Nathan had looked at the young girl with a chuckle escaping over his parted lips as he shook his head.
"No need to be sorry. I get that all the time." His tone was a little sincere as he tried to somewhat lighten the mood and make her feel a little bit more comfortable in the moment. He listened to her speak and nodded his head at every words.
"You didn't interrupt anything. I promise." Nathan said as the young girl introduced herself as Nessa.
"Nessa? Really?" It wasn't meant to be mean or rude but it was shocking.
"I have a friend name Nessa, well, Vanessa but we call her Nessa." Nathan rambled while looking at her.
After standing and speaking to Nessa, he went back over to the couches and sat down for a moment. A slight brow raised up when she handed him a dandelion and he looked at it then handed it back to her.
"Sorry but I do not believe in making wishes and having them come true by this plant." Nathan said kind of coldly and with a shrug of his shoulders as he leaned back on the couch now.
"Save it for Nicholas. Sounds like something he would like." Nathan spoke as Nessa was taking her leave.
"See you around." He called out then exhaled through parted lips, shaking his head.
Nathan sat there as people their weird entrances into the main hall. With a slight eye roll, Nathan pulled his phone out and sent another text towards Nicholas.
To: Nicholas
Weird girl. Headed your way. By the way, it's close to time for introductions. Get your ass here now!
Hitting the send button, the doors swung open again but this it was their camp leader,
Mr. Hill, or as he likes to be called Danny. Girls loathed over him and he quite enjoyed it - Hell, even guys loathed over him and he enjoyed that, too. Nathan couldn't stand him, to be honest since he always wear those skin tight shirts that show his every muscle. Danny's eyes scanned across the room and noticed that there were a few campers missing as he clapped his hands together rather loudly to get everyone's attention.
"I want everyone to pull out their phones and text their buddies to get here in about fifteen minutes so we can get these introductions out of the way." Danny said as everyone looked at each other then went back to scrolling through their phones and texting their friends. Of course, Nathan sent another text to Nicholas with a slight smirk forming among his lips.
To: Nicholas
Your daydream crush just entered the premises and you have fifteen minutes to get here.
Nicholas enjoyed Alessandro company and how could one not. He was so dreamy and built like a male model. His voice was so enchanting that Nicholas would get lost every single time he spoke and nod his head then wait mere minutes before responding. Nicholas always thought it was foolish, to be honest but then again, maybe Alessandro thought it was cute. Nicholas didn't know but he must be doing something right because the guy is still by his side. When he heard that Alessandro was doing okay, he stared out in front of him, nodding his head.
"That's good." Was all Nicholas responded as Alessandro checked his phone.
Soon, Nicholas' phone vibrated as well then vibrated again. As Alessandro was still checking his phone, Nicholas did the same, shaking his head at the messages his brother had sent him. Nicholas started to type a reply, as well.
To: Nate
Nessa is not weird. She's just unique in her own little special way. And Danny just arrived?! Be there in a sec. LOL.
To: Nessa
You hugged Nate?! That's hilarious. Why didn't you notify me that you were back?! Shame on you. LOL.
Nicholas sent the message then listened to Alessandro respond to his earlier question about how does he feel about being back at camp.
"I feel the same way, honestly. But I just hope that this Summer isn't engulfed with drama." Nicholas said as he picked his feet up out of the water then stood upright, wet dripping from his ankles down to his feet. Nicholas bent down beside Alessandro and picked up his phone and shoes, muttering towards him.
"Brother just informed me that introductions are about to start soon. So, we should head back." Nicholas said while putting his shoes back on, making a face at the wet feeling it gave him. He reached his hand down to help Alessandro back up and he swore that his hand felt so right inside of his.
"So, shall we?" Nicholas said while not letting go of Alessandro's hand and leading the way back towards the main hall.
