[Shiny Keldeo]

Welcome! If you're reading this, than you decided to drop by for a visit and check out my profile! If not, then why are you still reading this right now?

The name's Keldeo, Shiny Keldeo. I joined the Guild about a two years ago after my first forum fizzled out. I thought I knew what I was doing with Roleplay when I came on the scene, when in reality I had barely scratched the surface of what I had to learn.

My first few RPs went bust, but with each failure I gained valuable experience to learn from, and eventually I started up a fairly successful RP known as Digimon: As the Lights Fade. However, it eventually went bust as over half the RPers, including my Co-GM, poofed and dropped without much warning.

Then came two of my longest running RPs. Pokemon: Legendary Guardians and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Shadows of the Past. Both were filled with great characters and I made a ton of new RP friends in them. Sadly, too many problems arose in both, and I was forced to shut them down.

I wasn't done with Legendary Guardians, however, and rebooted it to try my hand at it once more. So far, it's still going strong, thanks to dedicated people like Ninian and Light Lord, who've helped it stay alive through it all. I'm still not done yet, there's still more creative genius in me waiting to be tapped into!

Roleplay Information

I like to stick to Casual mostly. I've never tried anything in Advanced, but I just can't do anything in Free. I like to include way more dialog and information in my posts than I can post in Free.

I usually prefer to RP with Multiple Characters. It's easier for me to say more and do more, whether that being a Digidestined with a Digimon, a Pokemon Trainer with their Pokemon, or multiples of either.

Speaking of which, there are several subjects to which I usually work with in RP. The biggest being Pokemon. I'm up for (almost) anything, Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, or just being a normal Trainer is completely fine with me. Other interests include Digimon, Star Wars, and various other subjects that would be too numerous to name here.

Fuse's Fuse has been lit. Now you see how he got his nickname.
Selena the Bayleaf and Ember the Quilava
[Folio Town - Glyph's Guild]

@Ninian @Light Lord @MagusDream
The duo looked at the oddly colored Totodile in surprise and awe. "You... you're a human? Like from those stories? My mom always told me stories about when the world was at it's darkest, a human would be brought to our world to save it, but I never believed them!" Selena though took it a bit harder, almost stepping backward. "Humans... humans aren't dangerous, are they? I mean, you don't seem any different than a Totodile..." She said sheepishly.

Ember reassured her Grass Type companion. "I don't think he's dangerous, I think it's awesome! He's, like, from another world, isn't he? I wonder what it's like... how different it is from ours... the adventures someone could have..." Selena was still a little unsure. "Well... you definitely don't seem bad... but if what you said is true, about those stories, what's happening?" She asked, pondering a bit.

Breeze the Shaymin and Fuse the Luxio
[Folio Trunk - Town Path F8]

@Ninian @Light Lord @Lucius Cypher
Breeze follwed behind Gren, with Fuse watching the rear. What Letho had said didn't help ease his nerves, he wanted to make sure they weren't outflanked or anything. He'd been noticing it more and more, the Dungeon Pokemon were acting very odd lately. They weren't attacking randomly as they had in the past, they seemed more organized, luring Guild Pokemon into ambushes, not even Monster Houses, just flat out ambushes. Add onto that the Pokemon that don't even belong in the Trunk, something wasn't adding up...

Then Gren told them he had no clue what or who they were even looking for... "So, you did all this, and you're not even sure where we're going or who we're looking for?! Did you think any of this out?!" He yelled, quite obviously agitated. His "Fuse" had been lit. Breeze tried to defuse the situation. "Easy, he's just a kid, he probably didn't know any better. He just wants answers..." But there was no stopping Fuse now.

"Answers?! Are these answers worth dying for?! I can tell you, that's a very high possibility after what's been happening lately... lots of Guild Members, some as experienced as Glyph himself, they've been coming in with crazy injuries after heading that far down! Robel was just the latest of those... I don't want to be one of those, but more, I don't want to drag one of those out... sorry I blew up like that, but just the lack of preparation and seemingly carelessness in this mission... it takes a good deal to get me angry, and that fits the bill."

Breeze could tell now what Fuse was like. Even though he had a lone wolf personality and could seem angry, he deeply cared about others. "You do have a point though. Gren, how far did you think this through?" She asked, a hint of worry in her eyes. Fuse was definitely right. If the Lower Trunk was as dangerous as she'd been told, this would be a life or death mission for all of them...
@Sketcher Alright, that works. Accepted.

