Well, because @Dynamo Frokane mentioned me here, I haven't closed the tab I opened it in. And I find myself intrigued. (also, the OOC chatter is entertaining). So I will start making a character. Unless I'm not allow here. o.o
@Silver Fox I'm fairly certain Shine City wasn't quite near the coast enough for a beach, though there was talk of a beach resort close by, which I plan on exploiting later ^-^ I dunno I'm tired, please ask one of the other two.
