Yeah I was still willing to accept him having a near-unlimited amount of electricity to fire, the problem was that he was also quite resistant to injuries that would normally incapacitate regular human beings. I expected Bolt to be a Glass Cannon; instead, he's a Lightning Bruiser, which your CS clearly does not indicate.
Also, why does he even have a Ferrari? He can fly on a metal surfboard.
Which also beings me to the subject of electromagnetism. Do you even know how the process works? I know only a smattering on the topic, and even I think the way you use it is a bit outrageous. It's one thing to be hovering over the ground a few inches, and another to be flying across the sky. Then again, cartoon and comic book logic does not always translate well in real life logic, so...
Anyway, that's my take.

I have mentioned surviving an explosive laser bolt to the chest without any significant injuries, if any, as well as releasing huge waves of electricity without becoming even remotely tired.
