Alrighty so the IC is up and open!! Btw, the two months from Winterfell to King's Landing is pure speculation seeing as how the internet seems to have no clear answer, and GRRM said that the characters travel as fast as the plot so I mean I made it up, cause I'm lazy and also, 5 months seemed way too long.

The gardens of the Red Keep had always been revered throughout Westeros for it's beauty. Today, that beauty was no less than it had ever been. Flowers bloomed from every patch of dirt they could, and trees hung over the walkways, dangling fruit in front of the faces of the passerby, teasing them. Two particular men in the garden had each picked a fruit from the trees, peaches, to be exact, and they were strolling through the maze of foliage.

"Well my friend, I can't say that I agree with the speed at which you want to enact our plans. The Wards will only be arriving today, maybe it would be best to wait, one man said, strolling nonchalantly next to a man, clad all in armor, a sword hanging from his hip. The armored man spoke up, his voice gruff. "What you agree with is of no importance to the Lord of the Moon. I've been put in charge of this stage of the plan and you will do as I command.

The armored man's companion raised his hand in mock surrender, chuckling. "Oh don't be mistaken. I have no intention of disobeying your commands. Just voicing an opinion. Give me the supplies and your plan will be set into motion, he said with a grin. The armored man nodded, but was interrupted as a group of handmaidens turned began walking on their path. He looked over at his subordinate and glared. "We will be in touch. With that, he was off, leaving the other man alone in the garden. "That man clearly does not know how many people have lost their lives to poor planning," he said to himself, before shuffling off towards the castle.

If Reed was being honest, the past two months had been hell. Reed did not like being on horses, yet the heir to the North and the Lordship of Winterfell was expected to ride on a fucking horse. Reed hadn't had much of a choice in this either. What was he going to say? "Please put me in the carriage because I can't balance on a horse I'm really quite terrible." So he had endured the past two months of endless traveling on a horse, holding on to the reins so tight that he thought his knuckles might burst through his hands.

As they neared their destination, Reed couldn't help but look back on how this had all began. The day his father had come to him in the godswood, and told him he would be sent to King's Landing. Reed hadn't been terribly happy about it. He knew his father was trying to get rid of him, but he didn't have much of a choice. He went, although he demanded that Manasa join him. He wasn't going to endure the next few years without his twin. The next few weeks had been spent preparing and the last day he'd spent with his brother and sister, Lyanna and Benjen. They didn't quite understand what was going on, but they sensed something big was happening. Reed had grown somber, thinking that the next time he saw them that they'd be much older.

Reed blinked himself out of his memories as King's Landing came into view. Winter was plodding along beside him, and he leaned down to scratch her head, mostly just to reassure himself. He realized that Winter would most likely have to be kept outside, in the kennels, which he'd come to terms with, although he doubted his sister had. She had always been much more attached to her pets.

The Stark procession rode through the gates, and Reed took in the city around him. He hadn't been to King's Landing since he was a child, and he was in awe of everything. The bustle of the market and the shouting. The Red Keep filled him with the most wonder, and he gazed at it, amazed by it's beauty. That's going to be home it seems.

Once the procession had made it to the Red Keep, Reed descended from his horse, nearly falling on the way, and moved to greet a young boy who seemed to be waiting just for them. He showed his seal, tapping his fingers against his leg nervously. "I am Reed Stark, here as uh, the uh, King's ward. He silently cursed himself for his awkwardness, but the servant seemed to accept his greeting because he led him into the castle. Winter was left outside, led to the kennels by two of his most trusted Stark guards. Manasa he figured would follow Reed into the castle soon, but he made no bid to wait for her. She was a free spirit, who knew what she could be doing as of now.

The servant led him to the west side of the Red Keep, and into a private wing of the castle. He took in the room, his new home. On either side were doors which he figured led to sleeping quarters. The center was dominated by a magnificent ironwood dining table, adorned with bowls of the finest fruits. Chairs with pillows of the finest cloth were scattered throughout the room arranged so that you could hold a conversation with a group. Reed took his seat next to the beautiful stone fireplace and waited for the others. He wished that Winter could be here with him, as he bit his lip nervously.

If someone had asked Charlie when he was 10 where he thought he'd be at 17, the answer most certainly wouldn't have been, "Running from a very angry police officer." As it so happened, that was exactly what Charlie was doing at 17, and luckily he happened to be a lot faster than the police officer. He dodged pedestrians and weaved through crowds, a stolen wallet clutched in his hand, and a mischievous grin on his face.

How exactly had he gotten in this situation? Well it all started because Charlie had sneezed, mid pickpocket. His mark, a pretentious looking college kid, had shouted for a cop, who just so happened to be walking down the street. Charlie had booked it, arms pumping and legs propelling him forward as fast as he could go. So that was how he'd gotten to this point. Not too complicated. Luckily for him, this was not his first police chase, and nor was it Wendy's. He grinned as he neared the black SUV they'd nicked a while back, when they were in Ohio.

That had been a good night. He and Wendy had found the car, left in a parking lot, keys on the front seat. It was practically an invitation to steal it. So they had, and they'd taught themselves to drive in that thing, although Wendy had always been much better than him at doing so. He went to fast, turned to hard. He figured most of his life had been like that.

