It was said before all Phoenix Wing members in the competition don't get the battle royal xD

So Nolan may get substituted if it's one of those tournaments that require specific number of members.

And if he does get in a fight, no way he's making it.

The Necromancer and Her Doomknight –[rivaan & Silver Fox]

Alex watched as Naisha put up some shields for them before creating a glowing orb so the knight could see where they were going. Nodding a little, Alex moved quietly as she could through the dark quiet corridors. She gently put a hand on her partner's hip as Naisha moved closer to her. It was odd.. for things to be this quiet, barely any sound. There wasn't even the scurrying of rats. But there was something in here, Naisha had heard it. Maybe if they were lucky, it was just the Chimera. Yet, she couldn't shake the eerie feeling she was getting as they traversed the dark temple. Her blue eyes blinked as she felt something cloud her mind, like something diving right into it, filling it with fog while her body felt completely numb. She was about to voice it to Naisha, yet nothing came out and her body was walking normally. What was happening.

Out of her control, the Doom Knight leaned closer, breath hitting the back of the cat girl's neck then her furry ear. "Naisha..." she found herself whispering in such a sultry sounding voice. Oh. That was weird and embarrassing. Her hand on the mage's hip slid upward to brush up along Naisha's waist before reaching behind to slide her fingers along the spine. Down to the base of the fluffy tail. Gingerly petting it before gripping the base between her index finger and thumb. Sliding it along the feline appendage, while her other arm wrapped around Naisha.

Karn || Stadium

Karn sneezed, his nose twitching before rubbing it a little. Feeling like he was being talked about. Oh well. When they reached the stadium, Karn blinked slowly as he looked around a bit. It was a little weird. Everything felt weird. Perhaps it was because this was a more festive atmosphere. He hadn't actually ever been born in a place where there was time for such things. They had their own ways of celebrating when there was a moment to breathe, but nothing this big. Well, guess everyone will have time for this sort of thing. He wasn't sure if he was sad... to not experience it or happy that his friends would finally be able to experience some sort of peace to at least enjoy themselves. Nothing was perfect. There was always going to be trouble. But, having a few more breaths wouldn't hurt.

Michael didn't seem to quite understand what Prince meant but it was alright. Prince didn't really want to explain the way it works. Ignorance was bliss after all. The feline chuckled at the question, amused. "Mhmm perhaps it is just a illusion? Or perhaps there are certain things Fate does not wish for choice? For example, if one is to freely choose 'I want to live' rather than die. Well. Then too many people would stay alive forever. Fate has the harsh duty to deal out the end date. Because, Death is apart of life. Though perhaps we do have a sort of choice in that as well. We can keep fighting for life, or accept death. Who is to say?" he hummed before nodding before happily skipping toward the Stadium, humming a happy tune.

"It's quite a nice day." he purred, his ears perking and tail twitching, eye flicking open and glancing from side to side.

Alex chuckled a little at Naisha's response, before blinking a little as her agitated friend forced her way to the Blitzball player. Wakka opened his mouth and closed it again, blinking in confusion at the kid's words. The red head side, ignoring the whispers they were earning before she moved in front of her friend, placing her hands on Naisha's cheeks. Leaning close and pressing their foreheads together. Her touch was gentle and caring. "Nai. Calm down. It's alright. I'll be fine, okay? No need to worry. I can handle it." The red head said assuringly before releasing her friend and standing up straight.

Wakka blinked more, clearing his throat and waving his hand casually as he gave his goofy grin. "Don't worry Nai, I'll make sure it's all fair and square yah? The little lady will get to participate don't worry. But do try not to cause a commotion yah? Folks be getting antsy with getting wet early." he chuckled before looking to Alex. "Alright Alex, better hit the lockers and get ready. Be starting up on the diving board. First of the tryouts is your form with diving. May not seem like much, but diving is important yah? Be bad if you land wrong in the water yah?" he said.

Nodding, Alex smiled to Naisha and waved. "Don't worry Nai! I'll get in for sure! You better be cheering for me though!" she said before quickly running off.

Wakka waved for the others to do the same before helping Naisha move to a good place to watch.

Jake jumped a bit as Naisha's icicles basically aniliated the tree. He gave a slight shiver before glowering toward the two. Rolling his eyes and giving a confident huff. "Whatever. Not like I need any underhanded tactics to beat a idiot like her. See you later losers." he huffed before quickly skulking away from the crazy duo.

Alex blinked before giving a slight amused chuckle. "Geez Nai... You don't have to go that far for me. I'm starting to think you have a worst temperament then me." she chuckled in amusement, ruffling the top of her friend's head before heading toward the stadium again.
