Kindred, there isn't any rush to host sheets. Hosts sheet are picked based on competition for their chosen domain from the domain options. So you can PM your killer at any point. You might have an easier time understanding perks and arch types if you want to see my example killer and his domain in the next day or so before you finalize your stuff.

Yes. For the session-the level picture, if you will, for when your domain/killer comes up-to help people get in the mood.

As for a picture of the killer. Yes, but it can be only vaguely of the killer. You can give a more accuract depiction in the description.

Sure. Your host can be anything that makes sense in the domain history and it's archtype. You're inherently subtetly supernatural in trait and abilities, hence perks and you being a domain host. So, go nuts for supernatural stuff.

Arch type just means your character relates to a theme that makes sense to the domain.

EG: an insane killer doctor makes sense for a hospital. You can't have say...an insane chef stalking the halls of a domain that is a NASA space station.

Delevope your killer as if you were making a horror movie villain. We may know a bit about their past. But generally as a rule, our actual understanding of them outside of their horrorific nature and cause is not normally a lot. They can be a slasher...or maybe a spirit like the grudge.

You really have full reign on how developed you want them to be. You don't have to follow my suggestions, it's really up to you. But your host will rarely-if ever- appear out of their domain yet alone as anything but a predator on the prowl-or whatever your killer does-

Perk denote your powers and your interaction with the mechanics.

Overwhelming Strength: for example. Basically translate to-if some MP character blocks a door with a sofa. Instead of being told you're ramming the door for the next 2 minutes in RP world as you watch MP post how they run away before you can finally post a reaction. You just make a post detailing how you just rip the door off and push the sofa out the way but you make less ground on them because you just had to move a bunch of shit.

Horror is our Home is an in RP where a number of people have gone Missing over the period of two years in America. There is no discernible similarities in any cases besides from the chilling fact that not one of them has returned. Authorities have been hard on the trail with no luck. You, on the otherhand, are about to blow this case wide open.

By being the next sorry soul to disappear without warning.

You find yourself stranded after entering a place that is off to you in someway, in another dimension. A dimension of strange facts, little warmth, almost soul sapping solitude and vicous hosts. Each whom are horrific monsters in their own right. You cannot hope of finding an escape without moving forward.

You can try to compete for a HOST spot in the LIMITED domains offered. Each cycle a new couple of domains-and perks- will be generated until the Missing People finally reach the end of the road.

Missing People

As a missing person your job is to explore the world and escape from the domain. Each domain acts as a level with its own threat, host, layout and potential rewards. You are not alone here, other missing people meet up with you at the start and you must rely on each other for any chance of returning home.

Seek Heat

A lone warm breeze will occasionally hit you, indicating the direction the exit to this domain is.

MP perks

perks are special traits that give you an edge or power over other MP's and the oncomming enemy hosts.

Face Coins

You can find many things in the domains to come. Undoubtedly many items will be helpful but face Coins are the most valuable. Face coins are all dull red and have the face of a new person on them each time. They act as a form of currency in the less openly hostile domains in this strange world. They are very rarely unprotected and unhidden though.

Health

you have 3 HP before you can be executed by a host. All hits to you deal 1 HP unless your perk, a host perk, or the narrative specially tells you otherwise.

HOST(Killer)

As a host you appear once in your selected domain. Here is where you wreak havoc of the unsuspecting victims that are prodding around you home and make them pay for their tresspass. Your goal is to bring misery, fear and death to all those that niavely enter your home.

Screams of the tormented

When someone screams or make a similair loud sound of disgust/terror they are pin pointed as a special marker on your map.

Their pain...your power

Death is not your only goal. At the end of a domain the MP will all vote to give you a point or not. This vote is an appraisal of your performance as a killer. Even if you fail to kill a single MP, you could end up "winning" by Host standards for being a terrifying, interesting and generally menacing enemy. If everyone gives you a point you get an bonus point

No hope for the lazy

When a MP stays in one spot for too long your domain supernaturally reveals their location on your map without their knowledge.

Host Perks

You are beyond a mere man like you used to be. Your supernatural powers are transcended here, turning you into a powerful killer with threatening abilities and traits.
