Lightning Conversion: His quote isn't just for show, he can literally transform aura into lightning. His own, or someone else's. This allows him to use pseudo lightning manipulation skills, attacks, and so on and so forth, the usual, but he has a few specific tricks up his sleeve.

• Heavenly Sword, Raiden - Named after the Japanese god of lightning, a technique where he manipulates an ultra-dense amount of aura into electricity, creating a pure blade of lightning. The blade can slash through almost any surface with ease, the blade itself takes actually a fair while to form, but it's weightless, slices through anything like butter, and doesn't actively expend anymore of his aura than what it takes to create the blade. He can create as many as he wishes, at most he will dual wield these. Since he can also control their size, theoretically if he can get a big enough source of aura, he can make a blade the size of a skyscraper.
• Divine Armor, Lei Gong - Named after the Chinese god of thunder, a technique where he converts the aura that surrounds him into a lightning armor. In aura usage, people normally make an armor of aura around them, pretty much invisible, which is why despite taking bladed strikes people can survive with all limbs intact, so long as the weapon doesn't overpower their aura. In this case, Shaoqing turns his aura into a lightning armor, conducting a retaliating shock to anyone who strikes him.
• Azure Flash - Any target that is tagged can be hit with an almost 100% certainty by a chain of lightning. This lets him take out multiple opponents at once, or simply ensure he will strike them.
• Lightning Gun - Make gun finger motion and pew. Weaker than just using his Gunvolt which can cover more range too, but a good surprise option, and still quite strong up close.
• Feedback - Remember when the description says he can convert someone else's aura into lightning? This is the skill. Upon contact he can convert their aura into lightning, the longer he stays in contact with them, the more aura he can convert, effectively allowing him to taze someone with their own aura, simultaneously depleting their aura. He can do this on contact in any kind of fashion, punching, blocking, etc.
• Divine Road - Though he can't turn his entire body into lightning, he can still move incredibly quickly along tracks of lightning, allowing him to close distances or run away with ease.
• Silent Lightning Needle - This requires intense control of lightning, it's not long range because of how weak the attack is, but it is incredibly efficient. He basically makes a lance of lightning to barb his target, he can kill them or knock them out depending on what he hits, or how he chooses to disperse the precise amount of lightning. It's useless to metal though.

Holstered/Sheathed Appearance: It's in it's handgun form.
Form 1: Handgun - Has access to three types of rounds, lethal, aura, and tags. He has to manually change the vials for each one, except for aura which is just a mode change. Lethal fires normal dust bullets from a standard clip. Tags fires from a special dust clip, as name suggests they tag targets for his Azure Flash attack. Aura actually uses his aura, with his Semblance, he can fire bolts of lightning too as a basic attack.
Form 2: Knife - Folds out into a knife. If the trigger is pulled, it fires the knife blade. The gun portion can still be used even after this. The design is made so that a type of throwing knife can easily replace the blade, so he can throw the knives manually from his own equipment, or equip them onto his weapon.

Personality: With dry humor and wit, he keeps a mood light, even in the darkest moments, but he shows a focused seriousness and scary motivation when threatened. He has a serious mistrust of the meaning of "duty", and is currently not sure where he wants to go on with his life. One team member dead, and the other two out for who knows how long. He is even considering taking up Xun's old plans... Unification of the world, no borders, just one will. Only time will tell what he will actually do.

History: Famed captain of the team SDNX, Sardonyx. They were known to be the best team to ever graduate from Atlas Academy, and wanting to keep this, they all joined Atlas' military. Xun, member X, was put on black ops duty, and frequently went dark and deep undercover. For years their relationships remained good, but eventually Atlas gave the kill order for Xun, deeming him a threat to Atlas' security. The rest of the team SDNX were assigned to hunt him down and kill him.

So to find Xun, Shaoqing and his team had to delve into the underworld, and after months they eventually pinpointed their former comrade's location and infiltrated it. Shaoqing went in alone for the infiltration with his other two friends on backup. Eventually he confronted Xun, and a fight broke out, just as Xun was about to lose, he threatened to destroy a good portion of the nearby city with dust bombs he had planted. As a result, Xun got away on this encounter.

The next encounter wasn't far off, but between the first and second, his other team members were hunted down by Xun himself too, and pretty soon Shaoqing also went dark. Altesian military lost contact with him shortly after the hospitalizing of his teammates, and him going dark lasted long enough to put a rogue warrant on him, as well as a bounty, similar to Xun, in fact they thought he joined Xun. Though during this time, Shaoqing hunted Xun himself, finally confronting him in an old military base in the former war zones on Atlas, far in the south west. Shaoqing tracked him down through this weapons operation, and did a solo infiltration of this military base.

