Hey, got another CS for a ridiculous character:

CS

Appearance base picture:

Appearance base notes(optional):

English Name: Roswell Gray

Zeta Reticulan Name: Spiarmf Mycaruba

Age: 16 Earth years

Role: Sophomore (or second year) transfer student

Short Bio: The Zeta Reticulans are an alien species.  Their society is utopian, and everyone goes about their lives with a sense of satisfaction and superiority over the less fortunate, less developed species in the galaxy.  Spiarmf lived a somewhat aimless, delinquent life after completing his mandatory education and wanted to see the universe before getting stuck in a career for the rest of his life. However, his mischievous nature would get him in trouble; he was caught making crop circles on Earth by the local authorities, the proverbial 'Men in Black'.  Since the crop circle designs are actually Zeta Reticulan words for various unspeakable profanities and racial slurs against humans, Spiarmf was charged with intergalactic vandalism, graffiti and hate speech.  The Zeta Reticulan government was contacted and Spiarmf was sentenced to fulfill community service by aiding the local human authorities in their efforts to manage the alien population on Earth and keep their existence a secret to the humans.  Spiarmf, now going by the name, "Roswell", was assigned to watch over Libertyville, which was known for high levels of alien activity, the high school in particular, so Roswell transferred in, disguised as a human.

Personality: Roswell has an air of refined superiority about him but is actually very rude and crass.  He feels humans are inferior and belittles others every chance he gets.  He is remorseless and unrepentant as he does not consider his actions towards humans as crimes, but he is surprisingly duty-bound and will try his best to fulfill his missions. Mainly because he can't leave Earth until he has fulfilled a "satisfactory amount" of community service.

Notable skills and powers:
Healing touch
Telekinesis
Pewpew Ray Gun (TM)
Standard issue Memory-b-Gone (TM)
Flying Saucer
Handheld anal probe

"Saturnalia? Who are you?"

In response to Reve's question, Saturnalia simply kept silent as they headed back to the Sundown. She had hoped Reve wouldn't catch her name, but fortunately, Reve seemed to be going along with them for the time being. When they had docked, Reve bolted out of her cockpit; Saturnalia figured she was probably looking for Tieria, but Reve running off so quickly gave Saturnalia some breathing space to think about how she was going to determine with certainty whether Reve was part of Celestial Being, and if so how she was going to deal with the situation. The Sundown will probably want to recruit her regardless, but Graham was on the ship, and so was Nena, both of whom were enemies to Celestial Being. The girl seemed like a loose cannon, given how easily her emotions caused her to send out long-range quantum brainwaves. Saturnalia sat back in the seat of her cockpit, with the lights dimmed, having not yet exited. Who was she, and why was she piloting the Exia?

Saturnalia finally came out, and a soldier notified her that the captain wanted to meet with all the pilots and as in the medbay. Ignoring a much needed trip to the cafeteria, Saturnalia made straight for the medbay to hopefully set up way to not only gain information from Reve, but also to possibly give her some disagreeable information without setting her off.

When she arrived in the infirmary, and saw Jason she spoke up, "Captain Hiyan, sir," she hoped she wasn't interrupting the new pilot, Leo. "I have something urgent to report, the blue sword Gundam, the Exia, like my Gundam, the Virtue, as I have explained before, originally belonged to a terrorist organization called Celestial Being. Captain Aker also has experience fighting them, the Exia in particular. However, the pilot is not the terrorist that is known to pilot the Exia. This is cause for some confusion; is she still part of Celestial Being, is she a terrorist like Trinity? Or is she like me, someone who acquired the suit through other means, but is not affiliated with CB? If she's part of CB, we'll have some trouble, first off, if she meets Captain Aker, she might attack him. Secondly, I think she recognizes my suit, and believes the original pilot is on this ship. I...sort of used the Virtue to trick her into following us, and if she finds out the original pilot, a man by the name of Tieria Erde, is not on this ship and that I am actually part of a counter-terrorist group...well, let's just say we let something dangerous onto the ship. We need a way to confine her, to interrogate her to find out her affiliation, without arousing suspicion." Saturnalia decided she had said enough and waited for the Captain to respond. She expected he might be a bit angry.
Hi all.  Even though I've been lurking around this RP for a few days, I never contributed to the Interest Check in any way so I apologize.  However, if it's alright with everyone, I'd like to submit a CS for consideration.  My CS is going on the assumption that Libertyville is in America somewhere.  My character will also be a pretty big gag character. Even though my character is over-the-top, I hope she is not considered OP.

Appearance base notes(optional): Roboko's human form will, of course, be wearing the designated school uniform instead of the white dress.

