"Oh right, just blame the first scary man you see when you get here and see destruction. Very original. Do give yourself a pat on the back and wave your stick around like a big man. Simpleton." the man said sarcastically as he slowly clapped his hands together in a sarcastic applause.
"For your information. It's because the simpleton morons decided to do a moronic plan, with bumbling fools who don't know what the fuck their doing and are too egotystical about it because 'oh my we got a dragon we going to be sooooooo powerful and we are too big for our britches!' Yeah great. Destroy the whole bloody village. I still wonder how we got down here the first place." The man grumbled mostly to himself before his golden eyes glared toward the wizards, giving a brief glance to Melina before he huffed before turning away. Smoke flicking along with his movement.
"If the men or dragon don't take care of you, then I'll deal with you vile creatures later. There are more important matters for me to settle." The mysterious man before motioning to the eight around him with the wave of his and to strike before walking off and deeper through the fire engulfed village.
It was then the eight that surrounded them, went to strike them. Just about all wore the same white and blue soldier armor with gray cloaks. One man on Karn's right punched the ground. Cracks emerging from under the fist and making their way toward the beast. Quickly, the Chimera sidestepped and bolted toward the man, lowering his head a little to give a hard head butt to guy's face while shifting his body weight to his forelegs as he used them as leverage to swing his lower body to the side. Slamming two other attackers coming up from the side with his massive tail and knocking them into a rock.
Golden eyes glancing to the village, seeing it engulf in fire and screams could be heard. Something about a dragon. But that couldn't be. Would Hemlock really attack this village? Although Zero had said it had been unfriendly, they still didn't deserve this. What did that man say? They got the dragon? Were they fighting Hemlock and the village just get in the crossfire?
Quickly, Karn turned his head to make sure the others were okay, slightly shifting his tail to lightly feel for Mithera to make sure she was alright with the slightly rough ride.

"Awe if only you knew how ironic it is for me to wonder about this. Quite a confusing really." he chuckled before grinning and nudged her shoulder playfully with a elbow.
"I'm sure you could just about catch whoever you want. Might be more dangerous than that pretty boy. Have a lovely love story of your own." he chuckled before humming as her expression suddenly shifted at the mention of Karn.
Funny, this one also seemed to feel a sense of needing to protect. Not exactly blaming her since Prince knew Karn... Well there were several reasons. Such a dependent girly boy.
"Awe you could say we got put together in a litter under a mother of kinda cats. More like part lion but you know. Two kittens of the same basket." he chuckled as he answered in a more vague twisted way.
At her refusal, he playfully tsked, patting the top of her head gently.
"Now now, I'd understand your worry if she went with me alooooone but she has a nice little expert. Just think of me as the escort or entertainment, or a stray cat just deciding to follow along. Your Guild Master was fine with me and that ball of sunshine over there going with her." Prince said, flicking his tail toward Nero.
