If this week does not kill me, then YAY Spring Break!!

It is kinda sad that we think that a positive quality in a role-model is someone who doesn't fall in love at first sight. It's the first thing that we look for. "Oh, she didn't fall for her prince on the first sight? She must be a good princess!" I am guilty of thinking this way... it is just kinda sad. lol

Oh, I love Once!!! I don't remember if I mentioned it in the PM, but I was think that was something else we could discuss. What if we took the idea of Once and ran with it? Like take the idea that Fairy tale characters are stuck in our world and see where that leads. Or we could just play in their world. We could add our own twists to the fairy tales, or make up our own... I feel like it could either be really cool or really lame.

"Geepers, weepers, mister! You're really strong!"

I'm glad you liked my post ^.^. I thought it would be nice if she had some back up, and it would cause drama for her. Not to mention, it will keep them from being able to say anything.
Emma was not Queen Bee of the school; she was just one of the drones. Melissa was the Queen Bee. Everyone in the town knew of Melissa Jenkins. To all the teachers, parents, and elderly, knew Melissa as a kind-hearted young lady who did anything to help her community. Her peers knew her as the Queen Bee, head cheerleader, lead partier, the one girl you never wanted to cross because she would screw your life up if she wanted. To be a part of her group was considered a privilege that was only handed out to a select few.

Life in a small town was difficult; everyone knew everyone’s business. It made a wrong decision into a mistake that followed you all of your life. So when Emma made the mistake to kiss the wrong boy in middle school, Bobby Joe, the ex-boyfriend of Queen Bee Melissa. Seeing a potential threat, Melissa had blackmailed Emma into joining her group of friends. Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer. After a few years, in their sophomore year of high school, Emma had stopped worrying about trying to find a way out of the group. While Melissa could be controlling, rude, and manipulative, she had managed to change Emma’s life completely around.

Being a part of the ‘it’ group came with its benefits. Emma’s parents were never really home, so Melissa and her group took Emma under their wings and taught her how to do her make-up, how to dress fashionably, and it helped that the boys flocked to them. Over the years though, the girls had become her family. They protected each other, kept secrets, and had each other’s back, even when it came to dealing with Melissa’s attitude. Her friend group that the Queen Bee had black mailed her into joining were some of the best people in her life.

This night was going to be awful. At first, it hadn’t sounded so bad. Emma had planned to get paired with one of her friends, there was a ten of them going so the odds of hanging out with one of them was pretty high, but of course she got paired with the new girl in town. It had been her plan to go off somewhere with a friend, take a midnight dip, drink some alcohol, and use this “project” as an excuse to have some one on one downtime with one of her girls. Tonight was not at all what she had hoped.

Soon she found herself walking along the beach next to the new girl. Her face was really plain, had she never heard of make-up? Emma sighed and looked behind her. Most of her friends had been paired together, except Melissa. She had been paired with Zach. Emma rolled her eyes. “Of course.” She mumbled. Emma had told Melissa that she had a crush on Zach, her mistake. By the way Melissa was clinging onto Zach, Emma knew exactly what the Queen Bee had in mind for her night on the beach. Kelly and Brea noticed the same thing and mouthed ‘sorry’ to Emma, but continued in their own direction.

In all the years that Emma had been a drone, she had never once had a boyfriend. It had never been confirmed, but she had a feeling it had always been Melissa who kept boys from being interested with her. Tonight just confirmed her suspicions, every boy she had ever been interested in, or had been interested in her, had always fallen through. Now it was clear as to why. Melissa would probably have a boyfriend by the end of the night, and she would act sorry on Monday, but she wouldn’t be sorry.

The walk down the beach was quiet; all Emma was thinking about was how far away she could get from what had just happened. Images of Melissa and Zach ran through her mind, and she tried pushing them away, but they kept coming back again and again. It did not even occur to her that she had been walking for an hour. The new girl talking snapped her out of her own thoughts. Had they really been walking for so long? Emma glanced down at her watch to confirm. “Yeah here should be fine.” She looked around at the beach for the first time since they started walking.

