I think they should be around even. Blessed weapons should have less raw power, but greater slaying properties than any Devil Arm.

It's like choosing between a neutral element sword, that has great base stats, or a fire element sword that has low physical stats but does great against whatever is weak to fire.
@IncredibleBee Who is the one running this RP, you, or me?

A hack and slash game is an entirely different animal to an RP, we're separating gameplay from established in-game world. How they perform in gameplay is for the sake of making a game, it in no way fully represents how the characters would actually perform in a narrative setting. Do you know the concept of separating gameplay from established world? Do you?

Next, those are artificial Devil Arms, weaker, made by Gilgamesh corp.
<Snipped quote by Lugubrious>

Lady fought past everything in the Temen-ni-Gru save for Arkham and Vergil, and was a late-game boss fight.

Furthermore, if we account for DMC4SE, she is perfectly capable of fighting boss level demons, Dante, and a Sparda-empowered demon pope. In fact, her playstyle is pretty much an enhanced Gunslinger style Dante, and KA packs a few moves unavailable to Dante when he used it in DMC3.

The latter was for the sake of gameplay, in the former she got beaten without even forcing their Devil Triggers.

Please separate gameplay from actual strengths. Lady for sure is powerful and can take on some powerful demons, but she is definitely not on par with someone like Dante.
Nero | Eidolic Cairn

"What?!", doesn't look like she was intent on talking, but in the few moments it took him to step forward and grip his Red Queen, the demon had already dispatched of most of her adversaries, leaving only Nero in range for this exchange. The others were still raring to go. She seemed to be unleashing her full demonic form, so he had to be more careful. Her speed appeared to be unmatched outside of her demon form, he can only imagine how fast it was now. But his thoughts crashed as he watched that demon form fade. His instincts exploded, and very quickly out of that same instinct, threw his Devil Bringer in front of him, allowing him to easily take what he felt were several blows. His glove covering the devilish arm would be slashed apart, revealing the Devil Bringer, still unscathed despite the assault... That fast? Really? Not to mention his mind felt slightly exhausted too, but his constitution would allow him to recover mentally at least. He couldn't say the same for the others.

What the hell was that? Was she just fast? Was that a surrounding attack? And what were these guys doing? They didn't stand a chance... They needed to run. Nero wasn't sure how to jump in, if everyone went in at the same time, she was fast enough to take advantage of that. Mary seemed to take a hit too.

He deigned instead to wait for the moment instead... Even if he told these guys to run, he had a very distinct feeling they wouldn't, it'd probably just be best he jumps in at the perfect moment instead and take advantage of this chaos.
Nero - Order of the Sword

"I find it surprising a demon of all things to guard something that gates this world to the demon world... Nor do I believe it", Nero slipped out of the shadows behind Gomory. As he walked out, you could see his arm going back to his side from holding the grip on his Red Queen, signalling he'd decided not to fight. This was all giving him dejavu. This wasn't the first time he'd come across an incident that was more than what the surface showed.

"Explain yourself before I change my mind about wiping your ass all over this cavern", he commanded. What was going? It was becoming quite the party here, but every human faction has actually shown up. Demon Hunter, a Gilgamesh android, and Nero himself with some men outside, the Order of the Sword. If there was a time for explanation, now was it.

I'm gonna update with reinforcements.

Alexei and Sato will take the passed out Ryan to the entrance, Rui and Kotori will move to reinforce Kazuki's group.
Short announcement. We're cutting off player admissions.

We have well over a dozen players and each one has the option to have up to two characters, plus we have a very solid and varied set of players, so I think we're good for now.

Until that changes, there will no longer be new players.
Yeah otherwise you're fine. Thing is with the sufficient persuasion from characters of the Heaven faction, you may even join Heaven instead.
Only you guys are, but I just updated that, now we're waiting for @floodtalon for acceptance, then Rui can get over to the other dungeon and powerplay it too.

I probably should have change the structure of the RP drastically when I picked it up, so that getting people their Personas wasn't going to be such a hassle.
Corporate War Zone - Warden's Office

The attack was a success, a hail of blade and magic rained upon the small shadow. Despite it being in the visage of a little boy, there was no mercy shown for the shadow. Although it didn't seem like it was enough. As the little shadow faltered then fell to the ground unconscious, the shackles on the large shadow broke, and it turned into a raging giant. The party was assaulted once more, Sato and Kotori were forced to back away while Alexei jumped forward, finally intersecting with one of it's fists, holding it with his Persona. Rui didn't waste time thinking about what was just happening, a burst of green wind surged around him as he cast Sukukaja on himself, and jumped over Alexei and run up the giant shadow's arm, his Persona flying behind him as his blade was unsheathed, both Persona and user slashing the path in front of them. As he reached the shoulders, the shadow was leaning back onto that arm in pain before Rui leaped up above the shadow's head, sheathing his sword mid-jump, doing a side-roll as he came back down, his Persona following his move as he severed the giant from head to wherever it met the ground.

The giant fell back into the abyss, and now all that was left was for Ryan's resolve.

"The rest is up to you Ryan", he said, sheathing his sword. That was right, even if they slew the beast, the shadow still remained. All that was left was for Ryan to give it his answer.