Name: Mekajima Roboko

Age: 5

Role: Freshman (or first year) student

Short Bio: Roboko was created by mad scientist, Mekajima Osamu as part of a robot army that would conquer the human race and establish absolute order.  Osamu saw mankind as inherently depraved and destined for extinction, and saw the cold, calculated logic and reason of machines as the only pure source of true morality and law, so he taught all his machines that they were morally superior to humans.  Roboko, in a curious quest to understand where depravity and perversion came from, did some research and came to the erroneous conclusion all human social ills spawned in high school.  Since it was her life mission to purify mankind, she wanted to understand her enemy, the impurities of man, and thus decided to infiltrate (enroll in) a high school somewhere in America (the most hedonistic and depraved nation, according to her research), Libertyville High School.

Personality: Roboko behaves as one would expect, like a robot; emotionless, but inquisitive.  She is convinced in her research and merely seeks to confirm her findings that high school is the root of all human problems.  As such, when things are 'too normal', she will often ask, with a straight face, for people to engage in debauchery, violence, crime, sex, etc.  Don't be surprised if phrases like, "why isn't there more violence?", or "I expected more mating", to come from her mouth.  Rather than be disgusted or repulsed by perversion, she seeks it out and may come off as voyeuristic. Roboko's just here to observe, record, and validate her research, even if she needs to give people a push in the right direction.

Notable skills and powers: Roboko is a synthetic artificial intelligence.  Her body is comprised of millions of microscopic cell-like nanomachines.  Each 'cell' contributes to her processing, so her entire body is her 'brain', making her super intelligent (sort of, she tends to jump to conclusions and stick to them dogmatically).  Losing parts of her body will result in her becoming a bit dumber, but her mind is backed up to the cloud in case her body is totally destroyed.  Roboko can connect to wifi and cellular networks to communicate with other people's phones.  No hacking into other devices, just basic smartphone functionality.  She can search the Internet with her mind and to other people, it just looks like she's zoning out hard.
The nanomachines are actually comprised mostly of organic matter (carbon fiber, various plastic materials, etc.); the rest being silicon, gold, copper, iron, and titanium.  As such, she actually replenishes herself with food that she converts into the organic components.  The rest she generally supplements with pills that she carries with her, though in a pinch she will eat windows, Rolexes, laptops and expensive bicycles.
Being a robot, Roboko is much heavier and much more durable than normal humans.  However, she is not super fast or super strong.  Her greatest physical trait is her control and precision, which can make her seem stronger and more agile than she really is.
Since Roboko's nanomachines can be rearranged, she has very limited shapeshifting ability, but taking any configuration besides her default uses up tremendous processing power so she really never does it.
On Mecha Island where her home is, there is a special hangar where her power armor is stored.  The components of the power armor are coated in a special substance that allows it to be teleported via data lines, allowing Roboko to summon and don her power armor anywhere in the world with reception.  The 20 foot tall armor is capable of flight, has incredible strength and durability, and a massive array of ordinance and energy weapons.

Other: Roboko's father, Mekajima Osamu and Doctor Viper may be old acquintances/frenemies since both are robotics focused supervillains.  If Evelyn and her mother ever visited Mecha Island within the past five years, then Evelyn and Roboko probably met.
EDIT: I think James Bacon and Kara Gildeon are my favorite characters so far
Sorry for the double post
Good movie, saw it yesterday.

"Virtue?" She jumped up in her seat, her quantum brainwaves expanding suddenly as she spoke both verbally and telepathically."Tieria!" She almost blacked out from that, being drained already from the recent exertion, so she switched onto the Celestial Being's commlink band. She gave a frown upon finding that it didn't connect immediately to Virtue. Perhaps Tieria was using a different band for a reason? Shrugging, she opened up the speakers once more. "Tieria! I see you are ok."

Then Saturnalia showed herself, and her presence was a little confusing. "Saturnalia? what are you doing over here, our operation was successful and were getting ready to move back." Gabriel said over coms just before Reve used her speakers to call out the name Tieria. "Seriously? you had outer speakers this entire time and you instead decided to barrage my brain to talk instead of using your speakers." Gabriel said to himself watching and waiting to see what would happen.

"Now what does Saturnalia want with us? You're supposed to be helping Lieutenant Black Star's assault wave! Shit-Do-" Grant said as suddenly one of his soldiers stepped in, "Sir with all due respect don't be a dumbass. It's clear she's like all the freakin' weirdos we've been getting and she 'sensed' this lady or some shit. As for how she talked to Gabriel it seemed that it was one sided but it's clear that they are at least able to get a one way thing going, Besides they have that same GN Drive dinky whatever. Maybe that transmits a signal only they can get." the man said to Grant as the man acknowledged this, "Now one of these guys showing up at our door step is ONE thing but two? What the fuck man....Cap' will need to watch'em." Grant muttered to his men through private com.

At first, Saturnalia chided herself for assuming that the pilot was Setsuna just because she saw the Exia, even though her whole reason for coming here was because of the quantum brainwave signal she had sensed, and she knew Setsuna F. Seiei was no Innovade. Yet the pilot was clearly Celestial Being, or at least, a friend of the Virtue's former pilot, Tieria Erde.

