teacher in some craft. Who was his teacher so far he had not said since htey were kind of busy, but now as he slowed down the nightsaber, Malfurion suddenly frowned and Gronar's cat followed suit as it stoped, sniffing the air and growling around like it's kin that the night elf rode. The mounts were nervous about something.
"Something's... wrong. The forest's too quiet... nature seems disturbed." Malfurion said and looked at Gronar. Then without warning something as big as a nightsaber jumped at Gronar's direction. The orc's mount reacted just in time as it dodged barely, leaving a nasty gash on one of it's hind legs, but the orc was thrown clean off hte mount. Somehow though, the orc instead of tumbling down or falling onto his back, after a quick roll across the earth, found himself thrown back onto his feet! A remarkable feat of atheltics, especially for someone of his musculature!( Flipping hell, I rolled him a roll for how he fare the fall and he nat 20ied that)" What is that?!" Malfurion shouted as a second beast jumped at him, but his mount was better prepared and it engaged the strange beast in turn. Sadly the night elf was thrown off the seat violently, sending him rolling across the ground and hitting a tree. He was concious and not too hurt though.
He had never seen such beasts before. They resembled grotesque wolves? dogs? cats? Something in between? They had four legs and a huge maw, but their most sticking out feature was the pair of tentackles on their backs that were moving menacingly as they were fighting with the nightsabers and seemed to be winning. The night elf might not know these beasts, but the orc did. He recognized htem from the stories and from lessons taught by those who trained him. Those were felhounds... the forerunners of the legion! And where were two there might be ever more!
Draven, Location: Mountain(Mysterious Staircase).- Out in the mountain, the mighty red dragon was doing a mission of importance he had deem worthy, having noticed a weird anomaly of magic origins around these parts so close to... even if there was no way mortals knew of this location, he had no right to be careless. This rather young, but powerful red dragon, flew fast in search of answers, when something tiny had caught his attention. There was a little creature of humanoid origins out on one of the old staircases in the mountain. The being seemed male and was calling out to his attention, this surprised the red dragon as he started to descend at the location at the staircase.
Apparently his concerns had not gotten unfounded here. Well he was about to do his duty to his queen and that was all that mattered in the end.
The dragon lowered to a height close enough to get a good look at the small human and gave him a good lookover, he was not overly pleased by the energies eminating from this man. They were... unsettling and unpleasant. The masive wings were fluttering, causing gusts of wind before suddenly a bright light shone and instead of a dragon, now there was another person on the staircase, standing a few steps above Draven." This is rather surprising, too se a mortal who isn't running for his life at the sight of a red dragon." The dragon stated with rather amused voice non the less. He was tall, had pale hair and somewhat pale skin. He resembled a high elf more than anything actually. He wore a elegant red robe too." Tell me, mortal, how is it that you found yourself here, maybe if you answer me this small riddle, I will answer yours and let you alive. And if you tell me your name I will also tell you mine to boot." The dragon replied, there was no arrogance in his voice despite the words he had chosen. This was a red dragon in the prime of his strenght after all. Not many creatures upon this world could match that, especially among the mortals." Because, you see... Mortals aren't supposed to appear among these parts. Magic is supposed to keep anyone from getting close anywhere close to this region."
Heda Runeclaw
Location: Ancient Forest(???) - Cenarius Glade
Heda was not overly impressed by the human's outburst. They always seemed to have an issue when the truth to their origin was revealed to them. She had gotten a notice of that a few time in the past too! Was it so bad that their so proud human race originated from the Vrykul? That their kind was just a type of evolution or maybe devolution of the vrykul? Frankly some of her kind despised these humans for being inferior in every way, but she wasn't of the same opinion. Humans were part of their kind, albeit smaller in size and they certianly were not worse... aside in maybe physical performance, but mentality and abilities, humans were just as able as any Vrykul, maybe more. She was about to argue with the man further about the really fragile nature of time when the following shenanigans of him getting knocked out by Cenarius's defenses.
She facepalmed, having warned him to not step out of the flowerline. If they had to, she was going to pull the dryad in her real form by reaching over, but now it seemed that was not the solution." Welp... that could have gone better, keepers." She mumbled as she returned to her proper huge form, making sure to move Fabios's body to the center of the glade and making sure he's on the soft grass. Once that was done, she kneeled by the flowers so she can reach furtehr outside, without having her feet step beyond the ring of flowers and managed to pull the dryad into the glade, placing her to rest on the grass nearby. She gave her a look over, didn't seem like anything was broken or the like. She had just knocked herself out via the impact, she was going to wake up soon enough. Same with Fabios, the flowers only put him to sleep really.
