The night air bit into Charlie's skin, despite the hoodie that he had on. He cursed the article of clothing as he walked through the camp. He'd decided that he'd go for a walk sometime that afternoon and had been gone for the rest of the day, only now getting back. He had been going on a lot of walks lately. They took his mind off of everything. His stomach growled at him, and he turned towards the dining hall, smiling at the sounds of all the people talking and laughing.

He went through the line grabbing his food, smiling at the woman who was serving the food, and made his way over to an empty table. He dug in, satiating his angry stomach, and looked up once a familiar face sat down at his table. It was Dakota, one of the better engineers around the camp. He smiled, happy to be around someone who wouldn't look at him like he was a total and utter failure.

"So the famed mechanic graces us with her presence," he said with a chuckle. Before he had a chance to go on however, a voice interrupted. Uhhh, I apologize for interrupting, but the council has requested the both of you in the council hall at once," a skittish looking young boy said, wringing his hands nervously. What could my mother possibly want. He stood up and looked at Dakota, shrugging. "I guess we've been summoned," he said, and waited for her to stand up and join him on the way up to the council chambers within the castle. He knew that this could only mean one thing. There was a mission, and he figured anyone else who was to be joining him and Dakota, would be getting summoned as well.

Rank:Charles serves as a diplomat/spymaster of sorts. He deals with the leaders of the other ruling factions, and makes sure that they don't do anything rash or stupid. Since talk of war has broken out, he's had his hands full trying to prevent it.

Personality: Charlie is charismatic and funny, a true jokester. But past the charisma, he's an extremely intelligent and very manipulative young man, someone that you wouldn't want to cross. He stays true to his friends, and his enemies are never forgotten. He believes that the ends justify the means, and is willing to do just about anything to get what he wants. He can be rather self serving, although he's always willing to help a friend in need, just so long as it doesn't interfere with his own needs.

Equipment/weapons: Charlie uses a revolver as his weapon, and always has some ammo for it on hand.

History: Charlie's parents were the definition of soul mates. They met as teenagers and fell in love. Once they graduated college, his father, George, asked his mother, Lillian, to marry him. She said yes, and a year later, Charlie was born. His parents then opened up a small shop that sold trinkets to passerby. While most people believed them to be just trinkets, his mother liked to enchant them with small charms that would help people out in small ways, like keeping them healthy.

Charlie's childhood was a happy one, and his parents trained him in the ways of magic. He always was rather skilled with it, and is respected around the supernatural community for his skill. When he became an adult and full fledged member of the coven, he was elected to the position of Head Diplomat, a rather prestigious position for someone so young, but one that he earned.

Since then, he's made many friends across the city, and works tirelessly keeping the other factions from getting too pushy with the Coven, while also trying to gain more power for the witches. He was also able to gather a group of witches who were out of work. They act as a sort of gang for him, and carry out anything that he can't see to personally.

Hoodies and joggers or pants with some black converse on are common for him. While he doesn't have any piercings or tattoos, he does have a scar on his right forearm from a boating accident a while back, that's mostly faded by now.

He also values intelligence above all else, and can't stand someone who doesn't know what they're talking about. He's also got a reputation around school for being a bit of a flirt, although all of the girls seem unable to actually score a date with him.

On the negative side, some might see Charlie as arrogant and manipulative. He has a habit of stepping on people to gt what he wants, or using them to advance his own goals. He understands that it's hard to resist his big smile and blue eyes, and he uses it to his advantage. He likes to be in charge, so much so that sometimes he will intentionally disobey orders if he doesn't agree with them, and has a mentality that his plans are generally the best.

His mother, a teacher from out of state, showed up in the town, eight months pregnant, and bought a house, and began preparing for her new job as principal of Red Lake High School With no husband in the picture, the whole thing was a little suspicious to the rest of the town, but when the time came, Charlie was born, healthy and happy, at Red Lake Hospital.

Charlie and his mother lived a relatively normal life. As he grew up they were always rather close, and he told her everything. She however would never talk about his father, and he was constantly thinking about what could've happened to him. This shaped a decent amount of his childhood, and led him to being so sociable, a way to get people to like him.

In school he was always popular, due to his personality, and he always excelled, pushed on by his mother. When he got to high school, he did have a bit of trouble, being the principal's son, but a pretty awesome prank, referred to only as the Pool Fiasco of 2013, set all that right. Since then, he's been known around school as the jokester, and also the guy to know if you want to buy fireworks, no questions asked.
