The non targetting thing for effects is a bit unnecessary, since it already is a free synchro play if your opponent controls a monster.

Oh shoot, I put "If you control 'The Sanctuary in the Sky'," by mistake. I meant to put, "If "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is face-up on the field,".

Note to self: always triple-check the wording on these cards.

Another note: Ammo, could you please change that wording in the official tab of custom cards when you add it in?