Having confirmed, there was nothing else left to do, she pulled a brush and with the special ink drew a rune across her cheek, as her eyes suddenly were saturated in color. Rune of trueseeing was a good thing. After an hour of searching through every part of the glade she realized what was wrong, it was something just outside the glade a tree. Her eyes brimmed up with hope." Show yourself, I know that you are there and what you are." The being didn't show up, but after a few more repeats, a voice finally replied.
"Fool, you will expose us both to the keeper of the forests!" The voice replied as a lizardy head formed across the surface of a tree. It was made of bark.
"He's not here... yet and I need you to bring me away... I have important news for the Aspects." She replied as the draconic face in the tree was shocked.
The following talk was unheard to anyone, but the two still awake and present, but come the time Cenarius returned, he found his glade one guest short as if Heda had vanished into thin air and none of his defenses could give him an answer how.
~~~~~~~~Fabio's Dreamworld~~~~~~~~

They were everywhere, as far as eye coud see, ORCS! Fabious was just one of the many fighting against the orcs under Admiral Proudmoore. Reinforcements were impossible to find now, more and more of his comerades around himself fell. Fabios could slay countless orcs, but more were constantly present. How long had this continued for? It would feel like years for him since this battle started, it was endless and he knew it was not real. As much as this would feel real and alive to him, this was not real. This battle had passed years ago, orcs had won, the mighty admiral had fallen to the bottom of the oceab and Fabios was just one of the survivors from then. Yet there the image of his Admiral was! Fighting proudly and bravely along his men and his crew!

And yet another wave of orcs assailed the ship. Powerful were these images, painful they were, but they were just that, memories and dreams of battles long passed. He would be able to snap out of the trance and flow of this nightmare. None of the orcs would fight him now, he is just a observers in this madness... of visions of regret and pain. There in the distance the admiral finally fell under the might of the horde and yet everything repeats anew as if the world was put in reverse, the battle returns to it's start and all begins anew with a mighty battle cry and horns. Cannons roar and mighty cries fill the air on both sides and there the admiral is once more atop his ship, ushering his men into battle!

Fabios was dreaming yet this was not a simple dream, he was not awake either, but fully concsious of it now. He was standing atop Proudmoor's flagship, yet no one minded him anymore. Battle was about to start again in a vicious cycle. Was there a way out of this nightmare?

Amelia's emotions and had no way of changing this fast, nor was she going to develop an instant trust towards anyone. The best she could do and would allow herself to do was to keep quiet and just play along for the time being. Should there truly be no danger to them, things could change in the future. Or maybe they won't... She wasn't sure she'd ever belong with these new people at this location. As long as Riley was here, she was happy enough and was going to try to contribute as to keep their place here. That's if it truly was as they were explaining here.

She was a little bit concerned about all the incoming examinations that were mentioned. Frankly as far as she knew herself aside the lice problem she was fine, but who knew down on biological level. The human body had a weird way of adapting and getting used to certain conditions so she might have had something she didn't even realize. That was one benefit of being here, at least they were going to learn their physical condition soon enough in detail.

As the speech went on and on, more information was given. Amelia was truly surprised they were going to be making prostetics for the people who had lost limbs. That was surely not an easy thing to make and probably required specilized resources and tools. Her inner doubts and presented facts were conflicting hard here. Then there was the fact they were going to be given actual clothing now. Well... at least they weren't going to be walking around like some slaves in basic clothing anymore. She was glad about that as she watched people being called one by one to grab their bag of clothing. Eventually Riley went on too and returned. Amelia couldn't help but throw questioning look at her love, but it didn't last for too long cause before long her own name was too called and she moved forward, keeping her head slightly down and avoiding eye contact with anyone present.

As she took her clothing and pack, she finally looked up and at the Auntie woman's face and at the Gunny person. Amelia didn't feel too great right now and she was never a talkative person to begin with, but she still gave a really tiny smile and managed to utter in a mosquitto voice." Thank you..." Before she just looked down again and hurriedly escaped away back to her seat, returning to Riley's calming presence. At least normal clothing was a good thing to wear not like these robe things. She quickly gave the things in the back a quick look, before closing it again. She now only hoped they were going to be dismissed or whatever they were going to call it soon, so she can hide away in a bed or something after confirming there were no opened ways for a walker to slip inside of course.