It was dark, darker then she had been expecting it to be. They must be well away from the town lights. The sky was breath taking though. It would make it easier to chart the stars. Down the beach a little ways, Emma could just make out a small enclosed pool. “Let’s go up there.” She didn’t give the new girl any chance to give her opinion before she took off towards her destination. Jumping into the pool and forgetting about what she will have to face in the morning sounded like a great plan to her.
Changed it, and my intro is going good. I am working on four different paragraphs at a time xD It will all come together before I post it ^.^
I am thinking of changing my character's picture. The more I think form her personality in my mind, the more different she looks...
My family thing went well. :) it was really exaughsting, but fun! I am just about to start on our intro.
It's midterms. I have two projects, and three tests to do this week. Luckily next week is spring break!

I do not care much for Meg. She gets on my nerves xD. I do like Jasmine though! I like Belle because she was not just the typical, beautiful, damsel in distress. She had a mind of her own, she fought for family, and she is smart. Most of the reasons why I like Mulan too, lol. I would love to have the library from Beauty and the Beast!

"My, oh my! Look like the boy's too shy. He ain't gonna ... kiss the girl."

I posted!!! ^.^ Now I am gonna go answer your PM
All that was reflected back to her from Devin’s eyes was laughter and enjoyment. A smirk appeared on his face as she pulled him back in for another kiss. Although they had only know each other for such a short time, it felt right to kiss him. No one had ever made her feel so relaxed before. Around him, it was like she did not have to pretend. She could be completely herself. Around her pack she alway had to be alpha, leader, protector, advice giver, the all in all for everyone in the pack. She loved being that for everyone, but around his it was nice to just be able to relax.

Avina shifted positions, as she did she felt his arms around her waist tighten as if he was afraid she would pull away. The feeling that act portrayed made her smile even in the midst of kissing him. There was no doubt in her mind how he was feeling about her in that moment. Her fingers that were resting on his cheek, slid up into his hair to pull him closer to her. Everything around her completely disappeared. It was the first time she had ever let her guard down fully since she woke up as a werewolf.

It all happened so suddenly. They were kissing, neither thinking about the time, their pack, or their obligations, then he pulled away out of no where. That was when she smelt them. Avina had gotten used to the rotten smell that came from Devin, but the smell coming off the other two made her nose burn. Then he was pushing her off his lap and standing up to face she she could only assume was his pack, no clan. Avina, still crouched on the ground, turned to face the two newcomers, and gave them a growl of warning.

Her right hand and knee rested in the ground, her left foot was pressed in the dirt, ready to push her towards potential attackers, and her left hand waited, claws extended, by her side. The two newcomers were both blonde, but it was clear that the young girl in the blood stained dress was newly changed. The older blood had an air of coldness around her that made shivers run down Avina’s spine. Though she could not put her finger on exactly what it was about the older woman, but she scared her. The fear did not show through the look of warning that Avina was hiding behind.

Just as the changeling started towards Avina, part of her pack walked into the clearing. Avina had smelt them just a few moments before they walked out, and she did not have to turn to know who was behind her. Brice walked in at the point, his eyes glowing a dull red and wearing a pair of blue jeans. On the left walked a dull brown furred wolf that came to Brice’s elbow, Kiel, and on the right was a white and grey wolf, a changeling, Jessi. Avina stood up as Brice reached her side. Numbers were on her side.

Without a word, the two vampires turned around and left. Jessi started to chase after them, but Brice, in the blink of an eyes, grabbed her by the scruff and pushed her down to the ground. Avina turned to Devin, her blue eyes pleading, “Wait…” She reached out, but it was too late, he had left. For a moment, Avina kept her back to the three members of her pack. Emotions rolled over her, and she could not hide them.

Behind her, she could hear Brice rubbing Jessie’s fur and the sound of Keil changing. The moment she turned around, there would be hell to pay. The moment she turned around, she had to become alpha again. Taking a deep breath, she let her wolf’s confidence cover her like a coat, then she turned around.
That blood on the changelings dress, it was not werewolf blood was it?
I'm tired, and kinda worried about this week. Otherwise I am alright ^.^

Belle is my favorite princess, but not one of my favorite movies... I guess I am just weird... xD I shall have to see if I can get my hands on Home on the Range so that I can give it a shot!

"I knew it! He loves me!"

I am about two paragraphs in ^.^
I am glad that you are feeling a little better! ^.^

I cannot say that I have seen that movie :-/ If I had to choose three I would say... Little Mermaid, Hercules, and Mulan. ^.^ What would be your favorite three?

"You poor, unfortunate soul!"

By the way, I am working on my reply now!