Xun upon being confronted revealed he wanted to destroy Atlas' current order, it turns out he became attached to an enemy agent, that he had to kill. She died of course, at his hands, he was a spy for Atlas, keeping an eye on the more turbulent areas of the world, up until he stopped reporting in, and it became revealed that he was the leader of a terrorist organization he formed himself, Onyx. He was on the verge of releasing a powerful superweapon, that could destroy entire cities and threaten whole nations at once. He wanted the world to bend to a true unified will, but it was going to be one of fear and tension. It appears that some nations despite their public displays of cooperation, were incredibly paranoid of one another, especially Atlas with their military focus. The machine he dubbed Raijin was about ready to launch, and after a long and grueling fight against Raijin and Xun as well, Shaoqing won, and along with it, killing Xun, who under the pressure of black ops, losing his love, and hatred for the world, was killed as a mercy, as Shaoqing had thought it.

Shaoqing despite now completing his personal mission, stayed dark, intel he had of Xun's operation had three projects, Project S, which was completed and resulted in Raijin, but there were three other projects, Project D, Project N, and Project X. It appears despite being at odds, Xun still cared for his former comrades in some way or form. Shaoqing was found by a few operatives months later who were tasked with finding him, but upon meeting him they were simply turned away, despite his rogue status remaining. The operatives though were given a copy of the intel of Xun and his plans, earning him his mission complete, but he chose not to return to Atlas' service.

There were however, survivors to his final mission against Xun, who spread the story of his incredible infiltration and saving the world across the underworld. And within a few months he became a legend among all, criminals and hunters alike. Despite that, the stories all were too fantastical to believe. If he so wanted, he had the influence to create his own organization, with a bit of work and the right people for the job that is.

As the party moved around avoiding the giant's attack, they were waiting for the right signal to strike, and pretty soon it came. Rui motioned towards it's fists.

"Strike it's hand just as it attacks. We should be able to make it swing out of control just for a moment", he said. They weren't going to get it to move on their own power alone, other than Alexei, none of them had anything that could deal enough concussive damage, so they needed some momentum to work with. And pretty soon, the giant would go for another strike,

"Now!", he yelled, as he swept around to the side, and struck at the giant's hand with a Mighty Swing.

A defensive strategy would soon become a bad idea, as the party's fight went on. Even as they slew one shadow after another, another one popped up in it's place, Kazuki alone was able to take on the swordsmen fairly easily, it was fencing they fight with, something he was quite familiar with it seemed, and along with his Persona, he could easily go for cheap strikes as if he was double teaming someone. The large bodyguards were a pain since they protected the main shadow, while the gunners and the ladies pelted with bullets and magic from the back. It was annoying, and they could replenish on their own... Noboru's head on tactics and Matthew's magic didn't seem to be enough, because the gunners would shoot Noboru off before he could get a hit in on the bodyguards, and the magicians would block Matthew's magic attacks.

They were going to need some real level of coordination here. It appears the shadow hands out money to the other shadows as if hiring them too... Maybe they could try and prevent it from handing more money over? But with those bodyguards, getting a clear shot would be a little difficult...

Abandoned Subway

An abandoned subway, below the main subway. It was like New York honestly, a subway below a subway, one that was no longer used and gave way to wear and tear. The history pertaining to it was because there were various mysterious incidents. Now, many trains either ran above it, or around it, which result in Barlour's confusing and as some residents called it, nonsensical pathing.

It was just like the Order members to quickly pinpoint the abandoned subways location, just by studying the train maps as well as the old train maps. It was the old ones that held the key, they were the ones that ran more closely around it. Wherever all the trains avoided, was likely where the abandoned subway was. This information was passed onto Gilgamesh as well as the DHO.

There was also a report of the recently identified demon named Fenn, to have fall into and near the abandoned subway, along with the hunters who were in combat with him, Zio and "Roughneck". Still, the priority was currently the seals, so only minimal help could be sent to those hunters.

Nero was set to arrive in not too long, but Mary and whatever troops she had with her had set up a forward base as requested by Nero. It was set at one of the entrances to the abandoned subway. The orders he gave were awkward, it looks like his usual lone wolf style was still with him, because he also requested only scouting, no combat was to be initiated. Even then, some of the Order members ran into some of the Hideous, as well as some lesser demons that appeared as a result of the weakened barrier between the human and demon realms.

Gilgamesh's operatives were ready to move out too, so it was all a matter of where for them. There were a large amount of entrances into the subway, through the library, under the main station in Central, below the museum, random points in alleyways and so on and so forth. Still, the point of entry was more out of preference and coverage, so it was all up to them on how they moved.

The DHO has hunters already occupied on the surface, so for now they would have to rely on just Zio and Roughneck while in the subways, as well as on their allies.

As everyone present would feel, they were getting close to the Second Seal.

Barlour City Surface

The movements of Gilgamesh, the Order of the Sword, and DHO did not go unnoticed. Various agents, including the Lumen Sage Silas, and the demons Blair and Gideon, as well as the Nephilim Wrath would notice the movements of the human factions. It was a small number, but for these fine-tuned agents of both heaven and hell, they knew that these human agents knew something about the whole situation surrounding as to why they were here. Even the rogue demon Lily was onto the movements. Things were about to get heated.