Mosi was rather pleased with the way the docks were brought to live with all the people milling about. She threw a look at Mahendra and nodded. She had also spotted Lauren surely enough as the woman gave her a distant greeting, a greeting she returned with a smile on her face and a wave cause why not." Well you are right, there are a few of the company there." She indeed nodded and threw him a glance." Not all of them though, some of them are missing." Mosi added with a shrug and started walking over to Lauren.

As she got close she heard the old guy speakig a rather on point suggestion." Good morning." She gave a proper greeting as she was close enough." That's a fine suggestion, Lord Major." She agreed and looked at Lauren." Well I'm personally a little bit too eager to get going through. I'm thinking of going straight in that direction." She said and pointed to the Rose Gardens. There was no reason why she chose that, she just did.

"Though I personally am not sure if I will be sitting down to eat for a long time. At most I might grab some food for the way cause I'm really wanting to explore as much of the city I can before we depart later." She smiled and gave Lauren, the Major and Mahendra a quick set of bows with her head and tipped her cowboy hat." So you have an idea of where to meet? Might meet you all later there or who knows, maybe we will even cross paths in the city, if fate has decided." She added with a grin, but before she walked off, she turned to Mahendra as she walked near him." Look, I know I asked you if you want to acompany me on my exploration to the city, but if you want to wait for the rest and go somewhere with them, that's also fine." She was basically restless to start walking towards the Rose gardens.

Sure enough, as soon as Constantin made his way into the inn, the first thing he heard was Vlad booming voice, that filled his ears and made them almost hurt, mostly because he was really close and the stuff being spoken wasn't of amusement. The firewalker just sighed as he entered deeper into the inn, slightly unamused at hte jab of him not liking the fishes and chips. There was a reason for it and that boiled down to there was no way to ensure the fish used was actually fresh. And the people using the fish had no way to ensure the guys who sold it, actually gave it fresh.

Anyway, the discussion about fishes aside, he threw a quickl look about the place. It was a place like any other, people were just eating and drinking their worries away. As far as he could spot, there was nothing big of interest going on, except maybe the woman who had arrived with them on the ship, she appeared to have been speaking with the man whom Vlad was now really Vladly speaking with. Constantin thus returned his attention to Vlad and his ongoing quest to be outspoken, loud and Russian anyways he goes.

"Don't mind me, I'm just the guy with no tolerance for fishies today." Constantin shrugged his shoulders as he made his way to Vlad." A good meal is important, but Great Bazhooli, ve are short on time. Ve should stop dallying, get the food, eat it and head off, no? Veta's still out there and despite all, I'm groving increasingly vorried." He reminded.

Situation really wasn't the best as they were getting it. She quirked a brow underneath the mask as the Moss man repeated her question for whatever reason with different words, but the meaning didn't seem to have shifted any. Well not her problem, she returned her gaze to the Lord as he replied to the question regarding how long it would take for the bridge to be repaired. Sadly the answer really wasn't what she had hoped to have recieved. Yeah thinking about it, it wasn't a grand surprise. Even her vague hope that the weather holds good for a few days, it would still be impossible to repair that bridge it seemed.

Rave then observed Moss and Penance talk about chatting with the others present. She wasn't quite sure why that seemed to be the priority for them. Finally her attention was grabbed back to the big man. He seemed like he had an idea of his own. Then suddenly he removed his mask. What he had said, tugged on her mind. It was true, they were stuck together for a long long time and not knowing even the face of the people around you was a concerning thought. If it was only for tonight, to keep the mask on and then leave, never to meet these people again, a mask would be fine, but now situation had changed. Rave then decided to follow suit, it was a good decision or at least she thought so. She reached up to her head and slowly removed the mask. Might as well do it now, hoping this will come as a gesture of honesty." Being masked, in the given situation, wouldn't be right... It's no longer a Masquerade..."

Though what the Lord spoke about a common enemy was a really big issue. As she took off her mask, she wondered what whomever had orchestrated this, had in mind. Thus she tried to jog her mind as hard as she could, to recall any details about hte time when she got the invitation. Maybe there was something of use she could present?

Her eyebrows had locked in a really thinking manner for a good few moments before she finally shook her head." I'm sorry, as hard as I try to recall, nothing of use comes to mind from when I got the invitation." She apologized, feeling slightly bad about this fact.