Finally reaching the car, he yanked open the door, and shouted one word to his partner. "Drive!" The SUV sped down the main street of a small town called Hollis Ridge. The cop who'd been following him was visible in the side mirror, panting and growing smaller as he and Wendy got farther and farther. "Well, I think it was worth it. This kid was loaded!" he said as he sifted through the wallet of one Lucas Channing. Wendy looked over and smiled at him. "Where to next?" he asked.
"You'll see."

They'd been on the road for a few hours and Wendy was ready to finally reach their destination. She and Charlie had been running, non stop for the past three years, and this was going to be one of the first places where they could stay for more than a few weeks. She was excited at the prospect of having somewhere other than a car to sleep. Not that she was unhappy with her and Charlie's lives. The opposite really, but she did miss some of the finer things.

"Can you just tell me where we're going?Charlie asked. Wendy grinned and looked over at him. "If you'd look in front of you, you might see where we are you oaf." In front of them, on the horizon, there was a large sign welcoming them to Lake Tahoe. Charlie looked over at her, one brow arched, inquiring as to why the hell they were here. Getting everything she needed to from just that look, Wendy laughed. "My parents have the cabin here, remember? They won't be coming down anytime soon, and I know the code for the security system so they won't even know we're here. And plus there's going to be a big party at the ski resort, so we'll have some great opportunities to swipe some stuff," she said, justifying her decision.

Charlie just nodded. She knew he wasn't going to be thrilled. He hated to be reminded of their parents. Well, her parents, but they loved him just like any child. She thought it was because he felt guilty, for taking her away from them. But she'd chosen that on her own, not that he seemed to understand that.

The rest of the ride to her family's cabin was in silence, but when they arrived, Charlie didn't hesitate in getting out. Wendy went over and hugged him, grinning. "Come on, we deserve a little rest and relaxation. And where better but this nice little cabin," she said. Charlie just smiled in silent agreement, and followed her as she walked up the stairs and to the front door.
Alrighty everyone, I'm working on the IC now. It should be up pretty soon. Also, another announcement, I've made @NarcissisticPotato and @Kaalee co-gms, so listen to them and what not if I'm not here.
@Rockette Thank you so much!
HEY SO EVERYBODY LISTEN UP! ANYONE WHO'S POSTED THEIR INTEREST IN HERE CAN STILL MAKE A CHARACTER BUT WE ARE NOW CLOSED OFF TO NEWBIES JUST SO YOU KNOW. THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY
@Obscene Symphony I've been going over that a lot in my head but I figure since this is more of an effort to keep the peace now and later on with the next king, it would be a couple of years, at least two or three.
Okie dokie, every character has been accepted and moved over to the Char section. And if you guys want to do a relationship sheet that's totally cool with me. I just didn't put one up cause I figured most of the wards would've had very limited interactions with the others.
Hey guys, sorry I haven't been around a lot these past few days. I've been insanely busy but I plan on getting the first IC post up on Saturday so just hang in for a tad bit longer :) Thanks for bearing with me, I had no idea my schedule would be this busy this week.
OAKRIDGE ACADEMYCharles Arcan

Charlie watched as Ezra stepped into the teleporter and disappeared. He smirked and turned to Morganna. "See you on the other side I guess," he said, before stepping into the dislocator. There was a flash and he disappeared, only to reappear in a dark room, save the light given off by the teleporter. He spotted Ezra in the dark and moved over, waiting for Morganna to join them.

He could hear noise coming from above, and based on the smell of cheap liquor, he deduced that they were in some sort of bar. It made sense. Doral wasn't exactly an extremely friendly place, and so the dislocator would have to be in a rather inconspicuous place. He stood there, arms crossed, already trying to figure out where they could start. He figured some people in the bar might know more about any deserters around, or some people who were looking to get out of the city. That seemed like as good a place as any to start.

OAKRIDGE ACADEMYEliza Galloway

Eliza had spent much of the journey to the reactor thinking about her companions. They all seemed fine enough, although she definitely had her preferences. Serenity was her personal favorite, and she found her the easiest to get along with. Add on that they used the same weapon, which Eliza respected. Chakrams weren't exactly easy weapons to master.

Eric was next on her list. He reminded her of Charlie, his cool and collected personality. He seemed like he could hold his own, although she figured that she'd have to see for herself before she made any final decisions. His lanky form however, seemed like it would lend itself to quick fighting, a style that Eliza herself found to be her favorite.

Ollie appeared to be the most focused Guardian on the mission. He hadn't wasted anytime embarking into the Dark Zone, and Eliza respected his gung-ho attitude. He was a stoic one, as far as Eliza could tell, but she couldn't really care less. She was here to kill Mordrem and gain control of this Reactor. Good conversation wasn't really a requirement.

Jaina was an interesting one. Eliza hadn't interacted with very many non-Guardians while she was at Oakridge, however she thought it was humbling to have an average person with them. Showed them that they weren't better than everyone else just because of their high spirit levels. And if Oakridge thought she was skilled enough to go on this mission, then that was good enough for her.

When Ollie, Jaina and Eric exited the ship she followed, taking her chakrams out from their sheaths on her outer thighs. "Oh let those fuckers come. I didn't spend the past 13 years of my life training for nothing," she said, scanning the area for anything she could kill. She had been training for this all of her life, and she was ready. She knew it.
