How do you know they are sick?

It will tell you while your on your scroll at the top or if you look on the eggs/hatchlings page. Egg will say it has a soft shell and doesn't seem well and the hatchling will say it's sick.

They get too many pokes at once. Especially new eggs just laid xD so it's a good idea to keep a eye on them to make sure they don't get sick then die. Edit: Good news everyone, both eggs made a recovery, but I'm going to keep them hidden for a little while to rest up ^^ *pets eggs*
