Because Shimmerscale dragons were given out as Prize dragons, so you can only get them from someone who has them. Unless they gift it to you, you need to offer up some of your eggs or hatchlings. It was sad to let my little Bloodscale go, along with by dawn dusk egg, but they were quite generous in accepting that offer. I can find them again xD
You seem to get a lot of two headed dragons, Fox.Oh yeah. But I gotta take down the red two headed dragon. I had to give him up for the shimmer scale dragon.