Responding to Gabriel, Saturnalia said across allied comms, "For the time being do NOT refer to me as 'Saturnalia', simply refer to me as 'Virtue'. Letting the pilot of the Exia, the blue sword gundam, know that I am not who they think I am may spoil our chances of recruitment. To answer your question, I have succeeded in my mission of causing sufficient damage to the enemy carrier, no more and no less." She thought about how to explain why she was here, and wondered if she could reveal her ability to detect quantum brainwaves as an Innovade. "A...very special signal...emanated from this location that I needed to confirm with my own eyes." If he knew what she was talking about, so be it, if not, he'd probably just assume it was a peculiarity of gundams with GN drives. As for not aiding Black Star's contingent, she offered Grant her very real excuse, "Mauling a carrier takes almost everything out of this suit; in this state, I'd be more of a hindrance than a help at Lieutenant Lyons' side."

The Virtue turned towards the Exia and flashed a message using Morse code blinkers so as not to let her voice be heard, "It is good that you are safe as well. Come back to the Sundown with me. This place is strange and we need to discuss further." Saturnalia decided to leave it at that and hope the pilot would willingly come along.
YingJue's analysis of the Chinese Gunpla scene I entirely pulled from thin air. It's based off what I've seen with Chinese teams in the League of Legends World Championships for the past two years as well as something I saw in the Olympics Women's Volleyball competition several years back.

Also sorry for the super-delayed post.
"Hi Kartal, hi Hedy," YingJue greeted them. "Instead of having multiple suits, the Chinese scene has the unfortunate tendency of focusing on one suit, practicing extensively with it to build mastery, and relying on it completely. Though it makes us very mechanically strong, we lose out in tactical specialization and diversity, a weakness I hope to overcome before we get into the later stages of the tournament. For example, I'll be relying on this Guul to help my Mythos fly." YingJue added. Though the Mythos could fly, she wasn't technically lying because saying the Guul could help the Mythos fly wasn't saying that the Mythos couldn't, only implying that it couldn't.
I figured that as she approached, snippets of broken communication would pop through and she'd get a gist of what was going on. Seeing the Sundown team not fighting the Exia would probably confirm her deduction.

"Wait a second where are you going then!? The nearest battle field is near Donna!" Baker replied quickly as soon as she saw Virtue deciding to hazardously shift course. "You yourself said that you are in no condition to keep fighting what are you doing? Captain say something!" Baker pleaded as Jason laughed, "And what exactly should I say to a person whom isn't a conscript like Gabriel Cross or Graham Aker? I don't believe you understand that I have no power over this woman's actions." Jason said as Baker looked at him confused then back at the console in front of her, "Miss Saturnalia I urge you to reconsider your current objective whatever it may be! It's not safe out there!" commented keeping a calm face but it was clear from her tone she was actually concerned for the stranger.

"Don't worry, Miss Baker," Saturnalia replied, "I won't put myself in harm's way, I just...need to confirm something." Saturnalia wasn't sure if she wanted to reveal what she sensed as that would give away the fact that she was an Innovade. In her world, Innovades were relatively new, very well hidden, and very few people knew of their existence. The Innovades planned to take over the world through engineered conflict and subterfuge while creating a common enemy in the form of Celestial Being to be used as a scapegoat. The baggage that came with being an Innovade made her decide to keep that bit of information to herself. However, there were people who spoke of "Newtypes", a term she wasn't familiar with, but from what she could gather, were also evolved humans with similar abilities.

"I sensed something, call it intuition...but it could be another terrorist like Trinity. I have to make sure." When Saturnalia finally made it to where Gabriel was, her fear was confirmed, she saw a Celestial Being Gundam, the melee combat suit, Exia, recorded as MIA after Operation Fallen Angels, presumed destroyed. The snippets of ally communication gave her enough information to know what Gabriel was planning. She knew she didn't have enough GN particles to do enough damage to the Exia, and even if she did, the Exia was probably too fast to guarantee a solid hit. if she couldn't destroy it with one attack, the Exia's pilot (probably Setsuna F. Seiei) would probably assume Gabriel had been trying to trick him, and would thus either turn on Gabriel or try to escape. On the one hand, she owed her life to Gabirel, who had saved her from the black, cloaking Gundam so she felt it was wrong to endanger his life by provoking the Exia. On the other hand, she didn't want to let the Exia escape either. The best option then, would be to support Gabriel's decision, and find a way to deal with Setsuna later, although with Setsuna and Nena on the ship, it was going to be very difficult to try and get rid of both of them. To help Gabriel in his recruitment of the Exia, Saturnalia decided to take a small gamble and came out of hiding, making the Virtue fully visible to the Exia, but she did not say a word, and waited to see how the pilot would respond. She hoped that the sight of a 'friendly Celestial Being Gundam" would make the pilot more likely to come along, despite the fact that the Exia's pilot already knew that Graham Aker, one the Exia's greatest rivals, was already on their side.
