Veztec, Level 1 God of Chaos

Might: 4

Vestec began not as one mind, but four.

They were weak. So weak. Almost as soon as they were created, they could feel themselves dying. The essence that gave them birth was immediately trying to draw them back, trying make them into something better, stronger.

They did not want to go back.

They fought, panicked, and struggled against the insistent, terrifying, pull of the smoke. It was useless of course. But as they were drawn back towards the mist, their vague forms thrashing and reaching towards their more securely set siblings, they were also drawn towards each other. Three of them found salvation in each other. Individually, they would die, together they had a chance. Driven by desperation, they slammed their essences together, forming one being whose body had more than one mind. No one was in control, but they were alive. For now at least. The pull was slowed, but not stopped. Their combined strength wasn't enough. They needed more power. They looked at the final being, who chose death rather than combining with essences that clashed so much with her own. Like a pack of wolves, they fell upon her.

One of the first sounds to echo through the smoke was the scream of one of their number in pain, suffering, and terror.

The three of them quickly beat down the fourth member, forcing her to join them. For a few moments after that there was nothing more than gibberish and screaming, as each of the four tried to gain control of their new body. As they thrashed chaotically against each other, a controlling force grew from the chaotic energy generated. Power. He needed more power. As he felt himself grow in strength, a mad giggling echoed throughout the empty world.

"We are-I am Vestec!"

If you'd like, when a dragon is born, the star dims, but then brightens up the longer the dragons live. . . so basically the stars are just dragons that exist in an embryonic state. . .

But honestly I don't see the problem. I constantly alluded to stars in my god's application.

One Question.

Are the Dragons alive(in any sense of the word)?

If anyone wants to get captured by Mr. Jakali Harcor then speak now. He needs a captive.

Nazca volunteers as tribute!
Vestec is here to help with that. Fear not.

>D
If the mega-loyalty of the Kamiv is a problem to anyone, let me know.

Borderline stupidity/slavery and a practically gene encoded loyalty to the Kraken is fine. After all, they really don't have that much of a free will. It'd by like trying to convert a Qunari with no chance of going Tal Vashoth from the Qun. Immunity(unless the Kraken specifically shields them from other Gods, which can then be fought by another God attempting to break the shield. I mean that literally and figuratively.) from being screwed with, attacked by, or whatever else the Players or PCs in this RP might decide, is not. Basically, don't say, 'and other Gods can't mess with them ever because the Kraken created them'. Of course, having your God send the offending God packing with a good beating is perfectly acceptable, if not expected.
Some Rather Important Rules

The Golden Rule: Thou Shalt Not Godmod
It's funny 'cause you're a god and all xD some people think that this means normal RPing rules don't apply, but they do.
There is a twist, however. You cannot take control of another player's god, that's basic. However, there is more space for battling for control when it comes to creations, and it can make for some very interesting play - imagine creating a hero who is then influenced by another god and doing some of their bidding before returning to your true path after you guide them once more etc.

The Fair-Warning Rule: Thou Shalt Give Fair Warning Before Influencing Another's Creation
It's all good being able to influence another god's creation, but before doing any such thing, you must tell the other player that you will be influencing said character, either in OOC or PM. They MUST agree before you post in the IC influencing their creation. If you believe another player is being unreasonable and you should be able to influence a certain character, then bring the matter to either myself or Rtron and we will mediate.

We're all here to have fun, these are the two most important rules in my view and I don't need to spell out every rule imaginable, because RPG rules are generally the same. Use your logic, come to the GMs if there are any issues.

I'm going to mention this now, perhaps unnecessarily. When we speak of 'Creations' here, we mean important creations. Heroes, specific monsters, entire races, major temples, etc. If you create a race that naturally reproduces, another God could play around with a faction of that population(until another God chases them off that is.) If Astartes creates an entire race of Ug the Cavemen, Saron can go convert a portion of them to his religion. Or turn them into forging cyclopes. Or just smite a portion of them. Maybe drive his own race to war with them. Whatever suits his fancy. Naturally though, this might irritate the creating God. Saron cannot, however, exterminate the entire race without Frettzo's permission.

In summary, you have to get permission to screw with major creations of a Player, but not for minor things. (If you feel something is minor, and the creator says it's major, talk to me or Kho. We'll mediate.)
Second, I was wondering if it would be okay for a god not to create civilization? Could I potentially simply not create for the beginning and use my might just to level up to the point where I can start creating intelligent beings? I see Saron having a small group of followers over an entire civilization of people.

Yes. Yes you can.

Does he even have any real creation powers (besides the basic ones we all have, I mean) or is he just there to make things a nightmare for the rest of us?

You build it, Vestec will be there to corrupt it, try to destroy it, or both! If he gets really bored, he'll make his own race and start sending them to kill things.
Vestec will just build his power base and watch. :D
I'm not rushing anyone, but I'm still curious:

When does the I.C. of this divine (in both senses of the word) RP start?

That would be up to Kho.
