Hugo-described by passed students and acquaintance's-is an asshole. Being widely known for his heckling and for not caring of his consequences of his actions. Causing chaos on the trail he walks on, he is hated on by almost everyone. The friends that would stick with him would constantly make fun of themselves and others. He talks aloud for the sole reason that he know's he's obnoxious and stupid.

He is lazy and gives his work a 50%. He considers every class - except Potions and Transfiguration - "boring, stupid, and could get get a prolapse by my uncle."

He gives insults to everyone and anyone, teachers even. Which really get's him the most in trouble. His personality would really cause no threatening manner besides a frown and maybe some hurt feelings.

He finds dueling and Quidditch fun, where he can annoy people more.

Though, deep inside his mind, he feels lonely. From the many schools he would be in, he would see pairs and groups of friends, and despite him having "friends", they would really not get him. His real feelings being sent into a corner of his mind, making a facade of this asshole persona, to drive attention away from him so they wouldn't see how lonely he is.

In the rare times he is angry, he really explodes, this is usually emotional anger, and it's towards a close family member, or even trusted friend ( Which is even more rare.) In the public, he displays anger with more insults, with no angry tone, but harsher and tougher heckle's

History
Being born into a family in California with a respected Auror- his father dying off due to a suicide from PTSD- her mother sent him Ilvermorny, where during his first year, he had gotten kicked out by setting afire to the herbology room. This would be a action of rebellion, as he wanted to spend time with his mother than school. Her mother- though- wanted to get him a good education, so she sent him to different schools across the world.

From Russia to France to Northern Europe, Hugo had been kicked out from school to school, before his mother had been so focused on his life, she had gone to capture a Dark Wizard un-prepared. This would cause her inevitable fall.

Hearing the news, Hugo had a breakdown, and had to move to his brother near England, where he would be sent to this "Hogwarts" place.

" I'll burn this fucker to the ground" He said as he heard about it from his brother. This would be in the summer, where he had time to prepare.

His brother, being a graduate from Hogwarts, had told him all the things about the school, and passed down his books and some robes for him.

This year, though- will be different. Instead of him going to get kicked out- he will stay, and keep doing his malicious acts while still being able to stay at the school. This is for his mother's sake.

Hugo- during his short years in different schools- had been proficient in Potions- since he "Likes the colors" and "Could spike someone's drink"- and transfiguration. The rest he would have mediocre grades- usually from him bribing or cheating off his peers.

*Future owner of "Dick's Diddly Doo's" ( being run by a fake name "Richard")

Granted, you have a great mind with creative ideas, though so does the entire world. The stress of this was too much and the strain has caused you to loose your sanity. Soon, you were able to make a atomic bomb out of this insanity, only for the sole purpose to kill millions of people. You have made the nuke and detonated it immediately. Ogal stood there, his arms crossed and looking at the two clash. It wasn't enough, however, he craved for a fight like this; something- or someone- to show his power off, though he stood there, jealousy not shown from his face, though he would be internally ranting about how unfair it would be.
