Hey guys, sorry for the lack of activity coming from me. I have entrance exams for college and I don't pass that, well, let's just say I won't be able to pursue medicine.

So yeah, been focusing on that for a while. Though, I can probably post within the next few days.

I watch over 72 horses and Ramrod about 16,000 acres when you include the leases and I have to bury at least three horses a year, deal with pampered boarders, instruct students, do the books, watch over 8 fulltime hands and on and on so I don't have the time to grieve a horse. I know "What a Cold Hearted bitch" but my job requires I know what I'm doing and that I remain as emotionally removed on many levels. Plus it wasn't my horses; then I might be weepy so she's good too and it's understandable

Amy plopped down and was predictable so Mandy had a cup poured and slid it before her as she lifted the glass bowl covering the cherry pie.

Women of Lasthope know that they need to think of motherhood, it's only practical in the long run. Kids were the Old Worlds Pension plan long before Social Security. I know it's strange to think of having kids to later take advantage of them in your old age but don't kids take advantage of their parents in the beginning?

In the old world, money existed and it was all you needed to take care of yourself in your old age. Money is good for paper or if its the pure coins useful in recycling. Jewelry is so common it isn't funny. How many cars fled with the family jewels, how much jewelry do you think is in an average house or if you aren't squeamish on the Risen.
