High Rock is an Imperial province, making it easier to cross into and has more familiar Imperial styled roads. Hammerfell is independent, not to mention its harsh deserts, making it difficult even for experienced riders.

I think you should receive message of the invasion around the 12th.

It will take you more than a week (I'm leaning toward 2 weeks) to ready up the legion and send them to Skyrim border. I have a new Skyrim player coming in soon, so you need to talk to them before your troops cross over.

Also, your horse-riding messengers will arrive in High Rock after 4-5 days, Hammerfell 5-6 days.

I agree somewhat, but not entirely. I think that Gcold should put a start date down for the IC and then like a day or two before that a NS cut-off. If your sheet has not been approved by that date you don't get in.

We will start once the Soviet Union and the United States finished their NS. New comers can still join after that, provided their NS are sufficient.