Also, me and @Ninian have been hard at work getting the new Guardian Characters ready. Three are ready to go, mine minus appearances for the moment, with two on the assembly line. They'll be thrown into the RP in different places, depending on the situation.
History is a bit... brief for a veteran trainer who's traveled through several regions.
@Sketcher I remember you. The CS has changed a bit, so you'll have to restructure it.
@Leoven Not a problem, IRL > RPG. And yeah, your character is always welcome, but Manaphy will be revoked from her. Hope you find that internship!
Brent Ignia and Lily Meadows
[New Amber Town - PokeMart]

@Ninian @Light Lord
The group finally headed into the blue roofed building. Looking around inside, it was well stocked with just about everything a trainer would need on their journey. As they walked in, the Store Clerk quickly took notice of the new arrivals. "Hello! You all must be trainers, right? Of course you would be, why else would you come to a PokeMart?" He quickly looked among the group of four. "I assume you're all starting out today? If so, we've got our policy to always help new trainers prosper with a small starter pack, free of charge of course!"

Brent and Lily shook their heads. "We've already got all the things we'll need." Said Lily, patting her yellow backpack. "Yeah, but the lady up there could probably use one of those starter packs." Said Brent, pointing to Celes. The Shop Clerk lit up. "Ah, yes, I see! Well, if the young lady could come up to the counter, I'll be happy to help!" He said, grabbing a box from under the counter and opening it up. "We have most of everything a Trainer will need to start their journey, minus their Pokemon of course."

The Starter Kit Contains:

  • PokeBall (x5)
  • Premier Ball (x1)
  • Potion (x5)
  • Antidote (x2)
  • Burn Heal (x2)
  • Oran Berry (x3)

The Shop Clerk smiled. "Hopefully this will be enough to get our young lady well underway on her journey!" He said. "Wow, that's a lot of stuff! And it's all free?" Asked Lily, with the Shop Clerk nodding his head in reply. "Our New Amber Town branch has a tradition, we love seeing the smiles on new trainer's faces as they set off with their bright futures ahead of them, and we want them to become all that they can be! And everyone has to start somewhere, better to give them a nudge in the right direction!" He stated proudly. Brent had his own private thoughts on the matter. "Yeah, that and they always want to make sure trainers come back to their stores for more supplies. But... it is a nice gesture anyways." He thought.

[New Amber Town - Pokemon Center]

"Hey, thanks!" Said Jimmy to the kid who complimented their battle before turning back to his partner. "You're probably starved after all that, aren't you? And speaking of, so am I! How about we go find a nice cafe before we head out?" Typhlosion nodded happily. "Hey, mind if I come along too? I'd really like to know more about you, I feel like I've seen you before." Said Sakura, walking up with Espeon right beside her. "Hey, no problem, we'd enjoy the company. We're meeting up with our friends in... Vertigo City isn't it called? Yeah, that's right. You might tag along too, you'd love 'em!" Sakura smiled. "Sure, it would probably get boring traveling there alone anyways!"

With that, the two set out along the sidewalk seeking out a nearby cafe. The crowd that had gathered to watch the battle slowly dispersed, and finally everything was as it usually was this time of day.
I'll throw a post up for Breeze and Fuse once @Lucius Cypher gets one up.
Selena the Bayleaf and Ember the Quilava
[Folio Town - Glyph's Guild]

@Ninian @Light Lord @MagusDream
Seeing Lilisette fly up the stairs, Ember followed right behind. Slowly Selena crept up the stairs into the large room lined with fully stocked bookshelves. Truthfully it was a bit intimidating, Selena saw herself as a Durant in this room. Slowly she took her place alongside Ember and Lilisette in front of the desk, looking behind to check and make sure Devon, Lance, and Mirfah were following suit.

"We're sorry to bother you so much, Mr. Glyph, we can see the Guild is really busy right now, but this was the safest place we could think of." Said Ember quickly. "You see, we just met Devon, a Totodile, and he told us he'd been attacked! We thought whoever it was might come back to finish the job, so we came to see you..." Ember slowed, seeing the smile on the Flygon's face. "You... you already know, don't you?" She responed, a little downcast.

While they talked, Selena was just glancing around the room when she happened to glance over Lilisette. At first glance before, she seemed perfectly fine. But now, up close, she appeared to have some light scratches, possibly from attacks that barely graced her or from debris caused by attacks that missed their mark. She could often catch the smallest things if given the chance, and what she saw worried her. She whispered as quietly as she could to the Blue Kirlia. "You... you weren't attacked too, were you? I can see the scratches..." She gave her a look in the eyes, one filled with worry. Not just for Lilisette, either. For anyone traveling through the Trunk.
Yeah, the Dub for the Anime had quite a few mistakes. Another Character from The Legend of Thunder, where Jimmy and Marina debuted, was named Vincent. He showed up again in the Silver League Conference, but had the name Jackson.
