Eh, if you know where the "Eleventh Ancient Sword" is and could lead me to it, that would be helpful. Some envoy popped into this base and said that if no one claimed it soon, we wouldn't be able to stop reality itself from dieing at some point later on. At least that's what I was told.

Much obliged. I'll stay until there's no threat of my property getting atomized, at the very least. Beyond that, well, I'd hate to impose. You seem like a tight-knit group, I won't spoil the dynamic.
I'm not really a part of "this" group right now, but my friend is and as such I will assist them. At a later point I might actually know more of these people well enough to say i am.

I understand this is well outside propriety, but you're all rather blasé about what seems to me to be a rather important issue. If I had the opportunity to help my sibling against someone both maniacal and twisted, I don't think I would waste the opportunity. In fact, I'm somewhat certain at least one of them is trying to actively kill us here: I'm beginning to think I should get involved in all this myself, if only to try and avoid the predicted fatality.

I have to agree with data here. In a fight on this scale, messing with either party without the consent and cooperation of the one trying to keep us alive would most likely end up dooming us to the fate you are trying to avoid.
